I was here for the first time. I quite like it. Its clean, stuff very friendly, popcorn - fresh and tasty. Auditorium are clean, coaches very comfortable and reliable. I would recommend this place

Great people but if you’re hired here, do not trust and get comfortable around George Martinez... he is not your friend and creepy. The rats are still active and the roaches wandering around the coke machines are nasty. Makes me wonder about the popcorn machine they keep opened.

A happy day for me..watched a movie after so many months due to pendamic.Theatre ambience...cleanliness...maintenance are upto the mark. Sanitizing tissues are kept available ...masks are as usual compulsory.

Cinemark tinseltown USA is a great place for a family reunion, or just to take the kids so they can have fun and watch movies. They also have all kinds of candy bars and fountain drinks. And dont for get the popcorn with the milk dots, pizza, and pickles mmmmmmmmmmmmm they are so good. This place is also very clean and friendly employees that will make you feel right at home so you can enjoy your favorite movie by your self or family and friends. Come and check it out you all will love it and the game room is super cool. Come joint Cinemark for a movie.!

For my birthday they rented a theater for just my family. The kids enjoyed themselves. I was a lot of fun.

I have had good experiences dealing with the managers at this location. They were willing to help me with information on promotional movie items. And I actually won a toy from their game machines!

The restroom was nasty. The game room sucks and nothing works right. They let a he/she clean the womens restroom! Idc how much of a women u wanna be you should not be in the girls restroom PERIOD! The seats are the only thing I find good about this place!

I have been to many Movie Theaters in and around the Houston area. But Ive been to Cinemark Tinsel town twice this month and I Love it.The Staff and Service are Excellent and the Movie Experience is Totally Awesome. You have Reclined Seating and Epic Surround Sound for an Unforgettable Experience.I Highly Recommend.

Had a great time with my family here. Nice and clean. Reclining, assigned leather seats. The staff works quickly and are very courteous. The popcorn we had was fresh and buttery. Would definitely come back soon. The movie prices are reasonable for the experience.

This time around, the experience was great. I guess since we went early. No wait at concession. I bought tickets online which I usually do to save time. No line at ticket booth either. Usually I go in the evening which is why its super packed. Going later in evening give yourself plenty of time because you will wait at the concession line for a good amount of time.

Nice place to see a movie I love it cause its cheaper than other theaters and you still can see the new movies out.

Tried to enjoy a movie with my children but couldn’t due to the rude customer service presented by the management on duty she was not only disrespectful to me but also to my children as well corporate office will be notified

Great seats. Good food. Hit matinee for best prices. Seniors get discounts but must tell them before buying ticket. Great seats. Great A/C. Food is pricey so eat dinner before you go. Large popcorn has free refills.

Came here on 9/9 to watch IT, after purchasing our tickets we went to the concession area to get popcorn and drinks. We were informed after standing in line they had no co2 for the sodas, they were actually keeping it quiet from customer to customer. I had informed management had I known prior to purchasing tickets, I would have gone else where. The response? Sorry wont be spending any more money here in the future. Its not much, but I hope others do the same.

I’ve been coming to this theater since I was a teenager, the upgrades they’ve had in the recent years are awesome! I did have one bad experience a couple of months back. I bought my tickets and chose my seats online for the IT movie premiere. When I arrived, I noticed that one of the seats I had chose had a big, black trash bag over it with a sign that read, “temporarily out of service”. I went back to the box office and talked to the employee about my situation and she told me there was nothing she could do but give me a refund. I was upset at the fact that I took a night off to go watch this and the seats I chose online weren’t even good. They could’ve been more considerate and offered something else besides a refund but I guess I had to understand that the employee I was talking to was a teenager. I went ahead and called corporate and explained my situation to them, within a couple of days the manager at that same location gave me a call and apologized for the situation and offered me 6 free movie tickets. I am glad they took care of their customers and understood why I was upset! So overall, i am a happy customer and still plan on coming to this location.

Nice, theatre however kids have to be 16 years old to stay at the movies by there selfs. I was going to drop my 15 year old off but not allowed. My kids were able to go into another movie theater with no problem. I was shocked at there restrictions here.

First time going to this place and from the beginning my husband and I had a bad experience. We spoke with the Manager and he made up for our bad experience. The manager took initiative to go above and beyond to maintain our guest recovery. Mr. Greene you didn’t have to do all that you did to recovery us as guest but you did. I give you a 5 star!! Love the reclining seats but the theater is so dirty, bathrooms are disgusting and in very bad shape - toilets out of order, only 2/3 sinks were usable and they barely were. Bathroom had a grimey feel to it. I got the early for my movie, the previous movie ended, I watched everyone come out and waited for crew to come clean but no one ever did, we finally went inside to sit. Movie ran fine and it was comfortable.

