My friend Bel and I went to iPic Houston to see Stevie Nicks 24 Karat Gold concert on the big screen. It was her first and my second time here. The staff were amazing and theater was very clean and luxurious- even the washroom was gorgeous with orchids! The food was exceptional, the seats were so comfortable and the movie was just what I needed that day. Worth every penny!

I’m going to keep coming here because it’s comfortable and close but there always out of the beer on tab and in bottle. It’s very frustrating to not be able to order many things on the menu. Also there food is underwhelming. If this establishment improves I’ll change my stars accordingly. Or I’ll start driving out of the look for a nice theater.

Love this place! Since COVID all the theaters are slow but this place is really comfy with great service and food. Half off wine on Thursday is the time to go.

My husband and I love the intimate setting of this theater. We feel the comforts of home with a blanket and the ability to recline almost completely! We love the unlimited popcorn and they make a tasty old fashion which we always get. You do pay a premium price but we feel it’s worth it. Can’t wait to go back!

Great theatre usually but I’m questioning their customer service right now. I left my wallet there Sunday night (entirely my fault and I’m positive it is there because of the last Tile location). Unfortunately, I’ve called the local number 6 times, emailed and messaged on Facebook to no avail. None of my contact attempts have been returned in 72 hours. I’ve even contacted their cooperate team and the River Oaks management team, but not even they have been able to get this location to respond.

Best experience ever at a movies. Never going anywhere else but here. Customer service was phenomenal they attended to our needs and were very polite. They made me feel like I was of high class when I know I’m just an average Joe.

My husband brought me here for my birthday tonight. We had never been or even heard of this place. We will never go anywhere else. We paid the same price for tickets that we do anywhere else. Service was great. Food and drinks were great. I love the blankets. The whole place is beautiful. Also the manager (I’m guessing) was very kind and generous. Definitely worth the money and drive from Pasadena.

I had been wanting to go to IPIC for some time, but never had made the arrangements. It was a blast....so pretty, comfortable and we felt like royalty. Snacks were amazing and delivered by our personal snack ninja. The price is really not a LOT more than the regular movies and its such a fun experience. Go....youll be glad you did.

Horrible experience. Only one of the concession stands was open. The line was super long. It took me half an hour to get through it. I almost missed the beginning of the movie. The place was dirty, popcorn all over the place the drink stands were filthy and sticky. There was Coke on the floor. The parking lot is very dark and it is not it a good area. I felt very unsafe. We will not go back.

My friends and I dined in The Tuck Room before our movie and pretty guy working was very amazing and service was very professional. Unfortunately when one of our friends were waiting for us as needed to use the restroom but was denied before he could say what he was there for. I did not tell my friend what we were going for because it was a surprise. A guy by the name of Saul had the worst attitude towards us. In the mist of talk there were a few staff members standing behind the guest services counter just standing and rudely watching us the whole time. When I asked a staff member of iPic who they were, I was informed they were management. If Saul, Leslie, Omar and Morgan think that’s okay and to disrespect and eye down paying customers in a rude way then I will never return to this establishment and nor will my friends. You guys do not deserve to be in management. Very rude and unprofessional. I fell sorry for everyone working under the management in the iPic location. I do appreciate my Tuck Room sever and movie server.

Love this theater, clean, great atmosphere and good social distancing. Creates a great spot for date nights. Bottomless popcorn is a plus plus!!! So nice I said it twice!!!

Watched many movies here, but the most experience was the worst. The movie started 40 mins late, theater wasn’t cleaned. Had to sweep popcorn with our feet. Had to call the theater to get the movie started. Ut was the epitome of poor staffing and managing.

Was looking forward to a date night with my girlfriend this evening, battle to convince her to go due to Covid-19, but just received a call that the theater is cancelling the 5pm showing this evening. I’ve been coming to this theater for years and getting a call one hour before the showtime is poor customer service. I’m disappointed with the customer service and expected more when you’re paying top dollar when it’s easy to go spend money elsewhere. Guess the new management doesn’t believe in the value of their loyal customers. I live a few miles away from the theater and the weather excuse is ridiculous!!

I was wating to visit iPic a while. I have to say that the experience was good, everything seemed clean, the staff did a temperature screening before entering the room. There was me, my wife and another couple at the session we choose.

Friendly staff. Waiter and staff were all masked. Recliner Seats are awesome with only 2 in a cubical. We felt safe in these COVID19 times.Waiter came with beverages, food and unlimited popcorn shortly after pushing the button. Great to get out and almost feel like normal.

