We have good time .we enjoy the movie .the stuff members were nice and polite.

Always a great bargain if youre able to catch your movie early. Contrary to the AMC on Katy Mills, this location offers $5.00 ticket prices for daily showings up to 4:00pm which is awesome. Afterwards price then hikes up to $7.00; still not bad considering other Theaters charge $10.00 or more. The Big D Theatre option ($6.99 before 4:00pm) offers rocking seats, superb screen and sound. Its important to mention that no electronic recliner seats are offered at this location. This aint really a deal-breaker in my opinion since in return youre getting a cheaper ticket price. Finding a parking spot at this location is a breeze as it has a very spacious lot. Overall, the AMC Yorktown 15, is a great alternative for those who live nearby.

This place is clean all the time, Ive been to other amcs and theyre a little dirty. I find this one ok. Pretty big parking lot, nice people attending

I would rate it 3 , although you get what you paid. For $5 ticket i ideally i should not expect much but still.... seats not very comfortable, you can not incline and halls lacks cleanliness

Okay can we all just admit that the bathrooms are about as nasty as any place youve ever been? However the theaters themselves are quite nice, the chairs are comfortable, the surround sound is top notch I picture quality is great, but to be honest we all go here because you really cant beat the price... I hope this place never closes

Location is close to my house so we come often. Matinee and weekend tickets are really good prices. Did not give a 5 start because I feel like the floors are always sticky and the bathrooms need work. Once these things are addressed, it will be a 5 star theater.

Bathrooms are filthy. Seats arent leather. So, from a mothers perspective it was okay only because of good price. Perfect for teenagers, young adults, singles, and the frugal in general. Customer service is good. Popcorn is not that good. Free refulls in drinks though!

My movie was cut short because of a generator problem but staff was really helpful and gave out free passes to accommodate for the lost time on the movie

Neighborhood cinemas with new movies for cheap.Been here 3 times so far; parking has never been a hassle, the theatres Ive been in were all clean, I havent had to use the restrooms so cant really comment on that. (will update accordingly)Overall, a decent movie theatre.

Worst place ever. The experience since the moment we got here was quite unpleasant. The way the employees seem to working lacks energy. Everything seems dead and uninviting. We were expecting some okay offers on food and candy and what not,compared to other cinemas, however all we got was some chicken and cheeseburger sliders that were literally thumb size. The price was 22 dollars just for those two things. Next, we wanted to get some candy; a bag of m&ms and airheads that ended up being not even family size at 11 dollars. Money isnt a problem but to make matters worse the display wasnt even as HD or cinematic as youd think and the whole cinema is quite dirty and the seats are itchy and just feel as if they are like a wooden rocking chair that belonged to a grumpy old man. Waste your money somewhere else. Your choice...

Went to see Little Women. Projector was dim. Hard to see the film. Sound was poor. Ill enjoy it better when it comes to cable tv. Seats uncomfortable for a longer movie. Should have asked for a refund. Find any other theater than this one.

Literally no wait. Staff treated both of my kids with respect. Seats were clean and comfortable. We had a great time.

The theaters have reduced their numbers of seats and made them a bit more comfortable. They seem to be going in the same direction as all of the other theaters. It has gotten cleaner and less rough

I love that this theatre is so close to home so we’ve been coming here for years but the cleanliness is unacceptable. The floors are sticky and need to be vacuumed, the counters full of trash, the soda machine’s needs to be cleaned, and trash cans needs to be emptied more often. Now that this place has changed to AMC I have seen a steady decline in cleanliness. I love coming to my neighborhood theater but if this continues then I will be forced to find a better location. Customers should be seeing management making rounds and really putting lots of emphasis on cleanliness. Hire more staff or delegate better to the ones you have.

Been here since I was 5 and had all my favorite memories of cinema in this theater. However, I just wish they can clean the restrooms and not make the prices to high.

We came here because it was the only theatre still playing Joker. The kids that come here are always out of control & disrespectful. Made it unpleasant to watch the movie. The place is dirty, the seats made us itchy & very little attendants working.Will NEVER come here again. Sad because it really is a nice theatre with a good location. Oh! The tickets were quite inexpensive as well...fitting.

