Barely saw a soul - very quiet, with clean wipes and hand sanitizer everywhere.

I love the reclining chairs. The prices are reasonable. Good location, you can leave the theater and hit up Prospect park or Bar Louie.

The movies are back!! The theatre is very clean and safe. Cant say that bout the movie i saw tho. The New Mutants. It was bad. Like a glorified B Movie from the 80s with better special effects. You should Definitely pass on this movie. Even tho it was bad its great to be back at the movies.

I dont remember the precise date but I was there with family watching The Avengers 1. We were top row center. A lady two rows down and few seats to the right of me was on her phone. Because screen was so bright I saw VERY clearly that she was buying plane tickets to Raleigh-Durham. Because movie was loud (I didnt mind) I didnt have to worry about silencing or muting my phone. Then the brightness thing. When Im on a city bus going home its night time I dimmed my phone and didnt have it up loud even with headphones. If Im expecting a phone call I put my phone in cup holder upside down. If I get a text or a phone call Ill barely see the light come on. Its called Common Courtesy.

Great place to catch good movie. The only problem I have is when sell tickets with the same seat in big movies. Ive gone twice and had this issue. The seats are super comfortable and theaters are clean. I definitely recommend anyone to this theater.

I honestly love this theater. They keep it clean at all times and the customer service is great. To be honest I won’t even go watch a movie at a theater unless it’s AMC 24 Willowbrook.

*Pros: Movie was great, seats looked updated.*Cons: 20 kids sitting in the hallway right outside our theater SMOKING MARIJUANA INDOORS!!! We had to pass through nearly 2 dozen MASKLESS teens and marijuana smoke to leave. Yet, when it was just the two of us, patiently waiting for our theater to open, meanwhile not another soul in sight, we were asked to put our masks on (they were on our faces, just not up all the way). Way to manage state laws and regulations...

I was happy that the movie theater opened and went to see the movie unhinged. After the movie at 10.45pm went out of the theater and walked in the hall to go to exit door. A group of more then 10 kids sitting there with no masks and smoking Marijuana in the hallway. Where is the control? Where are the safety measures? VERY DISSAPOINTED ABOUT GOING BACK TO THE THEATER.

Clean Theater and comfortable seats.Several theaters so popular movies can be seen and not always sold out.

A bit weird as almost nobody was thereba studio capable of over a hundred with 5 folks.Still clean theaters. Snacks are standard if still expensive.

The sound was not balanced in the imax. The midrange speakers were clipping often during the movie. I had to go to another theater to rewatch the movie to catch the parts that I couldnt hear clearly.

Better than most AMCs, but still sometimes dirty. The seats are getting old again.

Ive gotten the giant pretzel multiple times. The drink stations are the Coca Cola ones with different flavor additives like cherry and vanilla too. Parking is a little far of a walk to get to the theater, so keep that in mind if you have a hard time getting around. The recliners normally work great and are super comfortable.

Too pricey, but not very busy in the afternoon which was awesome everything looked nice except the family restrooms which were gross and no soap. AMC needs to remodel their family restrooms, i couldnt even lock the restroom door, the walls looked pretty bad too. The theatre tho was very clean and the seats were very comfortable and looked brand new.

Enjoyed the movie very much. We got our tickets quickly and was seats early. The popcorn was fresh. The service was quick too. The theater was clean and well lite as we entered. The sound system was just right, not too loud.I would go back.

Line took 7-8 minutes a person/ group... with 1 person working the ticket booth. Got inside & the dining areas were completely filthy with no one attempting to clean them up.. food wasn’t fresh, even though I waited 10 minutes for 2 cheeseburger sliders.

Plenty of parking, very comfortable seats.

The food line moves pretty fast. Getting a ticket and getting in wasn’t a hassle. There are plenty of restrooms, that are clean and smells nice. The staff look a bit tired but that’s understandable. They were still friendly and very helpful.