Theres no movie theater i have been i would compare to this,,the restrooms,lounge and screening super clean, before or after ur movie u wanna spend more time here

Ipic is not a bargain cinema and that is the point. Ipic offers something traditional mega cinemas don’t, in seat service for food & beverage. The seats are recliners and private. Worth the visit.

The best experience Ive ever had in a movie theater. I love how comfortable the seats are, with a little blanket and pillow , you also get complementary popcorn if sitting on VIP seats. I love watching movies here!!

Weve never had a bad experience at IPIC! We recently paid $16 to see a movie we could have rented at home for $6 - just because we wanted the IPIC experience. Every single employee makes you feel welcome and pampered. And the food is great. Their Keto menu is fabulous! (Keto Fried Chicken and Keto-rita!).

I love coming to IPIC because the experience is ALWAYS GREAT! Yes it’s pricey. But it’s worth the great service from staff. They don’t give you attitude like most places and are always helpful and extremely polite. Seats are $29 but are super comfortable, you get a pillow, a blanket, and they’re recliners. Drink menu is also pretty great. Last time I went to go see “The Grudge”. Ordered a burger and it was extremely salty. I let my server know and she took it off my bill with no hesitation. When you decide to go out, you know you’ll be spending money. So, just know this place is worth the spend.

My brother brought the whole family here to see Star Wars episode 9! We had a great experience! Super clean. Great sound. They food was great! We had the beef sliders and cheese popcorn. My wife and I sat in a pod for two and it was awesome. They had electric reclining seats, blankets and pillows. Highly recommend this place!

Presentational events are perfect for clienteles, sound is like watching a movie! Free parking and private bar for your guest. Food is good. Several restaurant nearby. Will be back on a special date.

Don’t waste your money on the green premium seats as these are way too close to the screen. I think it is absolutely not worth it to spend 17 dollars per ticket for those seats as any normal movie theater will give you a better and cheaper experience. If you go purchase the expensive orange premium plus seats in the back to ensure a comfortable movie experience.

First time coming to IPIC and I fell in LOVE! Amazing service, luxurious atmosphere, great drinks. Perfect for a date night idea or just a night out in Houston. Pricey in comparison to other theaters but so worth it.

This theater great. Food90% very taste. when they not over book ! Only my pet peeve, why they dont play some of the best movie %. And I have tried many times request very good movie out on the market, No response from them. Other than that : Very comfortable furniture and service very good , but 2nd Things I am Not happy about your restaurant points rewards dont always updated ,**(always take more than 5 to 14 months get updated) ** and I have to keep track and keep reminding MGMT. After being away for 18mos. the shine has worn off...I still felt very comfortable and safe but there was something missing...cant put my finger on it. If you have not had this intimate movie watching experience, you should try it for yourself.

Supposed to be upscale cinema, but premium seating was sold out and regular seats at $17 werent even reclining. Plus it has only one bathroom. 2 movies finished at the same time, the line was long. Worth every penny! The seats were incredibly comfortable and the service was great. Ordered wine, buffalo chicken spring rolls, and the chocolate chip cookie. All things were delicious! Can’t wait to go back and try the loaded tater tots. They looked divine.

Great place to watch a movie. Relaxing seats with complementary pillow an blanket. Directions not clear. First, the entrance feels like youre entering a bar with a movie theater. Second, its not clear how you order any of your good or drinks. You actually have to sit down and then place your order. Not much of a concierge setup to direct or instruct you.

The atmosphere by fair is the best and you get what you pay for. I enjoyed it the food, the drinks and overall time spent with my significant other at night its lighting is so romantic perfect place for date night. Not to mention they give you unlimited popcorn.

Im a VIP member here and I highly encourage it if you love movies. Once you watch your first movie here you will become a customer for life. I refuse to watch movies anywhere else. Viewing is so comfortable youll fall asleep :)

Samantha was the first face we saw and she answered ALL of our questions with a smile. She was very pleasant while assisting us with purchasing our tickets as well. When we got to the top of the escalators, Erin was awesome with assisting us on where to go. We even had a little chat and a laugh. Great customer service experience so far. Update after the service in theater coming.

My favorite movie theater of all times. I come here about once a week. Very nice suite seats, dine-in menu is not bad either. They did give me an empty bonus gift card and one time the service was super slow (they served me a tea near the end of the movie) but other than that I’ve always enjoyed it.

