We started an adventure to visit some of the covered bridges in New Hampshire and decided to start here at the Rowell Covered Bridge. There has been recent renovations to the bridge and to the house next to the bridge and there does not appear to be much room for pulling off to the side should you wish to explore by foot. However, it is still a beautiful and well maintained bridge that deserves a visit if you are in the area.

Nice covered bridge, but its a shame the sidewalks that were originally on the bridge were removed instead of being repaired or replaced after the flooding damage. The bridge is too busy to stand on the deck as a pedestrian, which makes getting photos difficult.

We were looking for a covered bridge while traveling through New Hampshire. This is a good one because of its architecture and it is in use.

Nicely maintained wooden covered bridge. Check out the water reserve falls right there too! Very quiet area, nice to just listen to the water.

It was very slow and we ordered blueberry crisp without ice cream and got ice cream!

This bridge was magnificent to see ...a must stop on the nh covered run.....their is also a active hydro plant currently im use next store to check out..also great fishing near by