Great theater. The recliner seats are comfortable, the sound and pictures are good. The best thing I can say is that the price is excellent.

Great theater price are okay. Some of the staff not friendly nor helpful. I am sure part of their job description is to up sale. However I never get that offer. I am only a stubs member but I know for a Fact they have a A list (program got that information via email ) however I been to this location twice in 2 days. And no one has even told me about it!

Clean good movie theater to watch movies.

This AMC does a great job of staying clean. The bar is pretty good, and the concession staff normally move with expediency. Ive never had a bad experience here unless it was an unruly patron.

Great experience here! I did not get his name, but the front clerk/manager was so nice and helped me so much pulling up my ticket I purchased online. Above-average customer service. He made me feel like I was the only customer in the whole movie theater. Sat in the very top row in the back and the recliners are the best thing that the movie theaters could have ever thought of! Relaxing, more comfortable, no complaints. I will be back!

Wonderful management and crew!

Good location & seating options. The staff needs to keep the condiments & popcorn area clean, I had to wipe away all the crud and trash before getting butter. Food is EXTREMELY overpriced in comparison to other theater. If youre going to charge $15 dollars for a 3-piece chicken tender meal, please have an appropriate side (like good French fries) & how about ensure the tenders are NOT the size of my pinky finger. Not to mention the food tasted like TV dinner food - gross! Eat before coming or get full off the popcorn.

This is a very decent movie theater. The employees are generally all smiles and good theater cleanliness. However, that fast pass is a slap to the face when youve been waiting patiently in line for 15 min to get some concessions, only to have to wait another 15 for the 8 people the just skipped in front of you!

I prefer AMC to the other cinemas in the area. I dont really enjoy theaters like Movie Tavern that have employees walking across the screen all throughout the movie, delivering food. I like that its on the far side of the shopping center. Plenty of parking and driving entrances/exits. The only negative is how slow the concession line can be. I definitely recommend getting there early for any food. It can take longer than the time of the previews.

I went to early show and they did have fresh popcorn for National Popcorn Day! Concession staff was a little off. Not too thrilled to get you popcorn refill. Otherwise, staff is good and restrooms clean.

They had people sitting too close together ! Didnt do good job of social distancing in food line either.

Loved it but i would recommend coming at least 15-20 minutes prior the movie starting. Walked in to a packed line to get snacks. Other than that its great. ^.^

The slowest theater on the planet. Nice enough. Great concession offerings & comfy seats. Clean enough, but the kiosks are broken more than they function & the front ticket window is frequently understaffed. No one seems to be in much of a hurry, either. Very frustrating. Dont be late, or they will make you later. Buy tickets ahead of time!

I’ve been coming here for years since high school. Never have any problems. I’m an AMC premiere member and it’s worth it. Popcorn is usually fresh and buttery, I love their mozzarella sticks too. It’s easy to order tickets online in advance and the lines aren’t too bad. The seats are comfy recliners but some theatre seats are older than others. Still my go-to movie place!

Wow! Great reclining seats and very clean. They even have beer and whiskey and such. Priced up their but they treat u like a King.. or ....,Queen or whatever nowadays. Lots of fun

Dont bring money. Cards only. Not selling Kiddie Combos either. Plan on SUPERSIZING.

Workers need to realize WE CAN SEE YOU ON YOUR PHONE. Waited so long for food to come out my boyfriend missed 15 minutes of the movie and I had 5 minutes of ads to watch when I sat at down at our seats. So well enough time for food to cook. Honestly not mad about the food taking long cause I understand they can be busy but when I can clearly see employees on their phones its an issue.

Nice theaters but you can tell the place is needing some repairs. Kiosks dont work, signs offline, ticket booth staff are either not trained or just plain bad at service. Not encouraging me to choose this place first for movies.

Got tickets in advance, place was clean. Theatres was clean chairs were comfortable. Movie start on time no noise. Bad Boys 3 was excellent. Just bringing down the prices of the popcorn.

