Fantastic management, Very kind and always on top of things. The homes in this community are brand new and very modern and really nice. Finding this community was a breath of fresh air!

Waiting for a place to become available, but while looking around they are doing a lot of work in the trailer park and cleaning it up which is a good sign. Doesnt look as run down as the other trailer parks so thats also a plus. And I like that they have a pool and playground. Very kid friendly. The woman in the office was sweet and also friendly. So I guess you can say this is a friendly place. I cant wait until more trailers are available.

Me and my bf just moved in, in January. Thanks to Clara, she made it happen. Clara has been so sweet and patience with people that had to get our tea ready to move. We also have a hospice patient that my boyfriend takes of and Clara had everything ready for her to come to her new home. We just love Clara to pieces and would do anything Clara asks if she needed help with anything.

My bf and I are have been trapped in motel situation for so long with the two boys and been turned down places. Clara the lady that works in the office was so sweet and took care of us right away. We are still going through the credit part of it all, but its been nice having someone caring to help us through. I cant wait to be a part of this community. The trailers look nice and thats what drew is in, but Clara being so kind is why we decided to go for it. Hopefully we hear back soon with good news.

I highly recommend Midwest community ans I will tell you why. Clara the manager, I had been looking for a place to call home and she took the time to show me the park. She stayed way past the office hours. It was clear to me that this is where I wanted to lived.Clara not only took the tone to explain everything to me but she told all sort the surroundings. There were was so much pride when she take about the park. She madr the application process so easy. I have never felt so welcomed at any other place that I have reached from than I have with Clara. She is very humble, professional and exceeded my expectations!!!Thank you for having her here where at this place that is now my home.

Clara has been great with us. She cares about her tenants very much. She is the best Manager we have ever had. She makes sure everything & everyone is done right. Couldnt ask for a better person.We have a temporary manager right now thats putting notes on my. Door. We just moved in & Im not happy with her. Her name is Kelly & she doesnt know what is going on with us. She needs to go & CLARA NEEDS TO COME BACK. We just moved in a week ago & she is already leaving notes on my door for more money for rent then my rent is. KELLY IS STILL HARASSING ME ABOUT OUR RENT. IM GETTING REALLY TIRED ABOUT IT. IF SHE KEEPS IT UP WE ARE MOVING OUT. SHE IS NOT OUR MANGER DOSENT KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN THE PARK & NEEDS TO BE GONE. SHE IS MAKING ALL OF US RESIDENTS REALLLY MAD & WE ARE GETTING TIRED OF IT.FILL IN MANAGER IS STILL HURRASING US ABOUT MONEY WE DONT OWE. GETTING READY TO FILE HURRASMENT CHARGES ON HER FOR IT. WE PLAN ON MOVING OUT BECAUSE OF HER. SHE HAS THREIGHTEND US WITH AN ATTORNEY TOO. WE HAVE ONLY BEEN HERE FOR A MONTH & A HALF. HER NAME IS KELLY & YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH HER AT ALL. NOT A GOOD PERSON & NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR WHAT SHE IS DOING TO PEOPLE. ONE FAMILY HAS ALL READY MOVER OUT BECAUSE OF HER & MORE ARE READY TOO. SHE CANT LEAVE ANYTHING ALONE JUST HAS TO KEEP THINGS STURED UP & PEOPLE MAD. WE ALL NEED TO FEIGHT BACK AT HER & FOR SURE WE ARE. MY ATTORNEY IS READY TO GET HER .KELLY IS STILL AT IT. LIED ABOUT HOW THE MONEY WE PAYED WAS LATE. SHE WASNT IN THE OFFICE BOTH TIMES IT WAS AFTER 6:00 PM & THE 2ND TIME WAS ON A SATURDAY. THE OFFICE WAS NOT OPEN. SHE IS A TROUBLE MAKER & IS MAKING EVERY ONE THAT LIVES HERE MAD BECAUSE IF ITS NOT HER WAY ITS NO WAY. SHE IS RUNNING PEOPLE OUT OF THE PARK THAT LIVE HERE & ALSO GOING TO RUN THIS PLACE OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE OF BEING A LIERSHE IS STILL AT IT SO WE ARE FILEING BANKRUPTCY ON THEM & THEN SEUING THEM FORVHER LIESTheir are 18 of us in the park that are sick of Kellys lies we are getting ready to go after them all legally

Clara has been great to work with - she is professional and really cares about her community. On top of that, she always has a smile and is very kind no matter what the situation.

Clara is absolutely amazing to work with. She found us a new home that exceeds our expectations. She has gone above and beyond in helping us find our home. No presusre and she worked fast to get us in to meet and discuss all of our options. Shes been working hard to also clean up the park and make it a community instead of just a park. We are very grateful!