Seen bad boys 3 for the first time. Great atmosphere and seats. Love you can have pizza and drinks.

Almost 5 stars, sometimes its hot in there and that doesnt make sense for a theater. Cool staff though.

My vehicle was stolen on 01/10/2020. I parked it right up front, under a light in front of 2 Jacinto City police cars. No one saw anything. Tinseltown also does not have cameras facing the parking lot. I know this can happen anywhere, but feeling safe is a customs service. Maybe have a couple of patrol officers roam the parking lot.

Great place! Small food selection but the chairs are nice. And they have a bar!!

The theater I was in had electric reclining seats with foot rests that extended out/up. It was very nice to be able to put your feet up.

The place is really nice since the of created the chairs. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Nice amenities - recliners are great! I arrived early on a Saturday morning with a movie start time of 10:35. I bought my tickets online and used the QR code to get the printed ticket. Pretty easy. The best part, though, was the ability to get an assigned seat in the sweet spot. The only reason this was not a 5 star review... just before the movie started, a man showed up with a ticket with the same seat number. We worked it out, but that shouldnt really happen. Otherwise, nice sound, comfy chair, and great picture.

I came for the first time to this theater on 7/5/19 to see toy story 4. The guy that help me buy my movie ticket was very helpful he gave me the time of the movie and my options for seats. I walked in the front door and it is a small theater but its very easy to make your way to ur theater. I was impressed by the seats they are very comfortable and they recline. At first it felt hot in the theater but as the movie started the AC came on. I like that the movie theater was not packed with people this was a Friday night. I really like the theater and will come back.

I Would give it more stars if there was more security in the parking lot. Good theater though

Just saw Hobbs and Shaw. It was totally awesome and the theater is great too. The kids saw the Lion King and loved it as well. Great place for families to enjoy time together.

La Llorona 4/18Went to see this movie and they were having technical difficulties, the movie didnt download properly.Manger on duty, HANDY (I believe I heard him correctly) not only offered rain checks but he offer a refill on snacks and drinks for the 1 hour plus wait we had.He was incredibly funny and turned what could have been a really bad experience into somewhat of an adventure.We really enjoyed our date night and will be returning to this theatre (as opposed to the 1 a little closer).Hope to continue to see Mr. Handy there with his warm smile and great management skills.He truly went above and beyond, as did the rest of the staff.Also, the prices on movies and snacks are reasonable and the new seats are very comfortable.Nice upgrades.Bathroom could use a little attention and updates but everything else was wonderful.

We visit here write a bit. Its usually clean and we typically have our pick of seats. There is always something good showing.

This place was great we got through the front quickly with our tickets, paid for our food and watched our movie in XD which made it all the way more great. The only thing that got me thinking was why so expensive for a lot of people. I do not recommend bring a lot of people unless they are paying fir themselves. Other than that the theatre was amazing.

The popcorn qere good the guy that attended me in the concession stands was funny.The recliners are confortable and they lay down at the touch of a button. Although the people behind us had a baby and he or she were crying all movie long. That was all my complaints...

Very dirty some employees were sitting around on the floor While stuff needed to be cleaned up off the floor. Restrooms were very nasty trash on the floors and roaches. Also someone left there dirty underwear on the floor with poop. My family will continue to travel a distance for better costumer service. Tinseltown Town 290 is the best!

Been going her for 14 years and let me tell you, aside from the hormonal teenagers going there on friday night. This place had electronic recliners and holy hell, you get the best bang for your buck.

The theater was clean enough, the popcorn was fantastic and fresh. Unfortunately they have had to shoehorn seats in, so the front three rows are looking almost straight up. Reserved seating and reclining seats are nice, but if nothing is available behind the first three rows, dont go.

I just love,love and did I say love the reclining seats. I believe that was the best thing that Cinemark could have changed. The surround sound is great! The movie prices are reasonable and now they have the evening movie deals its great! So for 2 people it is about $11.00, not including concession. Ive only had one issue with the theater and that was when there was a power outage and the manager didnt have access to the rain checks, so I had to come back the next day to obtain it. It was during a very popular Marvels movie so I couldnt view the movie the next day because it was sold out. At that time it was very unorganized.

I love coming here. The food is good, the restrooms are clean, friendly staff, and very comfortable to be in.

A service was just OK. The person giving us our tickets told us to go to the wrong he had her and as we sat and got settled in with 2 kids we realized that we were an absolutely the wrong movie. We adjusted to where we needed to be. And I guess well just chalk it up to everybody has a bad day.

