Manager is way more concerned over your mask covering your entire face. He nailed us immediately about my mask not covering my nose, but when my order took over an hour to come out, we didn’t hear a peep. Ironically at the 1 hour mark when our food did come out they cranked the PA almost as loud as it would go advising of the mask policy that allows you to remove it while eating. Personal opinion is they were not 100% ready to reopen. Was also advised they are now a test kitchen. Sliders are gone.Adding to my review. We caught up with the manager and advised him what happened. He added points to all of the kids power cards. I appreciate the effort and understand the pressure covid puts on a business and it’s management team. Thank you for helping us make sure Sara and her friends have a great birthday.

Food was great as well as all the games. The only negative thing was there was one waitress for about 9 tables. The young lady tried her best to keep up but she just couldnt which led to mediocre service. If she had some help Id give it 5 stars.

Its a lovely place. The only reason Im rating 3 stars is because there are no hand sanitizer stations anywhere. I didnt see one employee wiping down games either.

I love Dave and Busters and Im happy they are open so I can finally get a date night with my husband, but I was concerned about their COVID procedures. I didnt see their protocols listed online, but we decided to go check it out anyways. There were no hand hanitizer stations downstairs in the gaming area. I saw 2, maybe 3 stations with cleaning wipes and gloves. My husband and I were the only ones wearing gloves, and I didnt see anyone wiping off the games before or after using them. Im just surprised the arcade can be open with such relaxed cleaning procedures. I think signs encouraging people to wear gloves or wipe down the games after use would be good.

They served me French fries and spicy Asians wings with a pound of salt on them. Its all I could taste. When the manager came over I told him the fries were salty and he said we season them and I said it was too much salt and he said we season them. He never apologized. He brought out a half order of fries that I declined and said these have no salt.

This venue needs a better greeting of customers that walk in.We stood at the upstairs entryway for 5 minutes looking at the bartender and an empty hostess station.Not a good sign for a birthday.A nice patron instructed us to visit downstairs.Well going on 30 minutes we approach the bar laid a $50 dollar bill and workers jumped to assist.Well, bless the franchise with the games which made a 7-year-old 1hour 15-minute wait enjoyable.

Waiter was training a new waitress. The trainee was awesome not the waiter. The Waiter took the plates away from my table without asking if we were done.I was explaining that the food was wrong. And the waiter proceeded to tell me. Wait honey let me finish talking over me. They took my food back to be redone. This was a birthday trip out of state for my son. Was not what is shown on commercials.

I had an outstanding experience when I came to this Dave & Busters twice. I came here on the Allen ISD Orchestra Field Trip in May 2018 and had an amazing time with the food and games. And I came here to this Dave & Busters again in February 2020 for a friends birthday party and had another fun experience with the food and games. The food here is so tasty and the arcade is kept clean at all times. The employees are very friendly. This place truly deserves a 10 star rating!

I come in every now & then with my kids 7 & 11 on Wednesdays for half price games day. My kids enjoy the games, the food & the ambiance. Our favorite ears are the wings, lettuce wrapped burgers, fries, & iced tea. The place is always SPOTLESS & they are taking special precautions to keep it sanitized.

A friendly fun place to go. Shayna the hostess was so sweet and informative. She took the time to explain everything considering I had never been there before.David was our server. He was very nice and very attentive.The food, to my surprise, was actually very good. My grandson had such a great time playing all those games. We will be back.

Very nice and new looking. New carpet entire area. New tables and chairs in eating area. Looks brand new and fresh! Will definitely come back, kids and adults loved it!

Dave and Busters. The issue and why I didnt give you 5 stars was that I had to wait until 4pm to come in, and when I had an issue with a game that didnt give me my tickets, I told a worker, who told me they wouldnt do anything to help me. I asked for a manager, told him what happened, and he walked away with my card, brought it back without ANY explanation as to what he even did, and only added 8 credits back to my card when the game cost over 10 to play. I never had that issue before with your customer service in the past.

Upstairs Bartender could have been more kind. Seemed like she hated her job. But fantastic experience overall!!

My wife and I were playing pool for roughly 45 minutes and no one came to greet us to see if we wanted a drink or food. We usually spend 75-100 bucks and this time we only paid for the pool since no one greeted us. This was a very disappointing experience and itll probably be a while before we return to this location.

