I am a resident here. It is a quiet, safe community. Close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. About 10 min. from anything, just right for convenience & privacy from traffic.

Well it used to be an ok place to live but they keep raising the lot rent. I have known people who have lived there for 9 years and the lot rent has more than doubled with no real benefits. The water goes off all the time and the park does NOT even provide any water to the residents to hold them over. They have to go buy their own. This is a common problem. There is no pool. They have with the new owners repaved the roads. But again for that kind of money I would look elsewhere.

It is NOT DIRTY by any means, Deanna Freeman is a manager for the park across the street, so her review is a total conflict, and a ploy for her to make more money. We have our issues like any neighborhood does, but the management works diligently to correct all issues in a timely manner. We do have a busy body that likes to mind everyones business but her own, other than that, were a very quiet community.

This is a very dirty community. The homes all look horrendous and are unkept. Management has changed but it hasnt made many improvements in the community. The outside of the white fence surrounding their property is clean from the road and awful from the view of the homes. The lot rent is is low but you get what you pay for.

Great trailer park to live in! It costs about $380 a month for my single wide trailer, and its a 55+ trailer park. I lived here with my dad for a while and it was fine. Just a good average trailer park. This place has a community center for bingo, a shuffle board, and a laundry mat, but no pool. Good place to live in though. Nice and quiet. Enjoy!

Im Jeanie Sankitts now. The park was cleaned up a lot and then sold to new owners which seem to be working out quite well. New signage now and doggie stations have been implemented along with needed repairs in the clubhouse. Only time will tell if its a benefit in other respects. The new manager seems respectful follows regulations and mandated rules as far as we can tell. The best blessing to living on this park is the location. We are on the middle of everything. Five minutes to stores in every direction including the Village Mall and Cobb Theatre. Publix in that same area as well as Target. Ten minutes up Beacon in direction of Florida Avenue and Wal-Mart and any store or restaurant you desire. Ten minutes to get on Polk Parkway and/or I-4 will take you to Orlando or Tampa or the beaches in less then an hour or more. We love our location! Worse management in the world. Very racist if you are hispanic dont move there or buy a home. You will live in hell with the devil if you do.