Not just a movie theater. Awesome event space to host your next gathering. We did our work holiday party here last night. They were awesome! The food and service are fabulous plus everyone was super excited about the space. We had a band which was fun but a bit loud (I might have re-thought that). We had the additional bonus of using one of their theaters for our 2019 re-cap video. Thank you to Lee Anne, Leslie, Cameron and their entire crew who took such great care of us. They were a pleasure to work with before, during and after the event.

This is the most luxurious movie theatre you will ever experience. Ive been coming for over a year now. Everyone is always friendly and the food/drink menu are great. I refuse to see a movie anywhere else.

My sweetie and I ventured out for our first post-pandemic entertainment evening at IPIC in Houston. Before we could go in, we were temperature tested. Staff was masked up; practicing social distancing. Its a baby step to normalcy but glad we made IPIC our first venture.

Clean and relatively private pod seating. Prompt and attentive meal service. Pricey but WELL worth the experience.

I had such an amazing time for my birthday...We enjoyed happy hour in the Tuck Room, I got the Norma Jeane and he had got the whiskey. ..Walked into the theater with our drinks to our seating in Premium.Plus. section which was so cozy, once seated you couldnt hardly see anybody else..we had blankets and pillows waiting for us .We almost felt like we was at home with the full out recliners, in fact my Mister went to sleep(lol)...Enjoyed mozzarella sticks, sliders, and loaded tators, it is truly a romantic evening

No just, just no. I am going off my experience here and overall it was not good.Lets start with this, I ordered food from cafe. I think it was iPic Express. The pager they gave me for my food never went off when my food was ready, never gave me my beer at the register, or the candy. As soon as I ordered and paid, the guy at the register went on to the next customer and didnt acknowledge me. I saw all the people serving food looking at my plate in the window and never questioned what was going on with it. I had to go up and tell them with order was mine.Second, this goes for all the iPic theaters themselves. If you do not get the premium plus or whatever you call the best seating, it is not worth going. Those seats are so close you cant see the screen for two reasons. One, most of it is out of your field of view. Second, the screen fades up at the top. The top of the screen is nearly straight up above you and it creates a shadow and the seats DO NOT recline. Dont waste your money here. You can get better service and seating elsewhere for cheaper.

Excellent movie theater for a date! Located centrally in the Houston Galleria Area, by a ton of high end stores; this new addition to the Houston Area is a win! You get what you pay for and for this theater it is well worth the price. Great customer service and popcorn was included with the purchase of the movie ticket.I would highly recommended this venue for a wonderful date night or just a classy place to watch your next must see flix.Cheers,

Theater is clean and bathrooms are very clean. I love the comfy recliners and the way theyre set up so you have privacy. Its pricey but worth it.

Its a really fabulous place. However the accommodations for base price were sub-par compared to another theatre.And they did not have staff selling candy.

Worst personal experience in a Theater. From the smoke-filled lobby (which is a huge lobby) due to burning popcorn that didnt trigger any audible alarms to the employee at the on-line ordering station that said, Theres nothing I can do. to help us with our on-line order was just the beginning.

Best movie date night experience. Ninja waiters..what! They were on point. Price is high, but I dont expect less for the area I know what I signed up for and am happy to pay again in the future.

Premium movie tickets to see The Joker (for a premium price) gave us a dine-in-the-dark experience of tasty cuisine, cocktails, beer, and spicy Mexican brownies. Service was provided by our waiter Josh direct to our private seating area equipped with a blanket and pillow.

Beautiful theater well worth the money and food is delicious do recommend for a nite out. Special seating is 30 a person plus food spent about 200 here but worth it for the comfort.

Difficult to go back to a normal theater after this. Very comfortable and spaced out so youll never have anyone kicking the back of your seat. Costs a little more compared to a traditional movie, but you will be in complete comfort.

Been coming here for awhile now and the atmosphere here is great with friendly staff. Location is heavily prime; right in the ROD and Uptown Galleria area. Like how there is less seating than other theaters so it is not over crowded. Severs are nice & attentive but the food is absolutely terrible. Just like others mention, food quality needs work. Recipes, Cooking or Quality of ingredients; whichever it is. Overall great theater.

Place was crazy expensive, and we were told we could only buy for rows a and b while in the theater, half the seats were empty. We werent told how to order food, and it took a while to get a servers attention when trying to find out. Luckily one was able to tell me how to order food, but for the seats we were forced to buy, we had to go to the bar. The bar was nice and very helpful. The food was good, but again crazy expensive. I think the whole visit was sullied by the lack of convenience, and the fact that it feels like we were lied to for some off reason.

Nice and unique atmosphere with latest movies. You have your choice to sit in premium private pods or regular seats that still recline. The food is tasty and service is pretty good. The prices are high. Also please add more vegan friendly options.

