The seating chart for my wedding was lost in the mail and they were able to print me one in an hour. Their friendliness and professionalism was impressive. The seating chart they printed was higher quality and cheaper than the one we ordered online. Highly recommend!

This is a solid art store. It has the basics supplies that you would need for art-watercolor, pastels, oils, etc.... I give it a four out of five because the store is basic, I wish it was more ‘inspired’. I previously lived close to an art store that always inspired and had me wanting to explore new mediums-at this store I walk in, get what’s on my list and walk out. Customer service is always great.

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.They have products craft stores just dont have.

I really enjoy this establishment. They sell a wide variety of wares for the beginner to the expert artist, and have a price point for each. The only issue that I have with this shop is that I can never go because of the hours.This shop obviously never caters to the working masses since the latest they are ever open is until 5:30p.m. So, here I sit, unable to buy anything at my local art shop because theyre consistently closed at the usual time in which anyone is able to get out of work.Now, I dont want to have a business make decisions based off of just a sole individual, but just ONE day in which they are open until 6:30 would be the most amazing thing that this place could do.

Amazing staff and quality. I have bought supplies here before and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I just recently got a large format print on matte and mounted on foam core and it is outstanding work. The print is BEAUTIFUL and the mount is flawless. Will be using them again in the future and highly recommend them.

One of the greatest art shops I ever been to. They have such a variety of products and the layout makes it easy to find. I got a greeting the moment I walked in, which is always welcoming for me. Having been on the hunt for a portfolio case, I was ecstatic at the variety of bags that they had. The only downside I could add is that there is limited parking, but I havent been there when its really busy. Anywho, I can see myself going back there whenever I need some art tools.

Whenever possible I like to shop local, I appreciate there is an art store that fits that description however when their return policy is ridiculous I cannot support bad customer service. Not only did the employee give me bad information regarding the product I bought but I could not return it when I found out it wouldn’t work.Be careful what you buy, you might not be able to return it.

Always helpful and able to provide great customer service. Our company uses them to make copies and PDFS from our vintage drawings. Brandon is a great printmaker and makes copies and PDFS while you wait.

I went to get a copy of a print. The service was fast and friendly. Excellent job. Great price. Ill definitely recommend be back and recommend it to friends. :)

SRC has a fair selection of art supplies that span a few disciplines. Give them a try before you go online!

I used to buy all my clay for school here, but then they changed their hours (close at 5) so I cant make it in time before they close! :( No Saturday hours anymore. :(

I am really surprised by the fair prices. Before going, I expected the prices to be significantly higher than amazon or larger chains, this was not the case. In fact, I see no upcharge compared to other options. Very happy with my visit and Ill keep coming back.

Best place in Grand Rapids to get all your art supplies! Even if they dont have it, they can do special orders! And they also can do great prints too! Plus they are right by coffee shops and bars.

Ive been purchasing .y art supplies from Service Reproduction for decades. When I was teaching and in the 8 years of retirement . Always quality products, reasonable prices and staff is amazing.

I will never go to Michaels or Hobby Lobby again! This place is the real deal, a wide variety of quality art supplies and low prices. Ive run all over town trying to find a set up to do plein air painting and found everything I needed under one roof, like I said, good prices too. Plus they gave me a discount for being a member of Grand Valley Artists, which was frosting on the cake.

IIT was a very nice place but it was a little expansive but very great.
