Nice little local resume telling the story of hurricane its Founders and its really citizens.Do admission charge, but worthy of at least a $5 cover.Covering the history of the first settlers, the arrival of water via the canal and the beginnings of the town. So beautiful samples of embroidery knitting and tatting as well as history of the founding familiesAs you would expect, lots of Mormon church influence, in fact the Mormon Church pretty much created this town out of hard work sweat and determinationEarly Times spoke of sheep shearing and peaches. We did not personally see any peaches, but originally they were a big thingNice docents helped us in this museum with local history and in explaining the exhibits. It worthwhile stop if youre interested in the history of little towns like this how they started and what made them possible

We got caught in town while working and stumbled across this museum. There was so much to look at. There was so much information. The family trees were my favorite part. The lady working inside was so nice and had a lot to talk about.

The museum was really nice it has a lot of things to look at and has history information as far back as 700 a.d. to more current events as well. The guy the welcomed us into the museum was an older gentleman who was very friendly and super helpful. He recommended us places to visit or even eat. The place he recommended were very good as well. The guy was somewhat knowledgeable of the items within the museum which help us get a better idea of the heritage of the town. There is no fee entrance or anything and there is plenty of oppotunities to take some family picture .

Despite saying its open on a big banner on the outside of the building, we found the museum closed because of the virus. I dont mind it being closed, but they shouldnt have it say its open online, but actually closed. Would definitely recommend

Oh my gosh the guy that sits at the desk is fantastic. So full of information. I was impressed with the condition of everything. You can see it had all been used but looks like it can easily be put back to work. So much information about the town and the families that founded it. Such a fun little museum. So much work went in to bringing the water here! You will fall more in love with the town after you check it out.

My kids love the new splash pad and play area, there s bathrooms although they were nasty when we absolutely Had to use them (yuck) but the rest is very well kept. Theres a shaded area right next to the splash area. And there a a big tree that provided a lot of shade over 1 small play area for lil kiddos.
