I went to the Birds of Prey screening here. IRS difficult to find where the parking garage is at. You have to open the doors to get to the elevator. The place is a maze, very confusing and disorienting. Overall it was fun but they need more signs to help people not get lost. I recommend an arrow pointing down telling me these are the elevators and another note saying entrance/exit because that place was ridiculous. Also you have to pay for parking. It is so lame. The theater itself is okay.

Super Fun! This is a really fun theater. The parking garage is connected to the theater which is helpful. The atmosphere is really cool! Multi level cineplex with iPix! Very large concession stands and even had a bar for adult beverages! The lines can be long to purchase tickets so grab those in advance online. Overall a really nice, clean theater.

Love/hate relationship with this place. Very convenient location. Hate that you have to pay $3 to park and give THEM BUSINESS. Also, why the hell cant you eat marble slab inside? If its in the same establishment?Instead of policing ice cream they need to work on cleaning up. I saw a whole trail of roach and rat droppings in their alley leading to door. Not to mention their condiments area is a wreck. Thirdly, why the hell did they spend all that money on getting a giant candy machine that is NEVER working.

A bit overpriced but a good place to enjoy the latest movies the entertainment world has to offer. The place is Bette clean that my grandmother’s room. The seats are comfortable and the screens are pretty darn good. I recommend to go watch movies a few days after they arrive to theaters. New movies bring quite a crowd that might prove uncomfortable to some.

My boyfriend and I went to this theatre twice already within the last two weeks, and both experience was extremely disappointing.First time, I went to the concessions on the second floor. There were 5 employees playing rock, papers, scissors. When I went to go get food, there was another lady who immediately went behind my back ordering over me. She realized I was there first, but then the cashier started taking care of her order while taking care of mine. While I was paying, she also started dismissing me and attending the other person. All the while there were 4 more employees not doing anything behind the counter.Secondly, for both visits, there were people sitting in our seats, insisting that they have no idea. They also kept convincing us to just take another seat, and we saw this happen to other people too. My boyfriend and I always buy an extra seat to keep a distance between us and other people. What’s the point of reserving seats, when it is not enforced to the people who come to the theatre? Never coming back here

I have always enjoyed going to this theater as the parking is convenient and they always have the most current films. However, it has been open many years now and I have yet to see any upgrades to the seating or dirty carpeting. We were in auditorium #10 tonight and the smell was so bad that it was difficult to focus on the movie. It’s time to switch to leather/vinyl seating and get rid of the old stinky carpet. It’s just gross!

Went to see The Gentlemen today. 12:30 start, had to sit through 9 movie previews in a very warm theater. The movie finally started at 13:00, half an hour of previews is a joke. And then 5 minutes into the movie, we had no sound. Several people got up to inform management. Walked out at 13:20 to get money back.Your business is showing movies, it was uncomfortable, you made us wait through some pretty awful previews and then the movie was unwatchable. If there was a zero star score youd be getting it. Never again will I go to this place

I used to like coming here. However, the management should change. I had a car broken into and things stolen and no one came to see what was going on. I was waiting for an hour at 1am and no one on premise. No one also came to meet me, HIGHLY unprofessional. DO NOT park outside this building, no one cares and it is dark in the night. The quality inside theatre should also change. Otherwise great building but there should be cameras and more safety on premises. The new valet parking also, what for? Its just money making. I prefer going to other places now even though this is the closest to me.

Hmm. I was hoping to have a good experience here. Looks beautiful. But Im gonna to give them 1 star. My wife asked for a coffee and they said Were out., and continued to stand in a group chatting with one another and never inquired to make some. Then, I bought a Soda, Popcorn special and I asked for Ice Tea.. The cashier said Were out. UGH... This is Texas, its against the law to be out of Ice Tea. Poor service and I spent $ to park in there garage. Non of the staff seamed to care if you where there or not. Well, its been 30 minutes, I guess Ill ask if my chicken tenders are ready. I was at the theater for a special screening. It is a very large theater with many screens and activities. There is an arcade and many types of vending machines including a cotton candy one. I mention that because it was butted right up against the photo booth and my friend thought she was putting money in the photo booth and bought cotton candy by mistake. The staff was friendly. I did not purchase anything at the concession stand so cant comment on that other than there were two additional concession stands I saw that were not open. It w as a Monday night. There is both a parking garage and street parking available. There were tables and chairs in the lobby upstairs where they did an autograph/meet the director session after a q&a that was held inn the auditorium following the screening of PGS.

