Fun park to witness rockets and military airplanes up close. Also a free museum in the retro 70s like building that stands in the middle of the park. Plus there is a newly built wooden walking path that takes you through the tidal marsh. Great place for kids, military buffs and leashed dogs are welcome. Note, some of the items on display are in need some TLC, but they are in the process of an upgrade. Cool place, easy stop, free parking, amazing grass but can get soggy after a good rain.

Friendly staff with a lot of information about the displays on hand. The city does a great job of maintaining and updating the park.

Honestly made me feel bad. Wished I had more to donate to the park. Its free, looks to be under funded but obviously the people behind it care enough to make it available to the public. Worth while to me since Im a space nerd. The kids enjoyed the long bridge and harassing the wild life.

I loved this small museum and park inspired by Hamptons history in early flight and space exploration. The museum portion includes hundreds of model military airplanes from all eras, as well as some exhibits on space exploration. Outside, over a dozen planes and rockets are on display. Theres also a walkway through a marsh. This is a free museum and park and it was well worth the hour I spent here.

Such a great attraction to have in the middle of an urban area. This place has great aircraft and equipment on display, yet is not properly funded to maintain them as they should be. This place deserves more money and better maintenance.

Many of the planes and rockets are in some state of decay and rust. Many of them dont even have information panels on them and many of the ones that do are in serious need of repair. Inside is lack luster, comprising mainly of plastic models and cardboard posters about various planes and rockets, many of which arent even on display. The only thing keeping people at the park is the kids playground. It is free, but if it wasnt I dont think itd be very worth any amount of money.
