This review is for the Rim trail to China Wash. In total this is a 6 mile round trip with some good elevation change. Great views everywhere, and Spring wildflowers such as Paintbrush and Globemallow are common (4/22/20). The cactus look like they are going to bloom soon. No snakes (yet), plenty of lizards. Very memorable.

Very scenic but provides no shade. Trail is clearly marked and unobstructed. Make sure you bring plenty of water and a hat.

It was fun to go to and it looked pretty from far away

Thought bike ride for the first mile or so. The scenery is ok, but then it’s competing with Zion National Park and the surrounding red rock.

Areas great for off-roading in side by side ATV or truck I went up to Mollys nipple in my truck the road was rough towards Mollys nipple to access the trailhead you need to go on Highway 59 on gould wash Road (see the screenshot for more information)

We love cryptobionic. Scenic, relatively short, challenging for all levels, but can get off and walk hard parts if needed.

Good view but youd have to be pretty hard to for something to do if you choose this hike over any other in the area.

5 stars for the views. It will help to have fat tires, or Advanced skills or Elite Fitness (not necessarily all of the above, I had fat tires not advanced skills). Bring lots of water and start early if youre going to try it in the summer. After leaving a cache of water at the hurricane Rim trailhead, I drove up to the upper Jem trailhead, got to the hurricane rim trail via China wash, and returned via Gould Rim, and Goulds Trail. Great day on the mtn bike for an intermediate.