If you better come here if you have purses and backpacks so you can sneak some snacks in because the prices are way too high I came here on a Sunday and there was barely anybody the movies are nice but way too expensive for the snacks but the movies are cheap and a good prices for movies only would recommend only if you can sneak snacks in from a dollar store or something we got three popcorns three dreams and two candies for $70 way too expensive

Theater was clean, restroom was clean, employees were nice, No lines, snacks were in a bag ready for us to pick up. Overall great movie night.

Well theater is normal as other theatres. however last few times i been to, there is only one person at the counter for ticketing.. it is a big line most of the time... there are 2 machines / kiosks, however they will not dispatch tickets if the movie time has passed... so we have no option but to go to the ticketing counter

Price was the best of town. $6.99 for adult $4.99 for chil and seniors. Seat still fabrics but you can pick were to sit. Prices for food was good and flavors of the food was great. Sound was good and place was clean.

If the food and drinks werent so overpriced, I think more families would go to the movies together, more often.

This place has great service and this is my main movie theater to watch upcoming new shows. Never once have I’ve been disappointed with any of the workers and the place is sanitary of what I’ve seen so far. Would recommend to family and others to come

Worst Customer Service ever. Before I decided posting this review I gave the opportunity to AMC to offer a solution. It happened last Saturday about 7:15 pm at the AMC Yorktown 15. First I spoke with Manager T. But he couldnt handle the issues caused by AMC admission policy, so no help obtained. Second, I tried Customer Service on the AMC app they sent me and email explaining its not their fault and they cannot do anything. So here is my review:Lots of people, including complete families and groups of 3-4 teens where required to ask for refunds and leave because it was after seven and a letter size poster hanging here and there explained the admission policies and why you cant get access to the shows.Be aware that your kids under 17 are not welcome on their own after 7:00 pm even for PG or PG13 movies. Families with kids under 6 please avoid buying tickets unless you ask about their policy.One last thing to think about, DO NOT buy your tickets online unless you know their policies in advance or you would have to waste your time and gasoline when you find out that youre not welcome. Hope this help you to save some money because AMC teathers dont think is big deal.

Been going to this theater since we moved here 5 years ago. Prices are great, especially having 3 little kids. Were able to take them more often than we had been able to in the pass at other ones.

I like this movie theater. They are quick with service and not so busy. The seats are good and it seems like a pretty clean place.

Seemed as if other amc theaters take the time to properly illuminate the walkways in the movie rooms.. Not here. Great straight to the point theater. Dont expect higher quality service, nor complimentary walkway lighting.

It is extremely dirty and the arcade area/restraunt area is filthy and there are shady kids wanting you to let them in so they can get free admission but the employees are nice and there food is good and the theaters themselves are clean. The seats are Okay other amcs Im the area have reclining seats for the same price.

The seats are very tight and small. The entire 2 hours I was uncomfortable. They was need a better system at the food pick up counter.

Loved the front view.The seats were not as comfortable as the ones at the bigger AMC in Katy.However, I survived and the movie made me laugh so much that I forgot about the uncomfortable seat.

Outside in the parking lot we didnt know whether or not to leave our car or have someone pick it up. This place is ratchet ghetto... OMG the kids/teens hanging out, being loud, disrespectful, ugh...Inside the theater.... Comfortable chairs, but the floors are super nasty. The carpet is sticky. My flip flops got stuck to the carpet. Bathrooms are disgusting, and thats about that.1st time that we went, and probably our last.

If youre into bargains and dont mind the outdated experience, go here. We paid $5 to $6 per seat. I didnt expect the restrooms to be in such neglected conditions! Hold your nose if you must go! Dont bother with the soft pretzels. Theyre nothing like the ones from the malls. Besides the staffs great customer service, this place is more like the next dollar cinema.

My grandson and daughter enjoyed themselves, watched Toy Story 4 they had a blast. The theater was clean, and spacious. The staff was polite we will be coming again.

