Great time for timeshare

Few problems....dishwasher didnt clean dishes....washer never ran full cycle... Beds were comfortable and location was great...wish they had more bikes for bigger families...would recommend to others though

Beautiful landscape and buildings.

A great place to enjoy a tennis match. The courts are set on a very nice section, pond on one side, trees offering a nice back drop. A hawk nest was just off from the courts, with Mama regularly circling overhead.

We had a great time here. The golf coarse is also a nice coarse to play. We went out a few times during our week vacation.

Square fFor extra linens it wouldve cost $25 so we wahed our towels twice. Problems with toilets. Twin beds hard as rocks. All in all townhouse is very nice but it seems all extras cost a fee. 1250 sq feet...large!

Course condition was lacking. Each hole had a sewer smell prominent. Lack of yardage markers made play difficult.

Own a week here and return every year. Love the location. Enjoy the tranquility

Super rad sauce. 10/10 would recommend. Brenda sure knows how to do her job! Only complaint was that the service was too stellar!!

2nd time at Spinnaker! 1st time was great, so I had to return! Spacious well appointed units with just about everything you could possibly need! It is best suited for a family or a group of traveling friends, actually a bit too much room for just the 2 of us! This makes it a little pricey for just 2! Although not over priced for the area! Not right on the beach, but the creek and golf course view was still nice! (note: there are alligators in the creek we have seen them twice! Just FYI) Beach access is a very short drive or walk if your feeling it! We got up every morning to watch the sunrise! Tennis court, and a nice pool are just steps away! Unit came with 2 bikes, and the bike friendly area is very nice! More restaurants than you can count, and more shopping than you would expect on a small island, and all without feeling congested or touristy! Just love this place!

Great place. Communication needs a little work on what to do when arriving for first time guests. Make note that the office is not on the resort property.

Clean units, standard construction materials. Layout of unit is generous. Proximity to restaurants and other retail is nice. Not on the beach if you are looking for that type of property.

Great place for family of all ages. 4 generations stayed a week and everyone had a great time.

The lodging is fantastic, bikes are great to have available, and the location is close to everything needed!

Weve been coming to Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island for nearly 20 years and it is little slice of paradise Hilton Head is one of the favorite vacation spots in the US and its a vacation we always look forward to.

Great views and amenities! The resort is a bit dated, but the grounds were well maintained.

Loved the condo and the free bikes. Great bike path to the beach.

Renovated within the last few years.

The townhome appeared to have been updated recently and was very pleasant and spacious. We could hear our neighbors on either side of us and the vanities and toilets were really too low. Other than that, the layout was good, the place had lots of skylights, a good deck out back with a view of the golf course, modern appliances, full kitchen with washer/dryer.

We have a Timeshare and really enjoy our place. Beautiful grounds,nice beach and well maintained.

Great condo and location to beach, furnished very well and grounds were neat. We have been coming to Hilton Head island for years and love it. This was one of the best units we have stayed in.

Beautiful, quiet location. Very nice condos, and they were incredibly responsive to repair a minor issue with the appliances.

Beautiful grounds and the room was nice. Loved having the bikes to go back and forth from the beach. We had a wonderful vacation.

Message alert: the 80s called android wants you go visit. Holy cow, these places are DATED!! 80s styled blinds, wicker furniture, TVs that are the old box style, and decor that is very dated. Very disappointing.

Some family members are staying at Spinnaker. It is full of things to do, and close to the beach.

All the years I have been coming here it has been OK but it seems that every year its gets worse and worse this place has been marked as VIP but it is not the pool has mold chipped floors and even in the condo chipped floors and there is much more the one guy I believe a owner compared this place to the red roof in so its your choice red roof in or some where else
