Horrible place to live when i moved out i took pictures and videos of the whole place anx then they kept 50% of deposit and said the place was damaged.when confronted they could not show any damage or explain wherr damage was. When renewimg lease she was told the other was not there and she took her off the lease and was lied too she not only left the lady on the lease she raisd the rent without concent

Unrealistic expectations from senior or disabled residents. Will nickel and dime you out of your house and home. Do not rent from them if you value your independence and privacy because they want to tell you how to live your own life and that of your pets. DO NOT RENT from Yes! Communities if you value your freedom as a homeowner.

I love Connie so much! I used to live there and the neighborhood is great. People really watch out for each other. I miss that.

I rented for a year and just bought my place. I love it here! Georgia, Connie, and the maintenance men are all polite and very helpful. Great response time after hours and even over the weekend when my pipes froze. It’s clean, quiet and has a good mix of people. Have a nice clean pool and playground and a big banquet room with full kitchen you can rent for a small fee for special events. I’m single and feel very safe here, looking forward to many happy years.

Renting is decent, great way to get into an ownership of a trailer though.

I have lived here since about 2001. This is a good community to live in. One of the nicest mobile home parks in independence, trust me I use to work in all the parks in indep. The manager is strick about standards. Thats why this mobile home park is a great place to live. Keeps the trouble makes out. Great place, I love it and still living here

Supper friensly, as long as you keep giving them money and buy their trailers. If you choose not to buy they get rude.