Really good place to vibe with ur friends and family to watch a movie. The only downside is that snacks and drinks are pricey.

I really enjoyed the movie, however this location was filled with Houston Police officers which made me feel uneasy. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting and the trash and recycling were overflowing... If these werent glaring problems, I would rate it highly.

The pricing is a best kept secret. Imagine only paying about $5 bucks for an adult priced matinee. This theatre may be smaller than others but you still get the AMC feel and its located in the very back...which is absolutely wonderful for me. I noticed the seats were very comfy and I wasnt squished at all. When I got to the concession stand I ordered a popcorn and the young man even offered me a coupon that would allow me to get a drink and popcorn for the same price of just what a popcorn would be. Horrible managers, complained to them about all the trash everywhere, all trash cans where full, bathrooms discussing. Told the manager and they actually laughed.

Very small theaters with tiny screens. Theater room was filthy, ketchup smears everywhere and popcorn all over the place. Wrappers, nacho boxes, drinks everywhere. Another thing was that they had 2 small racks of snacks in the concessions area. I told my wife to get us sour skittles, they were out. We said ok sour patch kids, they were out. Ok chocolate.. nothing except raisins. Any other theater ive ever been to has rows of snack shelves!! And then a little teenager marched up to us in the snack area and demanded our IDs. No greeting, nothing. Just walked right up to us and said IDs . I said what for? He said it is past curfew. Man get out of here . Go to tinseltown 290 it is cheaper, tons of food and bigger theaters with comfy chairs

My family and I visited the AMC theater on Saturday July 7th for the 1:45pm showing of Toy Story 4. Although my daughters loved the movie, food and drink fine, the entire movie theater was FILTHY....and I mean wall to wall, lobby hallways, restroom and movie theater. The floors could not have been swept in days or maybe a week. The debris in the game area, popcorn, paper product and debris all over the carpeted areas, bathrooms had not been cleaned at all and smelled like it, inside the movie area our shoes stuck everywhere to the floor. The change in movie ownership of this location has really not done well. We will not be coming back anytime soon.

I came few days ago to watch a hindi movie that I wait forever to see. I paid 20$ in total with movie ticket, popcorn and drink just to see half the movie.. like really? First the screen froze on a trailer then out of no where we were at the mid of the movie. Run time was 2 1/2 and it fished in 1 1/2 hours. Felt ripped off. Watched the movie again at another theater to found out that they didnt show 1st half of the movie at all. ..... trash......

This place used to be so great when it actually used to be a rave havent been here in years and my siblings wanted to watch the new 2 incredibles movie. first off the staff at the snack bar kinda ignore you second I had bought 5 medium slushies and 2 large pop corn $50.48 total it was expensive but whatever third while going to go fill up the slushie cups I notice that there is some of it ALL OVER THE floor I wore sandals and I felt like they where sticking to the floor. fourth I went to the restroom half way through the movie and I realized why have workers there if its still going to be dirty there were unflushed toilets and piss and poop all over the place one sink was filled with IDK what and no paper towels it was so gross the smell was like rotten baby diapers and fish I included some pictures and after the movies the trash cans were so filled we really didnt know where to throw our trash (didnt put pics of the toilets bc it was so gross I couldnt open the stalls)

The rest rooms are the dirtiest restrooms Ive seen in a movie theater. Really dirty all around... Not worth paying a couple bucks less than the others. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.. They need a sanitation crew to focus only on that!!!

Its a decent theater its getting renovated, seats are upgrading, but they dont really have the names for the films posted like they used to. Even though I buy my tickets online, I still have to go and ask where my film is being played at. Friendly workers and clean keep up the great job.

This place, the ticket prices are good but the food is expensive. The nachos are the best.

