Seemed good at first but now not so much, was told they take care of the yard work if rented, now they say we have to deal with it when we moved in it was long but didnt say anything since i thought they would cut it, house was super dirty and needing fixing but not much fixing going on so its not good for only being here for 1 week..if we paid cheap rent i would spend money to fix it but since it aint cheap we expect better service

This place is a joke I do not recommend that anybody move here! It wasnt too bad when I first moved in but now that Ive lived here over 2 years I cannot wait to get out! They charge ridiculous amounts of money for rent! I can go on and on about how bad management is!

Just as nice as Santa Barbara estates in olathe, ks

Clean, quiet and well managed. Glad to be back after a ten year leave due to business. Wife and I have kept Independence Station in mind in what we hope is our final move except maybe for a final upgrade. Sill have some of the neighbors that were here ten years ago. Kind of like coming home.

Nice place too live and raise a family

I havent even been here a full month yet and had some problems with some neighbors brought to Connie and Georgia and it was handled in a timely manner. Very respectful staff. Prices are decent could be a little lower but they are still decent. Beautiful park. Walked with my kids and dogs around the entire park and its beautiful. So happy to have moved here and cant wait till June to finally close on our home. Absolutely love it here

Georgia and Connie are the best. Just pay rent on time and keep a clean outside and you wont have issues.

Worse place I ever lived at. Park Manager is a (censored), they will try to cheat you on your water bill, If you have a anything outside that the manager doesnt like shell rudely tell you to get rid of it. And every other month the rent goes up. My advice find someplace better to live.

Rent is way overpriced and the management sucks. I was there for a year and a couple months and I’ve seen at least 2-3 people come and go in management. The new manager there is very rude. No people skills.

Staff is friendly and helpful. A very nice and quiet place to live. The grounds are kept clean and is a safe place to raise your children.

I used to live here and sometimes Ill pop in and say hi to Georgia and Connie! Just great people. Safe neighborhood!

Complete garbage management, constant harassment

Office people are super friendly. But after 4 years living there things changed. Our family grew so we decided we werent going to buy our trailer. Now they arent so nice.
