Trailer park, hmmm...But this is where you can call home. They have updated trailers, and changing over their olddies. There was a change of ownership a while back. Now personally do not live there, i do have many friends that do. they have many options available, but the main types i have seen are only 3 bedroom. These are a good option. nice open kitchen and a jacuzzi in the main bedroom. the staff is nice to work with, a little stern at times though. neighborhood is typical of trailer parks anywhere else. all in all 3/5*, because of the neighborhood, and the application process.

We love living here. Its quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Management has gone above and beyond to help our family get settled into our new place. They are also super responsive.Strive is making huge improvements to the park. Im excited to see how much nicer it looks in the next couple years.Oops wrong park

In the short time I lived there; I came home after work to an eviction notice on my door stating I had so many days to get out. And I was current on rent, they just couldnt get it right in their system. I received emails regarding water shut offs. When I get off work and have 3 kids to care for, water being shut off frequently is not acceptable. The ants were terrible. The staff had horrible communication. I wouldnt recommend this company to anybody. So many other reasons not to rent here. And your rent changes month to month plus add on fees. Not affordable.

The public grounds and recycling area needs some SERIOUS ATTENTION

Applied to rent from these people and never heard anything back . Called and emailed this lady named Jill and finally got a response to my application only via email and this was weeks after no communication. Supposedly it was denied but my thing is how hard is it to return a phone call and let someone know they were denied instead of beating around the bush . Very unprofessional and paid $60 for fun . Also with no explanation as to why we were denied. Should of considered what people were telling me about this trash community in the first place

Where the cats are boss. Millions running freely about. Staff dont care. Roaches every where. Inside & out. Maintenance depends on the day. Cost of rent is outrageous, & rent goes up every year. Be careful.

Quite .but they need a park like swings among ithwe stuff for picnic tables. Volley net stuff for kids all ages.

The residents are fabulous and the staff really do seek to make the resident experience a great one!

Quiet area, super nice landlords

The water is white. Literally white. Like you cant even see through it the pipes are so awful if you run it at full pressure. Theres no way they meet safety standards. But other than that its been great.

Way better than gaslight was ! Also the office. People were super nice and the trailers !!!! Way better than you would or could even imagine. If your looking for something new go over check em out

Our house is super roomy, has a master bath with a garden tub (amazing!) and a very open kitchen and living room floor plan. Management has been a delight so far and maintenance is friendly and prompt! Love it

DO NOT RENT HERE . If you’re thinking of a place to live, don’t even waste your time here. Application process takes more than a week to even give you the littlest of details. No one ever seems to answer the phone. If something breaks in your “home” or you have problems don’t count on the maintenance people to help. It’s a joke, office people are a joke and super rude. Do not waste your time you can find a better environment to live for 999 a month. Plus they over charge you and don’t ever tell you why they take more money from you. It’s a SCAM. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The people I work with are great. Some of the residents are wonderful its great to work on the homes they rent from us.thingsare starting to get better with work order times.

Very welcoming receptionist, however if you are denied on your application they wont really tell you why..... Let alone explain thier own rules to why the denied you even if there was a reason............. Good service bad communication

This place is not just a renter to meth addicts but also had one on staff that was not only screwing all the hired help but was selling and buying meth during work, and to add to that this employee drank vodka all day long while working, fortunately for the management this employee was discovered to be doing what is said above and was promptly fired, but Im not to sure that had an Impact on cleaning this dump up.

About $800 a month for rent for a two and a half bedroom trailer fairly new by 5 years old but the place doesnt look bad when you first pull in but then after you go down a block if you take a left to go south theres a trailer just looks bad and theres some more theres some awesome terrible-looking abandoned trailers and stuff throughout the part that really makes it look shabby plus theres no shed you have to buy a wooden one out of steel one its pretty pricey to have to abide by making these sheds look better than trailers right next door to me but I guess thats life

Although there were a few nicely kept lots; the maintenance and upkeep all together needs improvement.

