Best place to come and relax to see them beach and feel the breeze! Great sea food restaurant open till late, great for start gazing at night.

Could have been nice place. But the small natural pools water wasnt clean, rather muddy and it felt more like lake than beach. The sand around it was contaminated by ton of plastic pieces. So it all looked great on the pictures but I was looking to go and have a swim with my younger kid that cant swim yet and I didnt even feel like going inside. Around that pool its all stones - so good for fishing and maybe boating but I wouldnt recommend to go for the beach.

The lifeguards at this Laguna Beach to pay attention to the swimmers and not their cell phones. To life bars on either side of me spent the majority of 3 hours eyeballing a telephone rather than watching out for the children and the swimmers. Big fail for Homestead Bayfront Park on this matter. Lifeguard should not under any circumstance be allowed to have their cell phones with them. They need to stick to the CB radio for emergencies

Beautiful small beach, Very Scenic!!! Its perfect for family outings or gatherings as there are bbq stands placed around the park. You can reserve the shaded picnic areas for special functions. Theres always lifeguards on duty and a small parking fee is required. During the week its not too crowded, dont forget to check out the restaurant & bar upstairs! This is one of my favorite place to visit in Homestead

What a beauty! Peaceful, clean, beautiful sights. If you want to be one with nature, give this national park a try. I know I did and wish I could go every day! Fabulous!!!

Got here early Saturday morning (8:30am), off loaded boat and off we went (20 mins tops). Returned back around 4:30pm, no wait to dock and park service personnel helped with boat (15 mins tops.) Beautiful day and all went well.

You may actually see crocodiles! swimming is safe but watch for crocs and keep an eye on the youngins

A very nice getaway from the madness. It’s a nice ride to get there but worth the trip. Right next door to Biscayne National Park.

Such a wonderful and serene place to visit. It has a long standing restaurant on site, but you can do cookouts here. There are grills and seating, as well as covered pavilions. Theres a beautiful man made beach. Its a great place to take the family.

La Playa Grill is delicious and the service was great but please put a little effort into getting rid of mosquitoes

Fiancé took me where while visiting for my birthday. So beautiful I can’t wait to visit again. It was my FIRST time being on the water, and I can’t wait to bring my kids here. So many things to do!!!

A lovely place to spend the evening. The view is amazing. The food is not at all that great. We ordered nachos, all we got was chips and veggies. You just pay for the view. Highly recommended to take your own food as there are spots with picnic tables.

The staff where nice , and very persuasive a very protected area police was always around. Lifegards very attentive also clean place. It was just perfect for my kids and I .

Twice now I’ve wasted my money there and told I couldn’t go in the water and both times I’ve been acknowledged before I paid but not told I couldn’t go in the water until after I paid. Then told they don’t do refunds. I thought the first time was just a fluke but clearly not. Today I looked online it said open 8 so I got there at 8:30. Then told no lifeguards until 9. Only for no lifeguards to come until 9:30.

Quite , calm , during weekdays, restaurant 2 ND floor, plenty parking.

This is an excellent Low key visit to an atoll Style Beach that has excellent water quality in its appearance. The sand is very nice as well. There are lots and lots of spots to find a spot for you and yours to enjoy. It is Well staffed by lifeguards of high-quality and park Associates. There is a restaurant and bar. They are not well-established yet. They are doing some things right and some things are not quite there yet. You are welcome to provide your own refreshments and Foods outside of their serving area. This is a total non-issue if you bring a cooler and picnic stuff. If you want to grill there were many people doing so when I was there and it looked awfully enjoyable. They are very strict about glass bottles of any kind around the park and swimming area as well as some types of swimming toys which are not rated for Coast Guard value items.

You can see Turkey point to the south and Miami to the north. There is a trail that ends on the Bay. Nice place to bbq, rent a canoe/kayak, or go fishing. This is a dog friendly park.

Awesome launch. Very clean. Also has wash stations. Bring your own hose though. Has pay by phone parking. Security on site.

I really liked this place. Nice little Beach for the kids. One thing is I didnt realize we had to pay for parking and we ended up getting a parking ticket of $23 but now I know. The kids really enjoyed it as well. It also has a restaurant right next to beach area.

