Homes are beautiful, neighbors can be a bit much depending on area, they dont really listen to ideas. Great with maintenance. Need more options if you choose to buy a home.

Great mobile homes

Ridiculous cats every where. Roaches hanging off the mobile homes outside & inside. Roaches in the grass. Some of the homes need to be put out of there misery. The cost for a 2 or 3 bedroom is incredibly high around $1200 monthly or more. Management dont return calls and will laugh in your face. 5.5s.

The parking sucks. The lady in the office is very rude. Parents need to watch there kids better

Lived here for 10 years and can say its a great place to live. Its quiet and well taken care of. A little on the higher priced side for a trailer court but as I said it is a clean and safe place. They do a major background check and filter those that live here.

Rent has doubled in 10 years. Overwhelming harassment from staff.Constantly being sold to new owners...We need to change housing laws... This is bad and unacceptable.Ive reached out before to no avail, do not be confused by their response. The fact that the White Blazer at 635 W. Treehaven is still sitting there broken down is proof of harassment. They gave me an eviction notice for vehiclle that had a flat for one weekend... Liars.Rent has gone up an additional $70/month since I posted this. During the pandemic. Heartless owners. Also still cant upgrade to fiber based internet because they wont allow it. The USA is Slave Nation.

They have the worst management and they do not have any communication if you buy older mobile home they will evict you.

Rent goes up for water bill, therefore is never the same. Over all it’s a quiet neighborhood & got things taken care of. They do care about water freezing

A wonderful community to live in. Its quiet and family oriented the management company is struggling to get the rental bills out and have the correct amount on them for example I have never gotten a correct bill in all the time I have lived here. Not once! And we rent but they act like we own because they expect us to fix things. We also cant have pools, fire pits or do fire works within the park and its quiet frustrating but I do love the community so its a fair trade off. The prices of the homes they have for sale are pretty great as well but they go fast!

This was a decent place to live. The office staff is pleasant to work with. I wish they never sold to a giant corporate mobile home park company. I saved a lot of money living here for just over 4 years. During that time as long as I paid rent and mowed my lawn the staff generally left me alone. The neighbors were very friendly too.

Dont rent! If your lease is up an you have a roommate they wont let you out of your lease til your roommate finds another to replace you. We did find out they legally they cant do that but they still told my daughter they couldnt let her put til he found another roommate. We have attorney now. An they raise lot rent almost every 6 months. Dont rent.

UPDATE: On Memorial Day, we put our American flag out in our eagle-shaped flag holder (its heavy) that is on a brick stand. That evening, we went to take down the flag only to find the flag, the eagle holder, and some of the bricks laying in the yard. >:(*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*Bought a trailer here 5 years ago on a nice open lot. Then the park was sold to some greedy corporation that changed rules and keeps raising the rent, which doesnt include any utilities/amenities. We now pay more for lot rent than we do for our mortgage. The park has been sold AGAIN, and in December, the rent will be raised yet again, making our rent $100 MORE than our mortgage. The neighbors listen to extremely loud music with bass (a lot of the time after midnight), cars drive by with bass loud enough that it shakes things off of our walls, people let their dogs run around without a leash, neighbors let their dog poop next to our trailer and dont clean it up, yard decorations get stolen from our yard, grade school kids ride 4 wheelers (illegally) around in the lot across the street and through our yard, and nothing is done about it. The new manager wont even respond to emails. This coming months lot rent bill had an extra $50 added to the total, there wasnt an explanation for it anywhere in the bill. I sent an email with a picture of our bill and was ignored. If your yard gets a bit long, they just do it themselves without notice and then charge you $40. There was a time here when they had a pool, the lot rent covered water, trash, and their own satellite television. Now there is absolutely NO benefit to living here, but we cant afford to move our trailer, and they know it, so we are stuck.