This is my favourite theatre, best one among all I have visited so far. Their staff is very helpful, few really good restraunts around it. Seats, cleanliness, ambience, toilets..Everything upto the mark. Perfect place to bring family for movie show.

I love the movies, seeing a flick asap is the coolest thing. How ever, I wish you would police your theater once or twice. It seem that teens have no respect for anyone and just wanna act tough.

Nice and big reclinable seats, really dirty restrooms on a Wednesday evening. Water leaking , toilet paper in and around several stalls.

Great prices, never too packed. Restrooms and theaters are cleaned exceptionally. First time back since the remodel.

Never had a problem here, plenty of police officers walking the area. Nice and clean even the restrooms are well kept. This is a large theater so no worries about not getting a seat to view anything that just came out.

Had sanitizer and wipes located outside each theater. Very clean.

Awesome seats that recline and large. Of course concession prices are a bunch but hey expected. I enjoyed the sound and visual quality of theater 12. Pleasant first experience at this Houston venue.

9/1/19 5pm I had some of the best customer service at this location today. The manager was the most helpful and her employees were also awesome as well... I recommend this movie theater to anyone....

Fast service, the Bar was worth it after they told me I could take my drinks in while we watch the movie making it a good experience.

The lounge seats are showing its age. A bit too saggy and seat covers are getting ripped. For $20 per movie, expected better.

Very good theatre.

I have mixed feelings regarding my experience here. First, there was issues with the ticket machine outside but luckily customer service was very kind and understanding. Second, the seats were very comfortable (a little too comfy that you might fall asleep during the movie). Lastly my experience ended on a sour note because my friends car door got messed up while we were watching the movie. There are no cameras in the parking lot and security was no help. So, overall it was a bittersweet experience.

I havent been to the movies in probably 15 years, so I cant really give an accurate review as a lot has changed. But nonetheless it was a great experience, and first experience for my daughter who loved it. We have now made coming here an every weekend event lol

My son and I went Valentines Day weekend. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Problem with video during movie. No manager. Staff rude. Refunded tickets but not 10$ convenience fee. Understaffed for holiday weekend.

Decent theater although pricey. Took my 9 year old son to a matinee show (12:05pm) and our ticket total was $20. Took my daughter to a matinee at the Greenspoint theater and our ticket total was $10 & some change. Purchased the duo of gourmet popcorn & lrg drink. The bucket size was equivalent to the small size of regular popcorn. And it was priced at $17.99 but was really tasty. They offer more food items like macaroni bowls for example. Bathrooms were clean & the nice, comfy reclining seats are always a plus. Although our assigned seats didnt work (theater 2, seats E5 & E6.)

We went to see Bad Boys....the movie was fine. It was the concessions that was alarming. The fryer was out, they were short on personnel, we had to wait 25 plus minutes for a pizza (which came out burnt). As my order was next, I was told that they were out of hot dogs,which resulted in me getting a refund. The boxed snacks were rand sacked and few, as well as there were no frozen ice....NONE! The experience wasnt pleasing.

I really enjoy this theater... the reclining seats make for a very comfortable experience never having to worry about those in front or behind. If you buy your tickets online, you pick your seat and you are good to go.

I like the theater, but it looks dark in the lobby

The service was very slow . There was lines everywhere cause of slow service. The refreshment area was dirty. There was trash all over the floor. But the theater was nice and comfy.

Very nice place. Very clean. Fast food service. Comfortable seats that electronically roll back. They even serve alcohol here for adults. This is the place to be for $5 Tuesday.

Staff not as informed as they should be about whats playing in which auditorium at any given time. A few arm rests are now broken, but the seatings still quite comfortable.My BIGGEST problem (no pun intended) with this theater is the spacing of the parking lot. The spaces are quite literally only wide enough for the vehicle while the doors are SHUT. So if you value your wrap or paint job, park as fast away from the entrance as you possibly can or youre likely to return to more than your share of dents and dings.

