How do you review a low income trailer park anything lower than a 5 star. It fits a much underappreciated demographic that would be lost without this quickly fading relic that is very much needed but slowly going away because land is valuable. Just about everyone is struggling and is what a wonderful place doing their best to climb out of the situation they are in. Some save some live week to week but its a chill place

The women who runs the park is something else! She is disrespectful, screAms and yells and apparently is ok with drug dealers living there. She allows people to be hoarders and the place is very unkept. Would not recommend anyone to live in this dump!

They claim my wife and roommate were denied twice for supposedly having red flags on one of their credit but we had people in the park backing us up and vouching for us we got played by buying a condemned trailer then we start to make arrangements to get a different trailer and I spend the application fee twice and denied both times we now have no were to go Thanks a lot WORST OWNERS EVER

Do not move here if you are not a snitch for the trailer park then you are not welcome a guy by the name of Steve that has one leg one pickup truck claims hes a dope dealer has been living in this trailer park for a one year and a half if not longer he goes to the manager bill every time he doesnt like someone then you get kicked out Im being singled out because they claim my son should not be here my son is just like anyone else if not better than the people here and with me paying lot rent at 302 30 a month I should have a right to have anyone I want your company especially if its my children so you got to watch out for Steve with the one leg the people that live next to the laundromat Linda and Dave they drive by my home every day to see whos here this is the worst place Ive ever been it is hell literally we need a new manager
