The office blatantly ignores you. Is never around unless to give notices. Have had multiple issues with tenants including robbery from property and tenants who were responsible are still in the park. Most of the tenants are very nice but we have quite a few bad eggs including tenants who will allow their animals to defecate in your yard and not clean up after them.

The community/trailer park seneary

Got approved financing for a mobile in park but because of something on my background from years ago we got denied. That makes no sense to me. Why go through to get financing only to deny someone that is only trying to better themselves and a home for their family. Unfortunately cant undo past mistakes we do. Was looking forward to being apart of the community and be settled and enjoy the best years with my husband there. Good luck to everyone who looks into purchasing a home there.

Came to look at a trailer today and made an offer, wont know anything until Monday. Josie in the office was terrific, she was so nice and helpful. Sundance seems like a really nice park, clean and quiet. Looking forward to moving in if it all goes in our favor.

Sundance is a nice and quite place to live, but the office is never open, so if you need something better off doing whatever yourself. The office management are nice when you can see them, lol. The park does flood on the westside. Lot rent is quite high 447

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!Park floods, (there is pictures on google)Constant eviction notices for petty things such as blinds, grass, siding, skirting, painting roof, etc. (Its basically a redneck HOA)Lot rent has increased 3 times in 2 years.Office people will not answer questions or help.Pool is constantly closed/under repairs.I believe they are purposely turning up the water pressure so that the pipes burst.LEARN FROM OTHERS MISTAKES!TURN AND FREAKING RUN. DO NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Speed bumps are big. The park went downhill with trashy people however it seems to be a improving a lot.

Terrible park to live in. They are constantly sending notices about everything! To the point that they sent us a notice saying we had to move our lawn mower out of site. we told them we dont have a shed, where is the lawn mower supposed to go? They said for us to bring it in our house.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Also all these new mobile homes that they put in, look pretty but dont be fooled. Maintainance is in there all the time, and they leave the front door open to them for days, animals get in there, cats, there are like 30 stray cats all around the park. The new house next to us, we have seen them leave the front door open to that home for up to 4 days. through thunderstorms, i call and tell them the doors are open. and no one does anything. make sure your home doesnt have mold or water damage or cats in it before you rent here!

Terrible community to live in thugs gang violence involving children.police impersonator still living in the community. Maintenance personnel (if your renting) dont know how to fix anything,wont fix anything in a timely manner. Management both on location and corp are a joke. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Imo stay away from here and Greenbriar on duff road owned and managed by the same lady and company.