Recliners are clean and comfy. Temperature in the theater was perfect. Waiting for the next big movie I will see. Cant wait to go back!

The Willowbrook AMC Theater is awesome. They now have the assigned big reclining chairs. If those who drink, their is a bar..also this Theater is best at maintee... not too many kids.

This place is fantastic.The wife and I have made this our go to spot for movies.You reserve your seat ahead of time. (Which will also recline.)The prices are reasonable. They have a good selection of food and drinks.Adult beverages are available in the evenings.They have IMAX, 3D, Dolby etc.

Went to the last showing of the night in my theater. The best I could see only 2 others were in the theater with me. The theater wasnt cleaned between movies. Trash everywhere. I usually buy concessions because I knowthe theater gets very little of the ticket price, but since they dont feel obliged to clean. I no longer feel obliged to patronize the ridiculously overpriced concession stand.

Pizza was the best. Staff was okay..but not great. The theathre was small but good. I still think Spring 10 is the best one so far.

Yes, the seats are comfortable and I usually love going to this location I have for years.... but lately the service has not been the best. The A/C has not worked twice in the past 2 months that Ive personally attended (no warning of the heat was provided to me before buying my tickets). A few weeks ago I bought 2 tickets to watch a show and two days later I noticed on bank account that there were 2 charges pending for ACM 24 (I was charged twice for 4 tickets). I called them and was told that they would correct it but to call back if the charges went through, two days later Ive been trying to call them and they dont answer the phone, so it appears they got me, even if they didnt do it intentionally. I hope they try to make it right with me

Very nice, large open theaters with comfortable recliner seating. A little higher priced than some theaters, but you get what you pay for.

The people working the kitchen take their sweet time and seem short handed to make matters worse. Been in line for 15 minutes and my movie is about to start. This is unacceptable.

This was the worst experience I have encountered to date and I travel for a living. The tickets was $31 2 adults which is the going rate for reclining seats but these seats was very worn out and old also dirty. The popcorn was bland it had no flavor even with butter on it ... nasty ... let me tell you about nasty do no go to the bathroom there was not 1 toilet that was usable

I love the seats and they are comfortable, the surround sound is amazing and the area is clean and comfortable.

Update 4/28/18: Came to the theater to bring my son to see the Avengers in IMAX 3D. They gave us recycled 3D eyeglasses. No packaging. They had spots and smears on them. I wont do that again. The theater was also not clean. The theater had trash on the floor, in the walkway leading to our seats and prior to the movie starting. Leaving out for the evening, it appears that the staff stopped cleaning at some point. Ive attached pictures of the lobby as it appeared when we were leaving our show. I give them 2 stars because the IMAX 3D experience is great. Other than that, I knocked off 3 stars because a trashy business makes one feel uncomfortable about sitting in the dark and causes doubt about whether or not your seat is all germy.Prior to 4/38/18: I visit this theater often. Being an AMC theater, I am able to reserve and pay for my seats online. This allows me to bypass any lines. Ive also had good experiences at the concession stand - mostly not having to wait. The bathrooms are typical theater bathrooms and could use more regular cleanings and toilet paper replacement toward the end of the night - this is where they lost a star.

This theater will always hold a special place in my heart... It was my first job as a teenager! It has come a long way from those awful uniforms I had to wear during my employment. Of course the food has gotten a major upgrade, not to mention the reclining seats and of course... The PRICE!!! YIKES. Were not as frequent as we used to be and its because its expensive to go to the movies nowadays, so its more of a treat than a Im bored, lets go to the movies kind of thing. From the food, to the seating (reserved) the climate and level of noise, its always been great. Since I order everything beforehand, from the tickets to the food, theres minimal interaction with the staff. Definitely enjoy coming to the movies on a Sunday morning. My type of SundayFunDay.