3 nails in 3 different car tires in 3 weeks and found 2 more nails in front of my tires today manager does not care about any of your problems our washer was draining into our yard and it took her months to fix we moved into a brand new trailer with MUD all over the carpet she said she’d send someone over to come clean it she never did etc etc and the owners are evicting people who couldn’t pay their rent during the covid19 lockdown I don’t know about you but most people who are living in a trailer park can’t backpay 5 months rent when they can barely make ends meet month to month there is no empathy here and there are so many kids who live here that will be homeless now not to mention we are paying over $1100 a month to live in a damn TRAILER PARK & there are literal pipes sticking out of the ground by the mailbox too MOVE HERE &YOU WILL REGRET IT

I bought a 2 bd home here and its awesome. Clara the new Property Manager is the best Landlord in Independence MO. I live by good neighbors on both sides, I have great access to the pool, bus, and a small park. I can drive,walk or bike to lots of shopping stores. The only thing that was rough at first was all the kids, throwing trash on my yard. Clara the Property Manager told me she would address the problem and take of it and she did. A great shout out to Clara. Great, Amazing experience and place to live at.

Clara was very helpful in the purchase of my home. She kept at me and was very persistent but i didnt realize why until she told me my payment would drop. Today I signed my closing documents on my home because clara was so informative and so helpful. She had made a huge difference in the community. I couldnt be happier with her. She has been the best manager we have ever had and I speak for evergine9 here. She has made this place a community where we all come together. Thank you so much Ms Clara for making my dream come true and making the process so smooth. We dont want you leaving us!!!

Property manager was nice and helped my bf and his grandmother with a application very knowledgeable answered most questions before asked

It’s awful! I bought a new home, they keep raising the lot rent, just raised it again by almost 80 dollars. When it is warm outside pool is never open and or it’s green! They are doing a lot of work to try and fix up things, but its making it look nasty. Roads are terrible, my home is beautiful I hate hate hate the park!!! For 1000 a month I could have a house!!!

I live HERE. DONT DO IT... The yards have been destroyed and not fixed my water has been frozen 4 times and they wont put it under ground where it goes. The Mud omg The mud is awful.i get o we will fix it and NOTHING. The last straw really was when they cut my internet line, neither the company thats doing it nor the mgr seem to care ... even when they were told hey you cut my line they LITERALLY JUST KEpT GOING.AND just like that. We have ainternet and wifi. They are adding at least 10 more homes in the near future... Clara does everything humanly.possible to help us. The yards will get better we will have assigned parking. I LOVE THE NEW PLAYGROUND AND CAN hafdLWAIT FOR THE POOL THE Opwn.. it s gonna be awesome Im super stoked.

Adequate and Conveniently Located

The management is really trying to clean up the park. But in every trailer park there is a few bad apples in it. But its a quiet place to live. They have a few brand new trailers thats for rent and a few used trailers as well. Stop by and see for yourself and speak with the manager her name is Clara shes in the office Monday thu Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Very quiet place to live but unfortunately the homes are roach filled and slightly trashy.

They’re really trying to clean up the place and care about everyone there. Go above and behind for people’s needs, and they have a pool!!

This park has owed me $300.00 for 3 month. I call there is no answer. No one is ever in the office. I call Kansas and they contact the manager and tell me she will call me back but she never does. Beware of this place! Well after 6 months I did finally get my $300. If you pay attention to the people who are giving this place 5 stars you can clearly see that they are not upstanding citizens theyre the problem.

So yesterday somebody got there car stolen. In broad daylight. Thats always cool.

Hard to make contact. Location location location

Lived in this trailer park for 25 years it has gone to hell! its full of drug addicts and thieves! Constance police officers driving thru. guns going off, management is hell. You can never get a call back never see anybody. cant keep a manager for more than a couple of months. If you have a family or care about where you live do not move here.

Thieves. Liars. Cheaters. Cover ups. Botched paperwork.

Water is constantly off. Supposed to be putting in a new line but are fixing breaks in line. Water not supposed to be off for longer than 30 minutes to an hour.

They are trying to demolish old mobile homes, and remodeling the ones that are salvageable. They are are also installing Google fiber, and there are dumpsters everywhere!

I have lived hear for three years. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Unless you like hearing 6-13yr old kids running around cussing at each other. Getting your car hit with balls everyday. I have told the management about this, and they just blew me off everytime. They do not care about you or the community. It is dirty, always trash on the ground, and lovely drunk men walking the streets at night. So if you made it this far trust me when I say Midwest Mobile Home Park is the worst place I have ever lived.

Lots of empty trailors, wish they would use all these empty houses and trailors to house the homeless.. just makes sense.

Sometimes accurate.

This park is the worst. The office looks decent, but the further you drive the worst it gets. Cops are in here all the time and not just for patrolling. There are leaking trailers, water line breaks. Nothing is up to date.

Theyve cleaned the place up

Never been to a mobile home park before, so I guess it was ok.

I was driving and I seen this lightpole about to fall over on this trailer so they just propped it up with a couple of 2x4 instead of fixing it.

The management treat the guest of the tenets as if they were stupid..They also tell the guest that they are not aloud to visit thier friends...

They are cleaning it up its better than it was
