I go there for short walks, to play soccer, run on the trail or for a peaceful time. The park has dedicated space and tool for you to exercise. There is a softball field where Southeastern womens team practice and play matches. I find the park most beautiful in the morning or evening before sunset.

Would be a better park if they would put the bathrooms back in the front by the playground instead of having to walk all the way in the back by the ball field, because sometimes the kids just cant make it that far. Also maybe adding more stuff for the kids to play on, i remember they use to have toys in the ground that you could sit on and rock, the sand station. Way to cold to be playing in the water and on wet equipment maybe invest on getting a shelter to cover the playground equipment to prevent it from getting wet. Other then that the park is okay just needs a few changes made to it.

This park is awesome. We want for a softball game and the nearby playground entertained my little ones between games

Quite, clean, walking/ jogging trail. A few picnic tables. A small pond. Softball fields. I can listen to my NPR programs in peace.

This place is perfect for children.Its guarded by campus police.So its safe.And a great place for the kiddos to cool off in this hot Louisiana weather

Pretty I guess. Not much to pool lay on compared to other parks.

It was just a quick visit. I think they should add more for older kids.

Well kept park, play area, mile track for walking or running, splash pad. Lots of people dont clean up after themselves, dogs must be on a leash.

Good park for family or to exercise

The park is isolated by trees and boarders the Ponchatoula Creek, so it is beautiful. It’s a good size too, and not very busy. It’s open from dawn till dusk and it boarders the College as well, so it’s great for bored students or staff to just go fishing nearby in the park’s pond. There’s also a water park, a jungle gym, workout stations, you name it. The park is very accommodating to its patrons.

Didnt catch any fish today had a couple of bites. Park looks out of shape.

Large park in quiet, clean area. Sports field and dedicated bathroom area. Kids loved location. Only down side; their is limited shade and seating in park area.

One of my favorite places to bike and walk. And super safe and friendly environment.

Good place. Well kept grounds, not crowded, park visitors seemed nice on a Monday late afternoon. Most into fitness.

My kids love this place

Great park for running and doing body weight workouts. Also, nice to watch the baseball games and they have a slide and swings for the kids. The biggest con is that their restrooms are locked majority of times and the grass isnt always cut.

This park was ok however the picnic table was was broken and restroom building is needed. THANK YOU someone needed a larger trash container .