I have nothing good to say about this place. we recently tried applying there and all they want to do is drag there feet on the application process. I currently work for the state and make enough to afford the place on my own but for some reason we were denied. worst part is they couldnt get job or residency verification for themselves we had to make all the calls for them to be contacted. Very poor service and management.

I lived in ravenwood part of maple grove community. I had the oak creek tub model. I lived there a year. Maintenance was always prompt and helpful. The office staff was so kind and helpful. Sheri the main manager was like my guardian angel. My roommate left early and Im disabled. They helped me figure out how to get by and helped me when I had to move to something smaller in my budget. If I ever can move back I will that place felt like home. Sheri is bringing in new homes and working endlessly to make it a safe beautiful and friendly place to live. If you are honest and open with them they are the best people to rent from. They actually care. Which after my move Ive found is not always the case. Thank you everyone at maple grove and ascents I love and miss you all. Hope to move back.

The homes they are moving in are nice, and they have improved it . However, trying to view a home to rent is a painstaking task, no one is ever in the office, and after filling out their extensive application good luck getting anyone to contact you. Based on the entire process I do not recommend this place, I ended up renting from someone else. My cousin also lives here and has been trying for 2 months to get them to make a 10 minute repair.

The house i visited was le brand new had two bath with a huge tub and was a 3 bed for 850 a month for rent not to shabby if you ask me

Theyre really cleaning the places up there! Newer mobile homes, or theyve remodeled them, way nicer than they used to be a few years back.

Its a great place to work. We have a lot of good people that live here.

The office people are really friendly and theyve moved a lot of new homes into the area

The trailers themselves are great however it takes months to get a maintenance guy to come out to fix anything. AC was broke for 2-3 months before they came to fix it and it was early summer so it was hot as hell. Have a huge crack in the ceiling that has been there for at least 6 months now and iv called hundreds of times to get it fixed with them telling me that they will send someone out, and then they will sometimes (not always) send someone out and he will say every time that they have to make sure the trailer is level first and they have to send someone else out to do that which they never do. Anytime i call their office they dont answer and their mail box is always full so you cant leave voice mail. When i have time to go to their office they always seem to be at lunch or closed for the day.

Neighborhood watch in effect. My neighbors are more like family, than just someone that lives next door. Feels like a great community, not a trailer park.

I have lived here for 11 years now. there are some enforcements that can be strict at times, but it is for keeping our court looking nice and not like a slum park. the fact that they just moved in over 25 new homes last year and this year, shows that they are trying to improve the image. the new homes are beautiful and for the money, i think it is worth it. the only thing i am concerned about it this new idea to change the name to Maple Grove....i dont think it will stick because everyone knows it as Gaslight. good luck with that though!!i would recommend our park to anyone and hope we get more families move in....

I like my unit. It is brand new, and beautiful inside. A good value for the price we pay.However, be advised: should you need anything from the office you need to beg incessantly and pledge your firstborn to force action. The maintenance crew is awesome but ridiculously overworked. The girls you see as the face of the front office will be differwnt almost every time you set foot in there (in a little over a year here now, at least 4 new secretaries, wth?)The goal of this company is to fill the trailerhood with new homes-not keep the current tenants comfortable. I recently learned that the corporate officers of the company make visits from the main offices in Colorado on a private jet. I guess this is why my water bill doubled last month? It wasnt because the city of lincoln changed their prices (thats what I was told. Lies. I called and asked.) Jet fuel aint cheap!Overall, Im ok here. Sometimes I wish I could work in that office and whip things into shape though.

Looks decent but ive had a hell of a time trying to get ahold of anyone to even get an application. I called and was told they would be there after 3 until 5 and i showed up about 415 and there was a sign saying they would be back tomorrow when the lady knew i was going to come get an app. Couldnt get her to answer the phone or return my calls so far

Feeling that some one else was piggybacking on the information and routes because it wasnt my route of traveling
