Went in with my friend as a walk in. I got my nose pierced and she got a conch ear piercing. The person who did my piercing was Chano. He was great! I tend to faint and get dizzy. He was very attentive and helped me when I started to get woozy. Offered me water and let me take my time until I was ready to go. The care and quality of my piercing was very professional and because of my experience, I do plan on going back for other piercings and tattoos. I felt safe and cared for. Thank you Alpha and Omega

I have gotten 2 tattoos so far from Trey and he is an absolutely amazing artist!! he is very precise with his work and makes sure u r comfortable throughout the whole process. he is also incredibly talented with designing tattoos as well! i highly recommend alpha and omega and Trey to anyone that is thinking about getting a tattoo anytime soon

I walked in with a few friends four or five weeks ago to get my conch pierced and there was minimal wait time. I’m also super weird w needles and my piercer made sure I was comfortable and the entire place was very clean. super super friendly staff and I’ll definitely go back for any other piercings in the future.

I just had my third tattoo from Adam Justus started over the weekend. I was in last month and had an infinity symbol and taco tattoo done. Both have healed beautifully and the taco is AMAZING! I cant wait to get back and finish the Seuss piece we started. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming and fun. As soon as I walk through the door it feels likes I belong. Excellent shop with great artists and hours!

My experience here has been a blast each time, I love coming in and always feeling welcome with open arms it’s one of the best in grand rapids.

I was in GR visiting one of my best friends and we decided we wanted to get matching tattoos! This was my first tattoo so i was a little nervous but Hunter was super chill and helped me relax. He did a great job and would highly recommend. He also does a free touch up on the tattoo!!

Justin did my tattoo and he was extremely gentle and patient! he did a butterfly for my that takes up just about my whole forearm. the detail is amazing, the shading was even and he even touched up another small tattoo for me and made it look 10x better. loved the experience and the conversation. he’s an 11/10

The artists here are really dedicated to their work they do phenomenal work. I have gotten 2 tattoos so far from Maggie and she a GREAT job on both of my tattoos. I was a bit late for my appointment but they were nice and understanding. The girl who did my tattoo (I forgot her name but she was blonde and pretty) showed me my needles before opening them which I appreciated because I didnt even think to ask. The guy at the front desk was nice and friendly and the art work is amazing and EXACTLY what I wanted. Definitely will go again and a shop worth visiting. Even the other customers and workers delivering things seemed nice and down to earth.

This place is amazing! They were so kind and helped me take my jewelry that got stuck and replaced it with new one that wasn’t making my ear swell and was the appropriate size! I came in on a whim last Saturday, 1/4/20, when I was having a migraine. I had been researching Daith piercings for about 4 months while suffering the whole time. Im also on medication which really doesnt help. Im not sure who helped did my piercing, but both gentlemen were very helpful and reassuring. On a scale of 1 to 10, the pain of the piercing was about a 4, but the release of pressure was well worth it. The shop is clean and sterile and they explained how to care for my piercing. Thank you so much, almost a week and no heacaches!!!

I want to say thank you to Ricky at Alpha and Omega Ink. “Kyle” was a really bad time in my life and now he’s gone, and I can’t even tell his name was ever there. (Seriously it feels like a huge weight has been lifted) Ricky probably couldn’t tell from all the crying at the end, but I am very happy with his work. He did everything freehand and it is amazing. If I EVER get another tat I’ll be going back to Ricky for sure. If he’ll have me. (I cried the whole time, not just at the end)
