Visited my Dad and Stepmom for Thanksgiving. Used to live there myself.

Beautiful place for retiring seniors. You can enjoy many amenities and make friends or just keep to yourself and no one will both you. Visited our friend who recently moved there.

Bought here almost 3 years ago and did not know just what was going one with the park owner and hone owners over the dispute on lot fees. This is not a 5 star park. We do not have security. We are not a gated community. At any given time night and day there are strange people walking and driving thru the park. The only security is the manager may ride around On a golf cart. The people that live here are the most caring and friendliest. The hot tub is usually unusable . The rules are not enforced. I was told this was an over 55 park. If so why are there so many here under 55. Also where are some of these reviews coming from? Most of those people do not live here

Do not buy or rent here if you like family to visit or if you have family near by. The office will pester you until you tell them every persons name and what time they are coming and going. The neighbors are nosy. I could go on and on. The place has been nothing but problems for my mother. We had been warned about Becky the power-hungry office manager and the nosy neighbors. Wish we would have listened.

Home and loving it

Been hacked!! Just got a notification from Google that i posted reviews for various businesses. We had used the computers at the library to check email...must not have logged out. Changing my password now.If i had to review this business....its a nicer manufactured community with good clubhouse, pool, lots of activities and quiet place. The only negative thing about Foxwood is the ever increasing lot rent.

Owner needs to step up.

The residents are so nice and everyone has a beautiful lawn. It is such a lovely place to visit.

Great for the over 55 crowd. Lots of activities, a lovely lake, and a very nice pool with hot tub!!

I am a caretaker here. The homes are double wides and it is a neat community. Well kept and made up of 55 and older. Pool, hot tub and shuffle board. Lots of activities at club house. Most of the renters own their home and rent the lot.

Management is awesome when I was there...

Ive lived at Foxwood for almost two years now. The rent is reasonable and the majority of my neighbors are friendly. The owner leaves a lot to be desired but management can be okay at times. All in all, its a decent place to live.

I give it 4 stars just driving through the community. 98% of the Homes and homesites have wonderful curb appeal. Almost every person we saw, in cars, on foot or golf carts were very friendly (which can be rare in same adult communities). We are looking to sell our house and move in to a community as my husband moves closer to retirement (within the year). This is in our top 2.

A friend of mine moved here. If you like a nice peaceful laid back place with friendly people here you go

Negative reviews being removed by park. Maintenance nightmare for residents unable to use Hot tub for months, pool always needs cleaning and pumps repaired, landscaping by owner is shoddy and haphazard - or charged to residents that only RENT lots at a very high price. I lived there for a year, yet office claims I didnt because of my truthful review. CURRENTLY involved in 3, yes THREE lawsuits, between the residents and owner. Go elsewhere! Staff is very rude to residents and very unhelpful when you have a problem. Pictures of park are not up to date, either.

Absolutely loved it there so we bought a place!! The park was beautifully maintained. The residents were so very friendly to us. The whole experience was wonderful, cant wait to move in and live there.