I love this theater. I hate their customer service. I bought 2 hotdogs which were visibly burned and when I brought it to the attention of the concession people they told me they would replace them. Upon receiving fresh ones I could see they were still burned and not fresh and I made a complaint to the manager. They now sell fresh butter to put on the popcorn apparently the butter was not put properly in the warmer and was congealed and lumpy and was not apparently until we squeezed all over our popcorn ruining the entire bucket. Long story short DO Not eat the food here they do not care about quality. The theater itself is nice.

My favorite movie theater, comfy seats and cleaner than most theaters nearby

First I would like to say that the upgrades this theater made are awesome. The chairs are really comfy and really cool in particular. It is our go to movie theater and even signed up for the cinemark movie pass as well. I did not have a great experience tonight though. The concession line took 20 minutes to get through and when I went to go find my seats right at the beginning of movie time (due to the concession line) two people were in our seats. I had to leave and go find a manager because the theater was packed and I didnt want to take someone elses seat. The manager seemed to think that my ticket stub was fake when I showed her and told her that someone was in my seat. She appeared to go check in the box office to verify I guess? After realizing the ticket was real she went into the theater with me and looked at the tickets of the people in our seats. Turns out they were at the right movie but in the wrong theater so we ended up getting our seats but I missed the beginning of the movie with no offer to make this up or apology. 1 star experience tonight but I typically enjoy this movie theater so 3 stars.

It was very dirty hot sauce inside the cup holder, napkin was on the seats and floor, and food on the floor and between seats. It also felt very hot.

I love the theater seats. Especially that they recline. Theaters are clean and so are the restroom. Sound is great in the theaters too. Reason for the 4 stars is a couple of things: Depending on the manager, is how clean the concession area is. Some of the box office kids are rude and dont try to help people with their questions. They dont listen to what you have to say.

We got there at 7:00pm and the lady at the counter told us to go into the theater but after 30 minutes we realized we were in the wrong theater due to reserved seating. So we go back to the counter and tell her and she calls the manager, he was very helpful and nice and we were able to watch our movie.

I always enjoy this theater. I would give 5 stars but Today I went to a matinee to see a pretty long movie. The theater smelled like rotten garbage. It was very unpleasant. I am not sure if someone left a dirty baby diaper under the seats or food that was rotten, but they may need to try to clean a little better.

Always come here for movies but tonight was just blah!! Out of 4 popcorn machines only had 1 making popcorn no pizza unless they stop making at a certain time..popcorn that we did get was salty,also not to mention the bag of Twix were melted litterly stuck and stale..lines where super long workers barely said anything when we finally did get our turn.. Pop corn area and condiments was a mess!!Husband and I seats did not work and it was hot!!!

First time visiting this location and my experience was great! Is a small theater but it has reclining chairs but they dont heat.

Mostly clean but took over 20 minutes in the concession line for them to bit have all the pices to the IT Cup we purchased then took another 10 minutes to rerun my money.

I enjoyed the ease of printing my tickets I purchased online. No waiting in line.

It was clean. The movie had great sound, and the seats were extremely comfortable. I wish I had one at home.

So we had an awful experience. One of our seats didnt work. Another seat was sticky and while watching the movie a huge cockroach wouldnt stop pacing back and fourth in front of us in fear that it was gonna fly towards us. So I spoke with the manager (Mr. Martinez) about the experience. I was told to come back in the morning to speak with another manager because they were closed. Next morning that manager had no clue. I just didnt have time for it so Ive decided to leave a review

The cashier at the concession stand was less than helpfull. She was not friendly at all and gave off bad vibes that dampened the over all experience. I ordered 2 large popcorns and 2 large drinks and a pickle. How that comes out to $31 is beyond me!

This location only had two individuals working in snack bar and the service was quite horrible. There was only one womens restroom on the side where movie was and of 5 stalls, only 2 were functional for a childrens film, Frozen 2! Will NOT return to this location ever.

Love the loungers and the tickets are the cheapest Ive found around town. Its a theres a big wall behind every seat so its extra private and no chance of anyone kicking your seat. Love that they still serve jalapenos and sometimes they have Valentina sauce!

My wifes family lives on that side of town. We take her little brother and sister to movies there. Matinees are less than 6 bucks! Hard to beat those prices, especially with reserved seating recliners!

Used to love going here but now they have seat arrangement so I stopped going... Still a nice place for everyone to go just not for me.

This theatre is nice and clean. The staff is always welcoming and courteous. We have gone twice and all movies have been sold out so Id recommend buying your tickets online and printing them there.
