Moved here rather quickly when I got a new job in Kansas City. The staff was very helpful in getting everything setup. The small size meant that it was always quite and very low traffic. There are a few cats allowed to roam free which made my bird feeder a snack stop for them. Otherwise I would say this is an amazing place to stay either short or long term

Helped aunt Kathy out for paying lot rent and she loves it here when she comes up during the spring

Have enjoyed living in the park for almost three years. Nicely landscaped. Any maintenance issues dealt with promptly. My job required I come and go in middle of the nite and always felt safe. added note: staff have always been pleasant and easy to talk to from renting process through present day.

We have lived here for 3 years and have really enjoyed it! Staff and maintenance are prompt to respond and very friendly. Grounds are well kept and the neighbors are amazing! We would recommend this mobile home park to anyone!

Dump trashy homes the pictures make the place look way better than reality. Staff was very rude and clearly didnt want my business.

Its shady ASF. I would not go there at night. Bad neighborhood and hardly any streetlights.
