Great hiking trails which are fairly well marked. The bird and butterfly meadow is wonderful and has mowed paths for meandering through the meadow. There are also owl boxes and we have gotten to see many owls in the park!

Great spot for easy, quick hiking. Maybe its just me, but the map is exceedingly hard to follow. However, its almost impossible to get lost, surrounded by civilization on all sides.

Good park and disc golf course. Playground and picnic tables could use renovations. My only issue truly was the condition of the restrooms, disgusting from lack of cleaning.

Has Kathleen Clay Branch in the park. Walking trails, shelters, parking. This is a secluded area and away from hubbub even though you are well within city limits. This isnt my favorite park in the city but if you are in NW Greensboro and are looking to do some walking in a relaxed, scenic setting then give it a shot.

Not much of a park for any activities. Basically just undeveloped land that is adjacent to a greenway. There is a nice trail near the library which is right next to this area.

This is a great place for a lunch time walk/hike. I work close by so I walk the trail here a few times a week. The trail is an easy walk and about a mile long loop. Just follow the white markers and youll be fine. You can start the trail to the right side of the front entrance of the library, or on the opposite side of the parking lot from library.I highly recommend it if you want a little exercise during lunch and want something to do. I havent seen the owls in the man made nests, but I did see a raccoon high up in a tree a while back. Theres plenty of shade for most of the trail, so even in the summer it hasnt been too hot.