A good pub with gaming arcade on the lower levels. We were with kids and limited to the Arcade. Kids had a blast. They have eat out area amongst the machines and the family can feast while kids enjoy. The music is a bit loud though but kids will have a blast at this place.

Totally impressed! I was totally impressed with the Dave and Busters at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco. The only reason Dave and Busters didnt get 5 stars was simply because I dont have and children. Let me explain:)If I had children, it would have been an perfect experience. The food was amazing. The Salmon was mouth watering good and the sides made you want to order a second serving. Loved it! Ive been to Dave & Busters in California but my son and husband have never been so we decided to venture out and go to the Frisco location. Glad we did because we had such a great time and even enjoyed the food options! We already made plans to come back soon

We had a childs party at this location. Was wonderful! Party organizer and server were amazing. Food was really good. A lot of other parents were asking about it. We had a private table in the open area and it was perfect for us. They are very upfront about costs and I would consider it again. They made it super easy.

Midday lunch. Easy to walk up and be seated. My husband got the steak. He said it was was fatty and Not much taste. He didn’t like it. The kids ordered wings. They really liked them because they were gone! I ordered some type of chicken avocado salad it was ok. The server was friendly. Played games downstairs. It was fun for my husband and me and the kids to where they could do their own thing. Overall it was fun.

Brought my son in for his birthday. He was looking forward to using the wand, complete fail! Didnt work on any of the games, manager on duty said wand was a hit and miss, we had to settle for wrist band. Why have it as a choice if the kinks arent worked out!?!?

Great drinks and great games! Our first stop was at the bar downstairs to get a couple of drinks before some arcade play. Our server Jess was very attentive and helped us out with any questions we had about the menu. The Patron margaritas were and a great start to some gameplay. This is both a great place for a family or date environment for food, drinks, and fun! We will definitely have to come back for their Football Game Day specials!

Sat at the bar and had some drinks and food before seeing a movie. Staff was attentive and the food came out quickly. I particularly enjoyed the Philly Cheesesteak. I would give it a try if you are in the mood for a sandwich.

Most def wasnt running at 50 percent capicity, really crowded . Took my lil boy for a little father son time since he did good at practice . Up to date games for young and adult ! Easy pay system with scan card . Grabbed some nachos to eat there to which was neat , they had paper less menu and pay online qr code . They were sanatizing after every table . But the game could of been sanatize better but they did offer gloves at least . Over all experience for the lil boy was a thumbs up for him !

I felt that the employees were very diligent about keeping everything clean and wiping things down on all the video games and tables. They were also very friendly and helpful.

I am 40 years old and I have been coming to Dave & Busters since I was a teen. This restaurant has always done extremely well because of the fact that it caters to both the young & old. I like the fact that theyre always putting in new video games on a frequent basis because the fact that I love to play arcade games and nowadays there arent arcades like there used to be an early 2000. The food is good, but its not the best. They offer quite a variety of alcoholic drinks so if youre looking for a place where you can eat, drop off your kids at the arcade, and go have a couple drinks and get some alone time then this is the spot. If you havent already come check this place out then youre missing out!

I havent been to Dave and Busters for two years now. Wow. It has changed and they are currently under construction.I came here with a buddy to watch Thursday Night Football. Beer prices were good ($5 for craft beers and $4 for domestic beers), but the food was terrible. They have football bites. I ordered the pretzels. They were small and the cheese was watery. Yes. Watery. The cheese had no flavor. Id pass (no pun intended) on that option. My buddy ordered the wonton bites. He said they were good, but not worth the $5 he paid.Last, I had been accumulating credits for games and tickets for years in order to get a big prize. All of my points and credit expired and I lost them all. Not cool, Dave and Busters.If they have better food and dont let credits expire, I will give them a higher rating.

We always have fun with a group here. Its not cheap at all, but its entertaining and keeps the kids busy.The food is always pretty good and last visit they had a balloon guy that was amazing!

Very nice place. Food is a lil pricey but worth it, you will spend at least 13$ a person on food. I got a jameson long island tea and it was awesome. The games downstairs is a massive space full of really cool games.

