This is such a great service! It is disappointing that the trollies arent running yet. I agree with the comment below. Why buses but no trolley? weird. I hope all is well with your drivers and you are up and running next time we visit the Island.

Carol shuttled us around twice today and was so very helpful. She even gave us recommendations on what we needed to try in Galveston. She is very thoughtful and wanted to make sure we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Carol - you are a gem!The trolley is air conditioned and only costs $1! It’s the perfect way to get around the city.

We used this great Trolley the whole time we were here 3 years in a row!!! So sad it was closed during COVID but confused as city buses were running.

We took a Trolley hoping to go to the Strand today. Nobody told us we would be taking a freaking tour & be told about turtles in & their names. I was hoping to meet my cousin. Didnt happen. Got off early and walked home. Disappointed. I had no idea we were taking a tour. I thought it was a cheap ride to get to our location.

I wasnt able to get the ladys name that drove the downtown trolley on 6/29/2019 but she was FABULOUS. She made my 4yr old granddaughter on her first trolley bus ride feel special and even made a special stop just for us. She was super even helping us in the transfer information onto the Seawall trolley.

While I love the idea of a trolley in Galveston, the experience didnt quite go as planned. Both the website in Google listing said the trolley would be running from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. but we waited at the stop for an hour with no visible indications that a trolley was even running.

Im on the trolly now,,,, this driver is definitely very unhappy with herself, terribly rude and hateful to the passengers. Her driving is reckless! Im a local, first time on trolly and definitely did not enjoy the ride. Maybe next driver will be a better experience.,.,.,
