Wonderful 55 and up community

A great community were neighbors always wave to each other. this is a great place to live as everybody gets along and its a wonderful place to live. It reminds me of the small town I grew up in. This is a place where neighbors become friends.

Im a renter for the winter but, it is a very nice place. The people have all been very neighborly.

Very beautiful place and they were so helpful, made my weekend a lot easier.

I love this place, my neighbors are the best.There are a lot of activities for everyone.

The people here are not friendly and I would not suggest living here because of the people, I think the park itself is nice but no matter how much you stay to yourself they always seem to be in your business and just give you that death stare, I know they do not love their neighbor like Jesus tells you too except a very few maybe a handful of people and if you ever think about helping out your family dont do it, you will get evicted because they are very strict on children in this park but if you dont have any children to help and you like being in peoples business as well and not love your neighbor you will fit right in, the people here need to learn compassion, Jesus is coming back and we need to stop being asleep

Very nice place I like that the place is keep up... And that you need a pass word yo enter the gate.. people living here feel safe. Thats so important to me...

I moved in with my fiance about 2 months ago. The manager of the property is a very nasty woman. No people skills at all. She shouldnt be in that kind of position. No one that I have talked to in the park,has anything good to say about her. So unless you want to be talked down to, even if youre a home owner like we are. I would look elsewhere to buy my home.

What use to be a great place to live, is now nothing more than a trailer park. Over the last few years it has gone to hell, in a hand basket. Hopefully it will get better, since it can’t get any worse, or can it.

Used to be awesome! New manager has let things slide a lot. Could be great again!

Nasty as always. The bun was hard and the fries were cold and hard and tasted old. Like always. It never gets better. Just when u think about giving them another chance, nothing changed.

Tried to get information to send to Charlene. Some the residents are not so nice and that is okay. Never welcomed as a new owner. Gave my paperwork to Fred Wolf and he tells me to send to Charlene and I do not know Charlene or where to send it. The pool is okay. The lot rents are over charged and some residents do not pay their fair share at all.

Nice places friendly people.

They have a pretty Lake nice Clubhouse quiet community

Great 55+ Community Living ... Good Move !

Parents live here ,mostly a good and friendly area to live close to shopping and lots of dining choices

People in park are great, management needs replaced soon or business will fall,

My grandparents love it here, however, I think when short term home care needs can be met by a trained & professional 30yr old granddaughter to ease or eliminate any burdens & help to further a bond, the length of stay within the park (sans any complaints) should not be so strickly enforced and firm at 5 days max.

Great place for 55 and up community... the people there look after each other and well maintained...
