Seem nice enough, mostly trailers are in good repair or relatively new, I dont know anything about the rates, and I dont know anything about the trailer park itself other than the fact that it looks decent. Because I dont know anybody who lives there. I do have a friend who lives across the street but she does not know any of the particulars. Sorry, youll have to call and find out for yourself.

As of today there is an 8 month wait list. I called and spoke with the woman who answers. I wasnt asked if I wanted to be on that list but I sure hope I can be soon. A facebook page with updates and r.v. qualifications as well as renter restrictions would be great!

There are not any shoddy trailers in here, all them relatively new, very good looking pieces of equipment, Im not familiar with the price for living there with connection fees or anything like that period all I can tell is what I observed by I from a friends yard. But only know it is a very pleasant looking place, and where I in the market for something like that, I would very probably live there.

The absolute best RV Park hands down!!! You just become apart of a big family!! Very secure, clean, and safe place to live and stay! Rates are very reasonable and very fair. Great and friendly helpful neighbors! Just the best all around all year round! Very blessed to be part of wagon livin! Carla and her husband treat there park as a big ongoing outreached family! The absolute best!!! Would go back again and again!!

I called to try to get information and the lady was very rude didnt want to give me any information because they didnt have any thing available, she would not tell me how much prices were, when something might come available, and Everytime I tried asking anything she would not let me speak

Owners were very kind and patient with me since Im new at backing my trailer. Place is very comfortable and cozy. Since Ive been here for 2 months I have enjoyed living here. Everyone including the owners are very friendly. I felt like family. Will stay here again if I come back to Kansas city. Reasonable rent as well and clean. You will not be disappointed.

Refuse to let me park my camper there because they said it was too old I have a 1979 Holiday Rambler and refuse to let me put it there because they said its too old I have very poor ratings for this place