Every time my family and I come here it is a great time. The theatre is always clean with minimal to no lines for tickets and they move super fast. The restrooms are always clean and well kept. The bartenders at the bar are always fast an courteous with everyone and best of all they have a full open bar, which is just fabulous. I went here with my husband on Christmas night. We were full but we decided to try some food as we aren’t from this side of town and had never been here before. I ordered the Mac and cheese with bacon and scallions and he ordered tipsy mudslide shake. Both were surprising delightful. The customer service was swift and very attentive. The dine in experience didn’t interfere with viewing the movie. One thing that could be improved is the seating. My chair didn’t have cushion on the arms which made it a little uncomfortable but aside from that , I was impressed. Also they have a mobile check in option so you don’t have to buy tickets at the window .

We went to go see a movie and asked what the RPX cinema was. We were told it was a premiere experience with better quality sound. Apparently, superior just means really loud. Like so loud we left the theatre after about 20 minutes. Our ears were ringing long after we left the theatre. Another factor as to why we left: the people in front of us kept texting. Every time they received a text, their laps lit up. They even took pictures (videos?) of the screen. We bought a medium popcorn and large soda, so the entire event cost us around $50 and we left. We did complain and were given comp tickets, but I dont feel that two comp tickets makes up for the time and money we wasted. I certainly dont want to spend yet MORE money on concessions again, and I dont want to have my movie experience ruined by patrons on their phones. In addition, if we left the movie because the volume was too loud, why we go back to a theatre that did not even acknowledge the volume was too loud in the first place? We didnt leave the movie because we didnt like the showing: we left because we didnt like the experience Regal Edwards offered us. In this case, I feel like we should have *at least* been refunded the ticket price.

I will NEVER go to this theatre ever again. My husband and I were desperate for a date night and brought our 4 month old son along with us because we don’t have a babysitter. Upon trying to purchase our tickets the theatre informed us that our baby couldn’t come into the theatre because of the age policy. Our 4 month old baby that doesn’t even know what’s what in life. They told us it’s because of noise, but when we asked to speak to a manager they said that it was just policy. That is so atrocious! First of all as a parent even if I wanted my completely competent 5 or 6 year old to be in an R rated movie that’s my call! Let alone a baby that just breastfeeds the whole tome. So ridiculous. Plus they don’t even have Dr.Pepper so there’s that...

One of the reasons I decided to actually get Regal Unlimited is because of this theater. The ridiculous imagery of 90s or early 2000s celebrities is dated, but I do love it! There are plenty of theaters inside, and even when its busy it has never taken too long to get through a line for food. The restrooms are always clean. I have not lived in Houston long but this theater had the film I wanted to watch at a good time. I have a friend who lives in walking distance of the theater and goes here often. I thought I would give it a try. I wasnt impressed with having to pay for parking. Movie tickets arent cheap nowadays and with going to the 4:30 showing of Angel Has Fallen, if I would have known I had to pay for parking, I may have went to the theater around the corner from where I live that has free parking. The theater itself was okay. There was a slight smell when I walked in my actual theater room but it went away after a while. It seems to be okay but they definitely will not be my first choice. It should be listed somewhere that there is a charge for parking (I looked for showtimes on Fandango and Atom so if it is listed, its not on their apps). Beyond that, it seemed okay. Like I said, they wont be my first choice but now that I know I have to pay to park, I might as well park at my friends apartment and walk the half mile there.

I just tried to go see the Joker movie with gf my who did joker face paint for the movie. Despite the fact that we already had tickets they refused to let us into the theater at all because her face was painted. To be clear she was not wearing a mask and had no other outfit or baggy clothes or anything else. The manager told us because they couldnt identify her they would not let her in the theater. On top of the fact that she was easily identifiable with the make up shes about 5 ft tall and less than 100 pounds wearing a small top and short jean shorts. This is what they seem to think classifies such a threat that they wont let you into the theater. The manager did give us a tickets for a later show time time but I still had to pay for parking twice and it was a big inconvenience that was totally unnecessary. It also just put a bit of a damper on the night. Ive also checked and theres no visible signs in the theater or warnings on the ticket purchasing process telling you face paint would not be allowed in the theater.
