I have been very impressed with the changes since the community sold to a new company. Im excited to see what all changes and improvements are made. Place is really turning around.

Friendly place

Brian has really helped me out a lot on everything and I have seen a lot of improvement on everything in the park looking forward to being here long time

Carroll Creek is very nice to live dont look like much but everyone is always there to give a hand when needed respect is freely given

Carroll Creek WAS a decent affordable place to live, until SADDLEBACK VALLEY acquired it. They tried to mislead, (or if you prefer, lied to) us that it was convenient to go to Walmart, or other pay stations to pay our rent AND and extra fees!?! Mostly thats convenient for SADDLEBACK VALLEY

I have lived here more then once, an work here now as well as live here. I say this place is great it looks good all the time yes we do take tarilers down when someone moves out an the place has a lot of work do to fromer tenants that happens everywhere I dont no why someone of renting age would not know this? So it speaks for itself self if u ask me I dont even think those who say its trashy really know what mobile park that were in

Its a good place to live

The people were very nice ands helpful.

This place is super trashy. Multiple abandoned empty and torn up trailers RVs and campers. I dont even know how the city allows this place to stay open. I stopped to visit somebody there and I cant believe how dangerous the environment would be for children to live in

Went through the park last week to pick up a friend it was quiet and fairly clean looks to be a good place to go and stay nestled back in the country like setting good job there pat Hines I heard there is chomps living there now so watch your children

Over ran by corporation and over priced for a trailer park with trains and track as ur view and noise...

I live there the manager will throw me out in the street if I say anything different

People seem nice.

Quiet, but a lil too much concerned with organized totes that are neatly stacked while folks are getting moved in... Shouldnt the owners be complaining about the gutted trailer in which there garbage and debris everywhere