The price paid per ticket sets an expectation of an luxury experience. However, what was found was dirty restrooms the toilet paper was out, fecal matter and urine on seats, toilet paper they had to use was on the floor. Unlimited popcorn seems like a great idea, but it was too salty and stale. The blanket provided was scratchy and felt cheap. I have experienced better more comfortable recliner seats at Cinemark or Star Cinema. The employees werent as friendly as expected. Aside from being greeted to look up your name, if you purchased a ticket online, I didnt receive any other welcome from passing employees. In fact many people opened theatre doors for the employees to enter and exit, who didnt have food or drinks in their hands. Typically at other theatres which serve food and drinks if an employees hands are empty they step aside and open the doors for you. Experience for the price of ticketwas not worth it. Can find better elsewhere at half the price.

I love iPic! Definitely a place for the perfect date. It is a lil pricey but worth it. It’s clean, the food selection is great, the ambiance is eclectic.

I really enjoy the wonderful experience here. BUT...the food could really improve. I’ve eaten here about half a dozen times always hoping the food would get better. I was also happily surprised they served keto friendly dishes. Me and my wife ordered a few dishes including the lettuce wraps and buttermilk fried chicken. BOTH were terrible. I can’t believe they would even show pictures that are nothing like what is served. They should be embarrassed to represent the food in pictures but deliver such a poor quality dish. And I’ve just decided to refuse to order dinner. And just enjoy the movie and popcorn and the very wonderful and attentive staff.

Im 61 close to 62 and fully recline my legs were to long... All you have to do is no recline fully.. I love the experience.. the price is a bit high .. but worth it.. I wish they had 3D I Max

Nothing short of a scam. Considering the cost, I anticipated that even the first two rows of the theater (7 total rows?) would allow for a reasonable viewing experience. I was wrong. The first two rows are so close to the screen that it is nearly impossible to see more than 40% of the screen at one time. I am not sure if the neck pain or the headache would have been more severe. I booked tickets for a different theater as I was sitting at the IPIC theater and left five minutes into the first preview...so quickly that I did not bother asking for a refund - I am shocked that they sell tickets for this experience. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you do not bring someone here and embarrass yourself with seats toward the front of the theater.

Awesome staff but.. I was not impressed. I had no idea that only VIP customers receive food service while watching a movie. All others will have to get there own food from the Express Station and wait on it until its ready. It took 50 minutes to cook 4 bland chicken strips and french fries with no seasoning. Eighteen dollars for this meal was excessive. I probably will not return here in the future. Im truly disappointed. Overall 35 dollars including food and movie ticket for a night out that I did not enjoy. I totally expected better from here.

So I got a blanket and pillow, still not worth the price of the tickets. Plus they charged me an extra $3 for ordering my drink without ice. They served small bags of popcorn, which tasted delicious. Still not worth the price of the tickets.

I come here often more for the venue than the staff. Food is good when the right chef is in. When service is downhill it becomes a very frustrated experience. Such a shame as this place could do so well if they just cared and have better recruitment of staff. Blankets are worn out and popcorn is free if the staff remember to give it to you.

An absolute comfortable experience. Clean theaters and great drinks. Almost feels like a party walking out of the movie in the direction towards the bar. Plenty of parking in the garage. Comfortable temperature not super cold like most theaters.

I’m extremely disappointed that they did not honor their gift card special today. I didn’t know it was an online only offer. Last year it wasn’t but this year they won’t give me the $30 gift card unless I buy online. It’s the day before Christmas so I had to buy it at the location cause I like to hand over gift cards to loved ones. There is no time to wait for it by mail. I still bought $100 worth but next year I think I’ll just do Amazon cards. It also felt like they didn’t care when I asked about the deal online. She said they won’t do it there. How do you maintain your guests if you won’t honor what your emailing constantly.

I loved the atmosphere, and how clean and relaxing this experience was. Truly a comfortable place to dine in and watch a movie. Just about join the rest of the audience and fell asleep, with the chairs reclining.

This was totally worth admission. Once you upgrade to Gold membership, it pays off when you set foot in the theater. The pods are amazing. Its almost like you have a private viewing of the movie. The service is really nice. Food is really good. As a Gold member you get free popcorn. The seats are amazing. Its like being at home. Great place for a movie date. We will be making this our theater of choice.

Truly one of Houston’s best attractions. Everyone here is so sweet and watching movies here is so fun with the large, reclining chairs. Not to mention that the food is great as well!
