Our father lived here for years and we always loved it. When we would go visit with our kids, there was always something to do. The pool and playground area are always kept up nicely and are always very clean.My father always felt safe and loved the way the community is always kept up nicely. This is definitely one of the best manufactured home communities in South Florida. Particularly in Homestead.The main office personal have also been pleasant the few times that I actually had to speak to them. Overall this community is great. We highly recommend it to anyone that is considering a manufactured home community.A++

The place is good but management really really must be for overly priced rent for the land pay your own water and you pay your own life and attack on the taxes for the garbage and every year they want any increase in rent and they do nothing and if he still looks the same whos pocketing all that money

They invade ur privacy. They rent out to people that dont own their home.They allow criminals to live there. They steal ur keys. They hire an attorney that is doing wrong.They have business going on w /o the owners consent on premises. They dont help u when needed. Its corrupted.

Terrible la gerente del lugar ..Vivo aqui y esa señora maltrata a sus inquilinos y su oficina esta cerrada en el haorario de 1 pm a 3 y 30 pm ..no respeta el horario de trabajo ...muy difisil de contactarla

Una comunidad de personas agradable..pero tiene algo terrible la señora MARIA en la oficina..una señora despota y desagradable..k maltrata a los inquilinos al punto de amenasarlos..hace sentir imoortente ante su abuso de poder...
