Its a very nice place but not my style. Very clean, everything out side is beautiful. Way too big for me.

This is a beautiful area. Palmetto Dunes is the larger complex and within it, there are many smaller residential and vacation units with different names such as Windsor Court, Hampton Place and more.We have a unit at Hampton Place which features a beautiful general pool area, an adults-only pool, hot tub, grilling area with three gas-fired grills and lots of places to sit and sun or just relax.You are literally steps from the ocean with a beautiful beach that stretches for miles and miles. And youre away from the busier Hilton Head Beach Central Area.Theres lots to do within the greater complex of Palmetto Dunes such as playing on your choice of three different golf courses. You can also rent a bike and travel the bike paths or rent a kayak and enjoy the 11 miles of lagoons with beautiful scenery. There are also several restaurants and a shuttle bus that will take you across the street to Shelter Cove, where there are many, many shopping areas, restaurants and water sports.If you cant find something to do here, youre a short ride from any of the attractions that Hilton Head has to offer. Hilton Head Island has consistently been ranked in the top 10 of islands both worldwide and nationally. If youre flying into Savannah Georgia, its an easy ride to here and the Savannah Airport is very easy to navigate.Its really nice here anytime of the year because of the moderate temperatures in the fall, winter and spring.I took these pictures very quickly while sitting in the hot tub so you cant really appreciate the beauty of it but it gives you a little idea of the pool area and just beyond the bushes is the ocean. The only reason I didnt take time to get really good pictures is because the app prompted me for a review and since Im just sitting here on the edge of the hot tub, I figured Id do what I could with what I had.You can search our specific unit at 5204 Hampton Place and youll find a page on the web dedicated just to our unit. Theres lots of information and really nice photographs on that page.

Our unit (5507) was absolutely gorgeous! Everything was provided and the grounds were well maintained. My only complaint would be that the one and only elevator was inoperable a couple of times during our stay.

Beautiful condominium complex. We stayed in unit 6101. This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit located on the first floor. Its a corner unit so you have a great view of the ocean and the pool area. Its also located right next to the stairwell making it easy to get to the parking area below and also access to the beach and pool. The unit has everything you could need and the condo is decorated beautifully and you can tell the owners take care of their investment. I would definitely stay here again. The 3 bedrooms are all separated so privacy isnt an issue. The large kitchen and laundry room were great. They also have 4 beach chairs and a few pool toys for little ones. The complex has 2 pools which were not really crowded even over the july 4th holiday week. They also have a fitness room which is nice. Weve stayed at Captains Walk and Barrington Arms before and I must say that Hampton Place is the nicest of the 3.

Someone from property management walked right in without knocking on the door to check if we have checked out two days before our actual check out date. The doors arent secure and they dont lock from inside. Entire property management staff has codes for the door and can walk in anytime. This place is not secure!!!

Its 94, feels like 104 and the elevator is broken......UPDATE...Morning and the elevator is restored!

I really loved our unit and the proximity to the ocean and its fitness center. (In January we were not interested in the pool.) The garage parking was nice too. The major drawback was that the elevator buttons on the first floor kept cutting out. They would get fixed and then not work again. Else, I thought it was great. Location was excellent for grocery shopping and fun shopping too. The picture was taken early morning from a first floor unit.

I would definitely return to Hampton Place. Its a great place to relax and enjoy vacation with family. The pool and walk to the beach are well-maintained with nice showers. Beautiful ocean views and convenient beach access. Nice sitting areas and grills. Our unit was nice and comfortable. The only negatives were that the garbage disposal smelled horrible when water was run into it and the carpet had spots all over it in the living room and the bedrooms.

Great location! We had a minute walk to the beach from our condo. The downside is no handicap access- you have to walk to the public beach access point if you need to get a stroller or wheelchair across the dunes.

Wonderful location. Beautiful grounds that are well maintained. Peaceful and quiet. Ocean view and pools. Clean. Family friendly.

This is a beautiful vacation spot. The view is spectacular. The rooms are spacious, nice balcony that faces the ocean so that you can enjoy the beautiful morning sunrise, and feel that ocean breezes

The security checkpoint woman named Jo was extremely rude and unfriendly. My friends staying at the Marriott came to pick me up for dinner. I had to walk a mile to the checkpoint so I could catch my ride. My family had a pass, but Mom and Dad had to go out separately and were using our pass. We had to go to the security office on the way back to pick up a temporary pass and were greeted by an equally rude and unsavory person there. Between our family spending thousands of dollars here for the month and my friends spending thousands more just for the weekend at the Marriott, we couldnt believe the terribly unfriendly and uncooperative people on security in the evening. We have never encountered this awful treatment from any of the other security people. Probably our last year here.

Beautiful, well maintained, modern condo. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of seating and a large wash off area. The beach is easily accessible and quiet. Great place!

This is the third year we have stayed in this complex. We stayed in this unit the first year we were here and we really liked it. We got here and had to vacuum ourselves and the floors look like they havent been properly mopped around the baseboards in a month or two. very disappointed at the lack of cleaning and the rundown wallpaper and things like that that need to be updated plus the 1980s looking sink fixtures that should be updated by now. otherwise its very nice complex with a great view just needs a little updating and help with the cleaning. Not sure if Ill return next year but would definitely get a different unit even though I love the view from this one.

The place is beautiful. The room was a true disaster. The property is meticulously maintained, but the individual room is awful!

Really nice complex. Some of the condos are dated, but thats what you get from individually owned condos. When looking to book a week, make sure you take into consideration what is important to you. If having dated wallpaper or furnishings is a dealbreaker, make sure to look for some of the updated condos in the complex.

Individually owned condos so they are decorated and updated based on the owner. Great location with either full or partial ocean views. Nice pool area, located close to Omni Hotel so youre within walking distance to dining.

We visited here for vacation and rented a condo through VRBO. The place was well-maintained, the owner personable, and had a beautiful view of the beach. Chair rental was very reasonable and the location is center to a lot of the usual places we enjoy. While we did have a slight issue with the toilet, the owner had someone there late on a Saturday night and took care of us. Very much above and beyond what one would expect. I would highly recommend this location, and others in Palmetto Dunes, and plan to return next year.

We rented here for a week. The experience was great. Property was clean, well maintained and all the appliances worked great. The unit we rented was 5107. The floors were a little worn and the TV was a little outdated but we didnt come to watch television. Whirlpool was always functioning. Pool was kept clean and water was refreshing. Beach was a short walk. Workout room had two treadmills and two ellipticals. Free weights and multipurpose machine also available. Balcony provided a great view. I would rent again.

I LOVE and cant wait to go back. The whole stay was just great. We were on the 5questions floor with an ocean view. The villa and housekeeping were top of the line.

Well kept placr. Heated pool was excellent because the water would have been freezing otherwise. Steps to the beach which is nice on Hilton Head because many places are not this close to the beach

Quiet place, nice for families. Good rooms with a gated pool. However, the elevator is slow and the fitness center is poorly equipped.
