My husband has worked at golf courses ranked as high as #1 in Texas He was approached about coming to White Wing about 12 years ago. He has never regretted his decision. I see him go to work as head pro there with a smile on his face everyday. He’s been told he brings sunshine on a cloudy day. #1 to lee Ray is customer service. His staff is well educated on quality service and assuring a memorable golf outing far everyone. Some courses u never see the pro. Not with Lee Ray. His office door is always open and makes sure he rides the course daily to welcome new members and laugh with regular members. Come to White Wing and play a manicured course with excellent greens and meet Lee Ray and his staff

This is the first time I’ve played this course and it was beautiful. The scenery is breathtaking and we even had a deer cross our path on the seventh hole. Now playing around in the Texas heat is challenging but I had a blast with these guys. I definitely recommend this course for anybody in the area or making a day trip.

An update from our visit to anyone wishing to play golf here, hit some balls, or chip and putt.They are only allowing Sun City Residents to be on and around the course due to COVID19.

Very good service. Golf course was in good shape, and the staff was friendly. One reason why I’m not going 5 stars is the membership, they weren’t very friendly, and we felt it.

Course was in great shape. Staff is professional and accommodating. For those going out there, make sure you bring your own refreshments. They do not have a beverage cart. And you cant take adult beverages from the restaurant on the course.

Beautiful Day for a round of golf. The course was in good condition, some of Tee boxes were wet because of overseeding.

This place is a rip off! I booked a 3pm tee time to play 18holes.. when I was on my way to the 10th hole, I was stopped by an old man that worked there and was told I needed to turn in my cart becuase it was 5:30.. I was never told that I wasnt able to play after 5pm. When I asked why they would let me pay for all 18 if they knew I couldnt finish I wasnt given an answer. He just told me to call the club house and talk to them tomorrow.. its pretty clear, if you dont live in this community that they dont want you there.. I was followed through the first 3 hole to make sure I wasnt doing anything out of the ordinary

The staff could be more flexible. My friend and I were a part of a group of four players. We realized that there aren’t any groups in front of us, so we wanted to separate into two groups of two after the first hole so that we don’t become the bottleneck slowing down the groups behind us. Of course, we would have regrouped if we were to catch up with any group ahead of us. This was very common in other golf courses. However, as soon as we separated into two groups in hole #2, the marshal came and told us in an unpleasant, authoritative tone that we are supposed to play as a foursome. So, we continued to play as a foursome, and a group of two players caught up with us after a few holes. We let them pass through. The marshal later came during the second half of course to let us know we are now allowed to break into two groups. There are rules and policies that need to be followed, but I believe it is everyone’s common interest to reduce the wait times between holes on the course. Having a little more flexibility in its operation would definitely help. It was the most rigid one among the dozen or more courses that I played in Austin area.

Course was in great shape and everyone we encountered was very friendly.

Extremely well maintained course. Wonderful greens. A little quirky on the design with multiple holes having trees in the middle or near the middle of the fairway but overall a lot of fun to play. Lots of contours in the greens most of which are elevated. Practice your chipping before you play!

Great challenge going course with an excellent 19th hole.

Nice course, but it plays slow. Bring you’re own... no beverage carts nothing in the golf shop. Café is closed you can’t buy so much as a cold bottle of water. You can drink from the coolers (slightly colder than the hose, but it’s the same water), but you can’t buy a bottle water.NOTE TO STAFF: Buy some bottled water, a few cold drinks and keep them in a cooler in the pro shop. A bag of chips or a powerbar... you will triple or quadruple your money, and not come off so inhospitable.

Wonderful course and in good shape.

Excellent greens and fairways. Putters cafe serves a range of food from sandwiches to steaks. The practice facilities includes 3 greens (2 for chipping and putting) - and a long range driving range. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Having a great cafe within which holds very tasty food and good service puts one in a great mood to deal with the challenges found on the course. Eat hearty -- you will need it.

Food was OK, had to ask again for condiments. Drink didnt come as ordered. Wriggleys rocks all the way. Bye Mulligans.

Played it twice in the last three day however Wes was very unfriendly each time. Wont go. Back because of him.