Nice little park with circular pool surrounded by palm trees. Costs $5 to park but there is free restaurant parking. We ate at the restaurant though my 4 tiny scallops as lunchtime special didn’t impress me much. Shrimps better apparently.

I love it here is very peaceful the food is good. A little expensive but its nice parking is only $5

Love this little beach. Its close to my house so I go here often with my family. We bbq, swim and walk around. Its small but does the job. They have lifeguard, you could see a ton of iguanas and sometimes even alligators and raccoons.

Great date on a rainy night

For some reason there were no lifeguards on duty on a Tuesday afternoon at 4pm so the tidal beach was closed. We were still able to walk along the beach and even take a dip in the water. It was just a little cold but it was interesting to see the wildlife so close. Fish and tadpoles and crabs too.

Perfect place to spend time with family and friends! Safe, beautiful and plenty of parking! Kids and adults enjoy la playita! After swimming,the restaurant waits for you with life music, beer and a variety of menus!

Lots of iguana to see , good music, friendly, good fishing and a small beach.drnks and a verioty of fresh cooked food.

Fun time with coworkers and kiddos. Make sure to rent a shelter if going with a large group. No great internet reception there. No electric outlets in the shelters either.

Not good for kids to swim. We came here to swim. My 15 year old was told he was to far out at waist deep. All my kids can swim. They are all over the age 7 for the rule posted. They can still reach the ground without swimming. Nice beach and view.

My husband and I now refer to this as OUR beach. We got married here on leap day and it was absolutely amazing. Not many patrons in the beach. No one interfering with the ceremony or pictures. It’s like a mini vacation and a private oasis.

Nice beach. Pretty palms, clean, and quiet. Kids enjoy the water and family and friends can have a very good time.

Love coming here.. highly recommend for families.

I love this little beach. it has a very nice restaurant called La Playa Grill, good food at a decent price. Also they have the tiki hut right by the sand where you can get pina coladas served in an actual pineapple

A very nice and quiet location to relax, swim or just stare at the water. It is very clean and well kept.

Beautiful scenery with a nice swimming area. A playground was advertised but neither I nor my kid saw one anywhere. We had a great time regardless of the playground.

Beautiful place with a saltwater pool coming from the sea. It is not a place where many people can bathe, but it has its charm. I recommend not going in small cars because sometimes the tide rises a lot and the road is covered with water up to almost 2 feet high.

Theres no drinking there , but if you do bring your own bottles of alcohol and act like adults and dont make a fool of yourselves that dont mind you having a couple of beers on the beach there is a good restaurant with actually get food which is not that expensive and you can drink at the restaurant. Its also family-friendly and they have a pool for the kids to swim in

Weekends can be a little busy (like any beach) but theres usually less people here and theres a little restaurant that serves you towel side on the beach. Service on the beach can be a little slow though. I recommend going in and ordering or just bring your own snacks and drinks. Either way youll have a great time.

Little pool attoll in Homestead. Okay place for the kids and the adults. You can fish, have a picnic, swim or just take a strolls around. There are facilities and showers for rinsing off the sand. There are also little pavilions for small parties available.

This is next door to Biscayne. They have a restaurant which I thought was overrated. They have a huge parking lot and the cost for entry to the park is $5. This is not a National Park and national park passes dont work here. They have a swimming hole which should be good for children though it seemed dirty to me. Visitors can play volleyball ball here. I think it is a good complement for Biscayne next door.

The Sunsets are Breathtaking. Camera pics do no justice. Beautiful View. You Always see something different. Manatees, Herons, Jumping Mullets, Racoons, Amazing wildlife!!!!

Been comeing here since the 90s great place for a family picnic. Swim and fish. Warning you wont catch much here anymore its been over fished.

Was there for the car show, was really nice. Beak was clean. Didnt grt to try restaurant it had a special event menu and prices were pretty high and limited selection.

The life guards are young kids that dont seem to want to work there and they treat guest poorly. When I went up to the restaurant it was super expensive and the bar tender actually put the money I gave him to pay the tab in his pocket. Basically its a private business for all the young Hispanic people working there.

Nice little beach. Family oriented. Water is clean. Has a restaurant on site. You can leave your chair/blanket on beach while you have lunch and your close enough to watch your belongings. They allow you to take a drink down to the sand. Loved having a margarita while soaking up sun and looking out at the water. The only thing is that the restaurant is on the expensive side.
