Beautiful park but absolutely no social distancing nor masks after that mini outbreak was tracked back there you would think theyd put some distancing guidelines or something 30+ people gathered at the pavilion constantlySafe to park for the view but I advise against using any equipment*update closed to the public for a while yet people still are all on the equipment after another outbreak*update December 1stStill no guidelines or social distancing 6 months laterOver 3k cases with the park in commonCome on yall its not that hard to stand a little ways away from each other

My friends and I love this park. Many good memories. Well built and upkept. The only putput type park left in town (once we had a Put-Put Golf And Games where Motel 6 is now). Also a nice little cottage like a tourist trap, tennis courts, gazebo and restroom building that all locks at night. May it never go away *_*

The putting course is free but you bring your own equipment. Its a fairly simple course but definitely a fun thing to do on a calm day with the kids or a loved one. The park has plenty of tree coverage so its relatively shady on hot days.

I was visiting and needed a place to run with my husband and girls. McPherson Park was walking distance from our hotel. The trail was not long however we made it work. There is a lot to do there with mini gulf, tennis courts, a park and the landscape was nice to. Nice little spot!

Its a beautiful area in the middle of the city, definitely unexpected natural water features. Theres a free putt putt course (I recommend bringing your own putter and ball) and beautiful little walking trail. After walking the trails alongside a small creek and water features we found a second playground section. Even nicer than the main one in the front of the park.

While not a large park, McPherson is lovely and entertained my two and four-year-old for a good hour. The putt-putt course is shaded and apparently still quite new, as its in very good condition.