Second time that’s have been here and the movie played 10 minutes before someone turned the lights off in the theatre...one lady went to tell someone to turn them off and they dimmed them and then brightened them...five minutes later someone else had to tell them to turn off the lights....get better employees and management

Very expensive at the window I am 73 yrs granddaughters 5 and 7 to select a chair while wanted to sit pro charged me $22 popcorn and 2 when I asked the attendant How will I know where they feature that you were signing to me he said and the tendon will show you where to sit when I went in there the theater was almost small sodas $15 when I asked him where I needed to sit since I selected some seats if you dont want to tenant will assist you well if it turns out instead of going to number 3 Theater like you said I went to number eight is where they sent me and theres no attending there and is free for all wherever you want to chat I dont know if that was correct or not but something was very fishy I will not go back to that theater again

Its good to have theater near home but they need to clean the place.... especially on sunday when all the families are together....needs to do a better job.

The service is great, and the manager pretty kind. The soda machines floor was a little sticky, but the I found they have teo other machines where the floor was clean. The movie and sound was great.

The place is clean and I enjoyed the company I shared in Theater No. 8 watching Creed ll. The security was very courteous. Right before the movie started and he exited the room he made sure I had everything to enjoy the evening!

This would be a excellent place for a movie ONLY if they did routine cleaning.... floors in the movie was sticking to my shoes...Bathrooms were disgusting.....How ever my kids and I enjoyed the Lion King...

The screen went half yellow while watching. Wasnt expecting this at all and it messed up the show. The place is clean and quiet but its a movie theatre nd one should not expect seeing messy screen over half of the movie time

First time in this one. Although is smaller than AMC 30 is nice and quiet. Went to first time in the morning and almost nobody there. Rooms are small but comfortable. Also has recline chairs. Big parking lot and many purchase windows. Nice crew and always saw them cleaning and smiling. Worth the visit will come back for sure.

Everything was fine except for the popcorn that had an awful amount of salt and when I mentioned to cashier he didnt respond anything. I wasnt able to eat my over priced, extremelly salty popcorn.

This is a very large movie theater in NW Houston. They always have the new movies and the theaters are always very clean. I recommend buying your tickets using the self-service kiosks as waiting in line might take awhile.

My husband and I went to this location on a Wednesday night (7:30). The service was good and everything seemed clean enough but my biggest peeve was that the soda machine was out of everything! There was only like 2 or 3 sodas you could choose from and even then, it tasted off. We also got a large popcorn and that tasted stale. You could tell it wasnt fresh. We normally dont have a problem with this location but that night, I guess they were just having an off night. I normally wouldnt complain, but when you spend so much money for a popcorn and soda, you at least want to be able to enjoy it.

Super dirty. The bathrooms always have piss on the floors or seats, the floors in the theater are always super sticky and the theater seats are really uncomfortable. This theater needs a facelift.

Its a theater with Hollywood and Bollywood alike. Cant expect much more than that. Food and bathrooms are there; take it or leave it.

Great place to watch a movie. No assigned seats. The condiments at the snack bar are fresh and service was great. Love to take the grandkids so they can reflect how the movie theater were like when I was a kid.

This is hands down the the absolute WORST movie theater in all of Houston!! The counters where the food is served were all dirty with spills left and right, the restrooms were terrible and neglected as well. It seems that they cut corners and didnt hire any custodians and the employees themselves clearly didnt want to be there as everyone I tried to talk to didnt give me any attention or even bother to offer their services. After not receiving any service I got into the auditorium and only to find the movie glitch out and repeat the same 2 frames throughout the movie. Moral of story is Im never coming back to this dump ever again even if you paid me to. NEVER COMING BACK Id rather just burn my money and watch that, thank you for nothing.

This is my go to spot for new releases. Always can get a seat. Was pretty bad for a while, but looks like AMC is trying to get it right.

Family local movie with good price

This place is filthy. And I mean hasnt been cleaned in years filthy. The family restroom toilet is full of paper and smells like piss. The floors are covered in filth, the toilets are covered in filth, the restroom also smells like piss. The trash bins havent been cleaned or emptied in who knows how long. Under the soda machine is filthy and hasnt been cleaned under in quite awhile Will not be coming back. Do not trust how clean everything else is. Forget food machines and soda machines. Place is disgusting.
