It depends on how you look at it. The place has some adorable homes and some... not so much. You can catch a waif of smell if windy, but I know how to fix it for my area. The people are friendly. Very central, near to anything you may need. If you know how to be positive. You can make this very homey. I like it.

Good experience about Aquarium.

Few friendly folks, not too shabby, could use more pool access. But beware of a soul eater named Daytona; nothing but trouble. Dont let her cute face, and warm smile deceive you.

Friendly nice place cheapest lot rents that Im aware of. Wish swimming pool was open they clean it every week but.....

I gave it one star cause comparing with other mobile home parks this is what i personally think it deserves ,its my personal opinion.

No disrespect for the people living there, I was looking at a place to live and i found one person selling a mobile home, the whole place looks like a municipal dumpster, smells bad 99.9 %of the homes there are old and people living there dont care about fixing up their places, the park office does not do anything with the rent money thy collect..stay away from this mobile home park.

The park is very clean and maintained, with consistent updates and attentive staff.

Smells like sewage. Theres a water treatment plant next door.

Bad place to live it smells its next to homestead water sewer wow I feel bad for the people who live there is not good for their health God Bless all of them .May the Lord Jesus Christ help them