I live in this park with the rudest neighbors. I am beginning to believe either these people dont know simple English or the rules dont apply to them. For $900 a month you get to live in a trailer park with neighbors who refuse to keep their pets on leashes, so when walking your dog expect to be attacked and expect the park to do nothing. When driving through the park expect to be blocked by illegally parked vehicles and expect the park not to do anything about that either. When sleeping expect neighbors to come home blaring music from car speakers, expect that these same neighbors dont know how to drive or just dont care to look when backing out of their driveways to look for oncoming traffic, you will be expected to stop and wait for them. Dont expect the park to put up stop signs on the side streets and do expect that these horrible neighbors to pull out in front of you. So unless you want to live in hell, I would look else where. Maintenance is a joke, the office manager lives right up from me and yet does nothing about the blaring music at midnight. Really dont expect your neighbors to control their children either...Sunday morning 8am expect those kiddos to be banging on your house, screaming under your window and the parent to do nothing. Seriously there has to be a better place to live.

Employers are really nice and help when I had a question and needed towels they were right there Ill definitely come back

Good neighborhood to live in.

When moving here, be prepared for rent increases. Rent is going up another $40 a month. Seems the norm for this town, raise the rent every 6 months or so. So far an increase of 17.5 percent since Ive been here. I now pay approximately $1,680 a year more for the same trailer. Also very slow on maintenance, I reported an issue back in December and it still hasnt been repaired. This park has also gone through several management companies.

A good place to live and come December they will be providing tv service thru Spectrum thats included in your rent

I cant even park to visit my friends their parking in front of their home is always taking up by people down the road which have junk trailers hooked up to their vehicles and who had the thought of putting s speed bump exactly 1 foot in the entrance and the east drive way had a big deerrep pot hole and the parking habits and the buggers issue

Great place to live and not that much noise

I wouldnt recommend living in this community. The new owners have a lot of rules. They are super strict. One thing this place doesnt allow is parking on the street. You can get your car towed for doing that. There is a list of others things they are strict but overall we dont like it so well.

Wow it has came a long way and is super clean and safe

It is a friendly decent community and clean and i would give it 5 stars if my experience wasnt overwhelmed by the undercover police im assuming that circled my daughters home when me and my wife of 19 yrs. Arrived from out of state,please understand I am a retired police officer of 22 yrs. and am very aware of task force proceedures and what other agencies outside county and city departments,what made me so angry was there motive and intent with how to protect the good people, i wont go any further into how they were in complete violation of my families constitutional rights,as i attempted to make contact with several vehicles that were clearly government law enforcement they ignored my attempts with even more outlashes of speeding around the community like sharks honking as they past and putting bright police tactical squad headlights on our chils home or any time i stepped outside for a cigarette or to monitor there actions that i was troubled by as an officer who was sworn in to protect this great nation and our integrity,i felt it was best to end our visit early so i could return to my home to adress this issue further which brings me great concern over my daughters safety and the rights of citizens in Nebraska and the US.

Living there move in fully Friday and it is beyond the nicest trailer park I have seen and didnt see any bad neighborhoods or any bad looking trailers think I will love living there with my wife and three kids

20+ years of BS.Tired of going to mow my grass just to find out that someone just did it and is charging me $40 bucks for it. Im also tired of the increasing cost of rent and utilities. Im tired of all the new superficial rules and bullshit. If i leave my door unlocked then my door is open with the bill hanging from the door. You know, this place used to have a pool... it used to have a nice playground... it had a tennis/Bball court... growing up here was awesome. And now its just a cash cow for them with no redeeming qualities. if our trailer was able to be moved, we would but theres too many memories to leave it behind.

Shady underhanded new owners. they dont care at all for their renters. told my friend to use scissors to cut her grass because she didnt have and couldnt afford to buy a mower. MOVING HERE WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE.

The new owners of this place are a joke! once again they raised the rent AGAIN! they told us to take our blanket down off the window, so we did BUT the neighbor next door has their windows foiled up and they dont say anything to them. this park picks at people while others get away with whatever they want. the duplexes are being rented out for $500+ per month which is ridiculous for 50 sqft. this park is nothing more than a money machine screwing everyone who lives here!!!
