The customer service was outstanding.It has separate bays with high walls for each player. Which during this time is important.They have tons of game choices and the kids loved it.

My friends and I had such a blast at XS VR. We were able to play multiplayer games 4 friends together and really enjoyed. The owner and staff were helpful in suggesting games and helping us with instructions on how to play the game. Super clean facility! We will definitely go back and highly recommend this place.

My first time trying virtual games here but the seating was AWFUL! its a thin chair slapped awkwardly in the middle of the store. :( it hurt my back while I was taking turns playing with my boyfriend. The games were entertaining to say the least but i wish the void at cinemark we’re still around, we settled for this. The owner was nice but she was a bit too out there and made me feel a little bit awkward.

This was my first true VR experience and wow, this was pure fun.Ive tried VR before on a home built setup, but it does not compare to the quality provided at XS VR. Not only are you in a safe environment, but you are supported by the latest equipment and helpful staff. I consider myself a former gamer who had to put the hobby away because of life. However, this was a refreshing experience that Id recommend to anyone regardless of age and ability. Being able to try out all the latest games is amazing and it is interesting to see where this technology has come, and will go in the near future. Again, I highly recommend XS VR.

Wow!!! We just found this little gem!! You MUST go!I am not a gamer but I will definitely do this!!! My gamer son says “this is great!” Owners SO nice & helpful! This is a great place for kids, adults or date night. Wear short sleeves, maybe even shorts & bring a bottle of water because it’s like a workout! SO FUN!!

We found this place and wanted to try it out since my kids are big gamers. It is awesome!! I have never done VR before so this was my first time. Had a lot of fun and the owners are so nice! We will definitely be back again.

Tried all day yesterday to get a hold of someone to book my grandsons birthday and couldn’t get a single person to answer. Left voicemail and I woke up this morning thinking“someone should’ve called back”nope. taking my grandkids somewhere else for there birthday

Price is great. Very friendly. Boys are having a blast. Plenty of games to choose from including multiplayer.
