It was very icy when we hiked this but it still has some nice views and its quiet enough to let the dog run and sniff around.

Confusing directions on both google maps and on the concord gov website. The website says:Take Broad Cove Road from Briar Hill Road. After passing under the powerlines, there is an opening on the left and a small area to park your car. Step over the large log to begin your walk.This is very vague as you cross under many small powerlines upon turning onto Broad Cove Road and there is a small area off to the left there, but this is NOT the trailhead. Continue driving for 2 more miles until you reach a very obvious clearing that has the huge powerlines, and THEN you will see a trailhead on the left side of the road.The trail is a nice, easy walking trail made easier to follow by downloading the pdf of the trail loops on the government website. Great for a long walk. I personally liked that it weaved between the forest and the clearing, with a stream crossing and a side bridge over the river. If youre looking for a climb, this is definitely not the trail for you. Perfect for a day of traipsing around the woods and fields.

This is not a trail. It is now someones new fab home.... Dont bother going!
