I enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. However, the cars were driving faster than the posted 10 miles per hour. Children beware!

Needs help with security. But nice weeds...

Its clean and always keeping things looking like new but theres no security gate or separate entrance for home owners. Also no gym area and the fee is pretty high

We had several issues while we were here, however, even though it too a few days, we were eventually able to speak with management and they have the complaints very well. We ended up leaving early and they were generous and showed excellent customer service. The only reason I didnt give a fifth star is because of the overall atmosphere and quality. It seems as though this used to be a retirement and vacation community and most of the lots are permanent, however, many of the permanent sites are not owned by retirees and so you have working families loving in the community. There is nothing wrong with that, in theory, but it completely changes the vibe and atmosphere and it no longer feels like a place to relax on vacation.

You can also create your retirement I it.

Its a very secure and comfortable place. Plenty of room for my 29 C class, 22 deck boat and a full size truck. Not a fancy place but well kept from what I can see.

I live here since 2013 , believe guys this is the best place to live all over the world, the office staff are so kind and friendly, neighbor the same , everyone in the own houses and god in each one !!! Love it ️ thanks to people who make me feel in a safe and amazing place !!!

Nice and quiet place

Very easy to get to. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The people who live here and RV here are really friendly and helpful also. The area is clean well kept. Laundry is excellent with alot of washers and dryers. The pool and hot tub are very well kept. They have shuffleboard, and horseshoes. They have activities on the weekends like celebrations of holidays and themes such as Luau. People bring food and drinks. Pot lucks. They are alot of fun. RV sites are very spacious. Its right at the beginning to The Keys. Cost ALOT CHEAPER than on the Keys. Close to food stores, restaurants, and anything else you may need. We love it here.

Everything is easily accessible; neighbors friendly, office staff veey helpful, 24/7 security staff are excellent, alert and cautious. Pool is wonderful. Showers nice and warm....barhroom floors however, may be very slippery. Park is pet friendly.

If youre going to retire you should retire at this mobile home park great place everyone is friendly they say good morning even if you dont know them. This is where Im going to retire

Quite neighborhood

It a Great place overall. All of the staff is great. I mean friendly,go to to store for you friendly. (the one u think is grumpy she is the sweetest) very quiet here. Minutes to the Keys. Minutes to the greatest night life of world (South Beach)-. Other than NYC

Clean and quiet community

Security gate has been down since January. No management team. Complete disarray.

If you have an RV its fine. The sites are very open (no trees), no firepits and it seems like a trailer park more than a resort. The bath house is not open 24/7 so even though they allowed tent trailers if you dont have a toilet on board you have to run over to security to get them to unlock the door. Very inconvenient! Pool is average. Guesthouse doesnt offer any lounge or games. Wifi is poor and is not parkwide. Garbage and recycling is always full since they only provide 2 home sized recepticles for garbage and 1 for recycling. Security in the AM is great but night staff dont listen or understand English well. Office staff are good. Overall overpriced for what you get or rather dont get. I wont be going back when on vacation.

Nice place for the RBs

Office staff seem to not know their job. Dont know how to respond to the Hotwire internet service guy or us regarding fixing internet and cable. Didnt give us hardly any information regarding out RV site and what amenities were available had to keep going to office for information to no avail. Dogs bark constantly and run free.

Large spots, large pool, quiet, & good sized roads. Not cheap. Felt safe. Would go back.

The person at the security gate was very helpful and courteous.

Have roomy campsites but mainly mobile homes. Staff and security guards have been very great. Wifi not available throughout. If you have small kids...they drive a little fast but have speed bumps.

Neighbors are notxconnected to the miami dade laws like building an extra room to mobile home...one does not have second exit...though outwardly appear to...poorly partially taken down trees after hurricane.Neighbors have dogs leashed outside of homes.Large dogs ...owners their feces are not picked up.Facility needs to require dogs no larger 25 pounds as the area is congested. Some Mobile homes are not far apart 5 feet to 7 feet. More than 2 to 3 cars parked .

Stayed here in a motorhome after reserving a site with Sun RV Resorts. We paid $86 in advance for 1 night. The security guard at the front gate was surprised and confused when we arrived. This is not an RV resort, its an older trailer park, with a few open lots between the trailers.

I can say its a very good place to stay

As a resident of gold coaster its like being on vacation all year long, clean and also well kept. very good living for the disabled like myself and my older parents

3rd attack by an American bull dog at this facility...while it looks pretty....not safe neighborhood.Skyline houses are more cardboards than Americade homes and overpriced.

Nice place for RVs. My only problem is they close the office for every excuse. I have to check 2 or 3 times per day to catch them open once. This causes havoc with fedex,mail and UPS who have a random chance of delivering their packages. Thus causing 1 or 2 days of delays more time than I can count. Closed for lunch, meetings, being cleaned during business hours, etc.etc etc. Closed 5 min early before 5 pm and on every conceivable day off. Its like they specialize in finding a reason to close..I have had them wave me away when they are all inside looking at me, just standing there in some meeting. Good luck catching them open during business hours. Other than that they are friendly and its a great place. Have been really nice to me and were fair to me when I left with my final payment. Thats why I raised it to 5 stars. I could have really been ripped off but they cut me some slack and didnt charge me the full last months rent, just the 7 days I was there for the month. I paid the nightly fee, not the monthly one. So I was happy.

Just recently found this place.

Lately there has been lots of vandalism, car break ins and lots of shooting. I am one who had their vehicles yes both cars both broken into. I just wish they would fix the problem get better security and wish that the office would already let me talk to Nancy which is the mng. But it has been such a let down became a home owner in April! So sad even had a gun pulled out on my disabled husband my another resident here ,wasted my whole life saving, left to raise my kids here smh

This park has gone downhill since they decided to eliminate RVers and change to a manufactured home park.POOR MANAGEMENT and POOR MAINTENANCE.Security terrible because they cant stop the crime coming over the wall,thru the gate and the people that now live here that shoots guns off.Check and see the amount of people leaving here.Stay away.Read all reviews

Regrettable but change your mind after living more than 3 years there every manager uses the place as his reign they buy the houses for rent and do not give the option to people from the outside nor to buy, much less to whoever is in rent occupy places that are not Deverian on a July 4 the manager came there to the festivities in the pool with a group of more than 20 people who do not reside in goldcoaster and appropriating everything as if it were the owner of the place and not the person in charge of running it so We all pay unfortunately, its not pleasant anymore, of course, if Ive already left
