Great place. Friendly personal and well maintained park . Cant wait to see you all again.

This was the scene a few months back when we were getting a lot of rain

Most residents in this park are absolutely lovely and very welcoming of guests. Lots of activities at the hall if you choose to get involved. There is also a heated pool and sauna as well as mini golf, corn toss, and shuffleboard on grounds.

Seems quiet and it looks better then some trailer parks but they do have children in there

Place need mobile home wash, lake is filthy, 12 years and still second entrance broken in piece and not repair, our neighbor home is filthy and park management does nothing

Although we should had done our research the circumstances didnt allow us to do so,so we trusted the manager,which in turn sold us a home that come the summer time,along with the rest of the community,its yards flood like a river,this community sits directly in the middle of a fema floodzone,which the manager lied didnt exist,the house is falling apart after 1 year and now we cant wait to exit like the wind.The residents are quite friendly & most people try to keep their places neat but that is now,wait until summer where you are going to need a canoe to navigate around,stay away if you can,save yourself the rage,

The pool is way to cold they need to have the heater on all the time not just when the brothers come down

Very clean and organized mobile homes for the 55+ community, with amenities and bingo nights. Nice management and great neighboring.

I cant say enough about May Manor. The grounds are well kept and all the residents take pride in their homes and community. So much to do pool,spa and many activities. My family visited and received a warm welcome. This place is great.

Ill just give you an example. If you live in the park year round you dont count. The Northerners come and complain because the pool is too cold (its a heated pool when they turn the heater on) well they turn the heater to the appropriate temperature however most have closed up and gone home now so guess what, they turned the heat off in the pool. Not fair and not right. Lot rent has increased $50 a month in the last two years.

My mom lives there, the area is clean and quiet. Some good neighbours and great amenities for the residents.

I VISIT ONCE SOMETIMES TWICE A YR MY MOTHER LIVES IN THIS PARK AND HAS FOR 12 YRS AND YES ALOT OF CHANGES HAS TAKEN PLACE . I SEE IT DEPENDS ON WHO YOU ARE WEATHER THE RULES APPLY TO YOU .KIDS ARE LIVING IN THE PARK EVEN THOUGH IT IS A PARK FOR 55 AND OLDER . I NEVER SEE THE OFFICE OPEN OR A WORKER EXCEPT THE LAWN PERSON. IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL SINCE SHE HAS MOVED IN . I HEAR NOW AFTER THE STORM THAT PERSONAL HAS YET TO SHOW UP TO CHECK ON THE PEOPLE OR THE PARK IN ANY WAY ..WITH 300 HOMES AND THE AMOUNT THEY PAY PER MONTH THERE IS NO REASON FOR THIS EXCEPT THE PEOPLE WHO OWN THIS PARK NOW IS A CORP FROM ANOTHER STATE WHO IS JUST COLLECTING RENT .................

We are Northeners that enjoy our home & friends in the winter. We arrived in late November and the north gate was open r/t not working. It has yet to be repaired. So no we are not a gated community. As for the heated pool. Rarely is it warm enough for me to enjoy. Currently it is closed for maintenance. Yes there is conflict between management (corporation) and the residents (HOA). Currently we have been told we cannot hold our annual fund raiser Bazaar in the club house or in the park because some of the money earned goes into our legal fund. We are in disagreement with the corporation over several issues. With all that said. , we still enjoy living here and find the other mobile owners very friendly and have the same outlook on life. We are here to enjoy or senior years not be in conflict. You will find the majority of the people living here very friendly and helpful. There are many vacant mobile homes for sell plus many that have signs up for sale. You can find some very nice mobiles here if you pass the screening. As for the screening , the process should be faster for interested mobile seekers. Lets pray we see improvement. We do have a new person currently in the office. We are hopeful. Dont buy here, you will be sorry. My mother is moving out. They are very controlling, unfriendly, and biased on who can purchase there. They are not family friendly to those who have grandchildren and are very catty and restrictive. The maintenance of the community is poor and the gated part hardly ever works. If you buy and then want to sell, they wont approve your purchaser because they want to sell the park owned homes first.

To much to list, owner/managers do not care about residents, theyre threatened. Try to call office, oh yeah you cant!

Dumpiest trashiest filthiest damn apartment complex in trailer park that I have ever seen trailers are falling apart drug paraphernalia all over the place this place needs to be shut down help the owner of most of its in prison

Pool is ok but if your younger than 75 and have a tint of color to your skin they all have a problem with you at that place.
