In case you didnt know, this is a gated community of manufactured homes. The houses are affordable because they were built in bulk somewhere else and transferred to this location. Its often confused for a trailer park because the houses can be moved even though theyre not meant to after theyve been set up.Three bedroom and two bathroom homes for sale for under $100,000 and for rent for under $1,500.The people are friendly and theres a decent sized pool open until 6pm in the center of it all. The pool area has plenty of shaded spots clean bathrooms and entertainment in the lounge. Theres even a roof over several benches that are a great place to wait out the rain.The residents of this community put alot of effort into their yards. There are several elaborate and beautiful gardens throughout. The flowers often attract bees and wasps have been spotted though I havent heard of anyone getting stung. And around sunset mosquitoes do come out to play until dawn so bug spray is must.Basically its a good place to live if youre looking for a beautiful yet humble home and dont mind neighbors that love demonstrating that famous southern hospitality.

Ive been in and out of this place several times due to my line of work, ( soon Ill be out Forever )Let me start by saying, common sense in this place is harder to find then Gold, my next door neighbor likes to wash the car in the rain, likes to cut the grass in the rain, I even seen her on the roof when its raining.I dont know if shes off her medication. But its just sad to see someone Slowly losing their mind, the police have caught her walking down the street naked various times she tries to give advice but I cant make no sense of what she saying. So out of my kind heart I smile wave and say Hi....I recommend this place temporary, but over all if you can get over the fact that some people are a little strange, its a nice place to live

I just Got Done looking for a trailers. And the resident seem to be low class morons , there was no sign of intelligent life anywhere, even at the office to the people and the fat security guard . Im ashamed to say I stepped foot in here,. Because no one spoke English for one. secondly everyone looks too old to even Bee Moving or alive.... the front looks disgusting filled with trash. Really Bad odor when i Rolled my window Down. Better yet i Dont want to live here. People seem to not understand proper etiquette or proper English. Im going back to Oklahoma.

This place is the epitome of Lost Dreams, Old people complaining about almost everything, cant even play some music in your own House, without some crazy old and 90 year old Saying your a Failure and call the police, this place is more of a waiting room then community,A waiting room for the stupidity to just end. Besides the smelly old people, its a nice place to smoke and Drink. All so a Good place to fish for Bass,Glad I Dont live there anymore,
