Contrary to the bad rep heard about timeshares, this one is an exception! No complaints here! Many people have owned for +20 years and won’t sell. Clean, well maintained, perfect location on the island, and great staff all around. Check it out!

We just checked in and are satisfied. The unit could use some updates but location and amenities are very good. We can see the ocean from our balcony and have everything we need. Looking forward to the week here!

Location is awesome, right in front of the beach. The ladies at front desk were very nice. Linen, couch, carpet were clean. It is just that this is an older resort. Some areas in the unit, you see has been used a lot. I found dead cockroach near dryer which was off putting. And the hallway leading to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms seems dingy. Not sure why. Mattress on main bedroom is thin and caved in by heavy used.

The view from my room is awesome. I can look directly at the ocean with no obstructions. All the views are generally good, but this is the best Ive had.

This is a spot that our family loves coming to each year for our Thanksgiving break ... not much more you can ask for here at Seawatch ... They have it all ... great views, pool, racquetball, tennis courts, basketball, fishing, biking, hammocks, bonfire pit, EVERYTHING! The location is also very convenient to local fare and other activities (golf, mini golf, shopping, and more!) Def. would recommend to anyone looking for a vacation spot where all they need to do is just bring themselves! Wish I had taken more pics!

Great area of Hilton Head. Owners Assn keeps everything up to date even though the resort is one of the oldest here. Beach/ocean views from most units. All are walking distance. Nice pools with lagoon views.

Great place for family and friends. Very clean with lots to do, heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and clubhouse. Great ocean views and an awesome cabana area with 3 top of the line Weber grills for your personal use. Hammocks, beautiful beach chairs to take to the beach and plenty of sand toys for the kids so leave yours at home.

Beachfront, first floor, walk right out to the beach. Can see the ocean and the sky, the occasional rabbit.Definitely five star resort, all the amenities you need. Very comfortable.Three bedroom unit with huge kitchen, laundry room, two ensuites, one bedroom with twin beds. Bar, dining room, plenty of seating, huge porch. Landscaping is amazing. Great pool. Been coming 41 years. Love this place!!

Well maintained, lovely bbq/firepit area, outside seating for relaxing, beach chairs and some toys available to borrow for your day on the beach. Great place to vacation.

Room was pleasantly equipped with everything we needed for our spring break vacation! The pool and hot tub were very nice. The beach was awesome! Everything at the location was clean and well kept.

What a great family place. Right on the beach, Webber grills, the staff is friendly and ready to help. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished, we love it.

What can I say, except that who doesnt love a private beach where you can set up your own tent, and play football or volleyball without being crowded and dip in the ocean without a ton of people swimming around you.

Excellent place to vacation. So many things for kids to do and adults. We love coming here every year.

Family friendly, ocean front, lots of activies, pool, tennis, fishing, basketball etc. Price is right.

By far one of the best locations for a family vacation. We come down every year from New York and love it. Grounds are clean, pool is clean, rooms are spotless and staff is very pleasant.

Right on the beach so its very convenient if you have kids. Units are a little older, but have been kept decently updated. Strong wifi signal throughout property. Hilton Head is very bike friendly.One complaint is that they still use metal room keys which seem to be easier to lose and not as secure.

Had a time share in first week of November. Great spot with ocean view, tennis, bike rental, fishing in stocked lagoon and walkway to broad white sand beach. Staff is friendly and helpful.

You cant beat the location! Easy access to the beach, beautifully renovated pool and lovely condos!

Old not handicap friendly, dispite there claims, biggest bathroom door is 22 inches, with small shower stale, no hand rails, bathrooms with handicap bars has a 20inch door, drove 700 mile under the impression place was handicap friendly, only to find out ot is not
