This store is how all retail experiences should be. I won a couple golf clubs having just started golfing and had no idea what I was doing. Over the last 3 weeks, every staff member has gone out of their way to make the time to coach, question, and suggest everything I needed, never stuffing product down my throat. The manager made it easy for me to get a beginner set started and exchange things if necessary. I live on the complete opposite side of town but they have won my business through kindness and service alone. 18/10 recommend.

Whoever gave The Golf Ranch less than 5 stars must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The whole staff at The Golf Ranch are professional, courteous, and friendly. Ive never walked into the store without a cheerful welcome, and anytime I have needed assistance they have gone above and beyond. I recently had a driver break, and they helped me get a new one from Ping at a discounted rate. Thanks again!

From fitting to trying stuff out to trading stuff in...plus they do all kinds of repair work, and give good advice on changing shafts, which I did today!Best selection of used gear, as well!!!!Best thing? Just wanted to share my experience with The Golf Ranch. I called at 7:15 this morning to get their hours and the phone was actually answered by the owners.. I have done several transactions with them over the last couple years from being fitted for new clubs or trading clubs for newer model. Every experience has been awesome. Today, I brought my clubs in to be regripped and picked up a couple new hybrids as well. Dan (the owner) and his team were fantastic and they really care about their customers.They are always so helpful. Their customer service is spot on. I will always deal with them for my golf needs. Highly recommended!

Always friendly and knowledgeable service. I go there for all my golf needs. Just needed a new grip this last trip but was in and out in 5 minutes including installation!

Had putter and 3 irons re-gripped. They helped in selecting the right grip for my game and quickly installed while I waited.

Club repair at Golf Ranch a few times always excellent customer service

I am very pleased with the club fitting which I received from Loren Westbrook at the Golf Ranch. I had to replace for clubs in my bag. Lauren carefully check the shaft length and lie angle for my new clubs and fit the lofts within the other clubs. I live in Austin, but Ill drive to Georgetown again, for Lorens skill, patience, and courtesy.

Yesterday I decided to go buy some warmer golf clothes since Texas is experiencing a cold snap. The Golf Ranch has a nice selection of clothing and the owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable about golf equipment.I plan to take my clubs for new grips and to have the master fitter assess my club shafts etc. My husband had his grips redone here also and is very pleased.Great shopping experience! A hidden gem in Georgetown Texas!

Decided to buy a good set of used clubs. Has got to be one of my best buying experiences ever. They checked my swing speed, helped me select several appropriate possibilities from their significant inventory, checked the fit of each set to my swing. I bought them - and several other items while I was there. I am now entered into their drawing where they give away a really nice package of golf equipment.

What a great place. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and truly there to help in any way possible. It s a big place with all the new golf equipment but you get the service you would expect at a locally owned shop. Keep up all the hard work. I will be a customer for life!

Beautiful course

Great customer service and very reasonable prices. I had a couple new grips put on two of my clubs and the guys there went out of their way to get the grips installed quickly and correctly. Ill definitely be shopping there again.

From the time my family and I walked in until we left we were treated wonderfully. The gentleman who helped me (Im terrible with names but I think it was Don or Dan) helped me get fitted for some clubs, order them, and even took time to speak to my kids and ask my wife how they were doing. It was a process of fitting clubs to my swing and he never rushed me or made it seem like I was a burden, like the last store I went into. I have an non-verbal Autistic daughter and she was never asked not to play with the clubs or balls and they even made her day by bringing Faith over to say hi! I will always drive an hour away to go there for all my golf needs and wants. I was told by a friend to go check them out and he said they were the best golf store in central Texas and after visiting them I couldnt agree more. For all your golf needs or wants, no matter how far you have to drive, go see the wonderful staff and you wont be disappointed!

This is golf heaven! I went in to get fitted “first time ever” man am I glad I did! Ryne is the man not only did he get me set up with the correct length shafts and my lie angle he also helped me out with my swing! This place is hands down the only place I will return to for my golf needs. It says a lot when I live over an hour away and there are many stores near me but nothing like THE GOLF RANCH! Well they ordered my brand new Taylormade M4’s and they came in a week later! I am disbelief how fast I got my new clubs and am trying them out today! Rain or shine it’s on. I have been shopping here for years; clubs, bag, golf balls, shoes, accessories, etc... Dan, Loralee, and team are very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with; providing a very welcome environment in which to shop. Always well stocked and fairly priced.

Very poor customer interaction and service. Better to buy online. Callaway full club set cheaper at Dicks Sporting Goods. I told the owner Don that I was very disappointed with service. Full set of Callaways came wrapped with rubber band and loft and lie had not been checked.
