We rented during July 2020 in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This was a great way to enjoy Hampton responsibly. Natalie was fantastic and we had a great time. Even the local boaters were helpful when my kids got a little panicky out on the water. Easy reservations, nice, clean boards and convenient to where we stayed (the drift resort).

Todd was fun and great, he knows all the tricks to make sure you have a fun time when you’re out on the water.Do the 1000 ft rope, definitely recommended

Absolutely outstanding !!!! I didnt go up as I am injured but my boyfriend went up and he enjoyed every single second. The Captain is AMAZING!!! He has a bit of a twisted sense of humor but its what made the trip an even better experience. I HIGHLY recommend this as a must on your trip to Hampton Beach!!!

They where so friendly. The crew on the boat did an awesome job. It was an experience of a life time that we will never forget. If you are at Hampton beach you must go parasailing. See you guys again next summer.

Had a awesome time with these guys, Todd and his deck hands do a killer job! We went out with about eight people ranging in age from 15-65 and every one had a blast.

Staff is very rude. Have no concern for other boats in the water. People on other boats that are fishin, are yelling at our captain constantly for speeding by them very closely and running over and breaking their lines.. the staff has no concern for the customers on the boat. Just want our money... as a fisherman myself i was amazed by what i was seeing.. but did have fun when i was up in the air..

My sister in law & husband went out with them yesterday August 19, 2017 on their 2:30 boat. We were told that they had to be there before 2:10. The morning of I called to ask about having our daughter ride on the boat to watch & was told that there was room at that point because it was only my husband, sister in law & one other couple scheduled to go. When they arrived early & were told that the boat wouldnt be leaving until 3 & that it was a full boat (12 passengers). When out on the ocean everyone was told the order in which they would be parasailing. Youd think that it would be in the order that they paid. Nope. My sister in law & husband (one of the first to pay & reserve a spot) were told they were LAST!!!!!!So after siting on the boat watching all the other groups go they finally had their turn. Only to get up in the air & have something happen to the boat that caused them to go into the water. Para-sail & all! The deck hand had to jump in & rescue them because they were being pulled under the water by the para-sail that sinking.Apparently they had a cooler on board the boat with alcohol in it. Alcohol that the Captain Todd kept offering my husband & sister in law. Once on land rather than offer them a refund of their trip they offered to take them out to dinner, offered them shirts & sweatshirts.When I arrived to pick them up I walked into the shack to see my sister in law hysterical in a corner crying, the deck hand drinking a Heineken & Captain Todd walking & acting in a manner that made me question his sobriety. When I questioned as to what was happening because obviously I 100% sober & wanted to understand the whole situation. Captain Todd was VERY RUDE & told me he was not discussing anything because they were done for the day! I then told him that we would let the police handle the situation. I walked out of the shack to retrieve a cell phone Captain Todd followed me & went to my husband sitting in our car clearly still upset to tell him how I was calling the cops & asking to him to make me stop my phone call.OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE HE WAS VERY WELL AWARE THAT THEY HAVE A LOT ON THE LINE BECAUSE OF THE WHOLE SITUATION. A FULL REFUND WASNT OFFERED UNTIL ONE OF THE POLICE OFFICERS SPOKE TO NATALIE & TODD.WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING NOR WOULD WE RECOMMEND TO ANY OF OUR FRIENDS & FAMILY DO THE SAME. THANK GOD WE DIDNT PAY FOR OUR DAUGHTER TO RIDE ALONG TO WITNESS WHAT WENT ON. ITS BAD ENOUGH MY 4 YOUNG CHILDREN AGES 10 TO 3 HAD TO WITNESS THIS ACCIDENT FROM THE BEACH.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAINupdate! i also posted the same review about this business on Facebook. they blocked me! Imagine that.

We had a wonderful experience...not the thrill ride that I was worried about...just smooth sailing over the Atlantic and beach from high above...so quiet and serene. We appreciated the fun that the skipper and mate supplied. The only downside was that we paid for a video and for some reason it did not record. They have offered to refund us the price as well as provide free parasailing next season with a video...I think that is great customer service! Thank you Santina!

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. The kid who answered the phone wasnt interested in answering any of my questions. In fact, he was more interested in getting me off the phone! Would definitely never bring my business here or recommend anyone to there as well!