If youve ever been to a Dave and busters, this location should be familiar to you. If not, just expect an arcade jam packed with games and lights. I like to do the eat and play combo. It gets you a meal AND tokens to use on games. Overall a good place to have fun with the family.

Good food, worth picking the eat and play deals on the menu. Saves you a lot of money. Lots of fun if you love arcades....tickets have to save up to get anything worth while, so probably use the credits to play fun games versus trying to save for tickets. Give you an idea...games systems and roombas are there to win...but 100,000 pts. Most good prizes over 20,000....when you play $20 worth depending o skill you can get maybe 500 to 1000 pts. But like I said....lots of fun and that is what this place is all about. And the food is great compared to all other arcade and bowling places.

First time coming to this location and it was great. Had fun for the whole family and even decided to eat there as well. Food took awhile to come to our table but it was hot and good. Definitely will be coming back.

Gee gee was our waitress and it was horrible. We had to ask for highchairs for TWO toddlers after ordering food...everything we asked for she forgot..rolled her eyes at me when I tried to order a beverage..we wont be back to eat for sure.

For me not having these back home its always a unique experience. With that said nothing here will blow you mind. Food is good , drinks are good and the arcade portion is fair but if you dont do unlimited your likely going to blow through your balance quick. Cost on games fluctuate heavily and not all of the machines are properly maintained. Typical ripoff when cashing in tickets but better than other places.

A big arcade with a restaurant. It keeps kids busy for a little bit, then they get bored and you can end up spending alot. Not a favorite place to hang out but we spent our gift card and it was enough.All the games seemed to be in working order so that was nice. There arent enough sitting stools/chairs for when you want to sit and take a break, or for those not playing to have place to sit and hang out.

The new touch to pay at the games is awesome. I haven’t been in years and spent some time with my family there today. Food is not the best and is the main reason I give it 4 stars. With it being in the mall though there are plenty of places to eat and then D&B is the perfect post dinner activity

HAD A BLAST this was my first time my waiter was AMAZING we went after my sisters wedding the waiter was a good sport and took time to take pictures for us because we were struggling a little lol He was very professional it was clean we were greeted everything turn we made the staff looked as if they enjoyed their job even if there were not happy to be there. We went on a busy day yet bathrooms were clean and over all the restaurant was clean everyone was enthusiastic and eager to help would highly recommend and I hope your experience is as amazing as mine

First time to a D&B. No hostess. Told there was a 20 minute wait but there wasnt a rush. Fries came late. Refill came late. But, the food was good, hence the extra star. ***Note the missing fries.*** Games are alright and the Rock em Sock em game looked cool, but was broken. Dont know what else to say.

No sweet tea. No Coke Zero. That alone is one start worthy but I’m giving 3 because my son enjoys the arcade so much! Seriously though. No sweet tea... and no Coke Zero?!? And FYI the unsweet tea is not that great.

The bar, eating area and restrooms are always filthy. Food is bland and takes forever to arrive at your table. Getting a drink regardless if you’re sitting at a table or the bar is near impossible. Games are always working and even when they go down the issue is usually resolved quickly. In my opinion this place has a lot of work to do to stand up to the level that comes to be expected from Dave and Busters!

Friday night, not very busy in the dining area. (Should have been my first clue.) Wife ordered appetizers, 8 little nacho chips with a teaspoon-full of chicken, onions, and cilantro on each- $12.30 minutes later, entrees arrive.Fries are great, my $12 cheeseburger is grayish-tan, I asked for medium well, send it back. Wifes Caesar salad is wilted, probably would have been really nice in August. Her Philly is hot, and LOADED with salt. Another 15 minutes, (shes about finished), here comes my burger. Its a bit more cooked, but has ZERO flavor. Honestly cannot taste the meat(?) over the onions and pickles.Said to heck with it and went to What-a-burger.Oh, and the fries on the re-make? Must have been the same ones as the first time, ice cold this time around.Save your money.

Everything youd expect, fun games, everythings pretty pricey, sports channels, etc. The experience was as expected but the food was 1 star. Great ideas on the menu but not great execution. I still rated higher because I know what to expect so its reliable in that way.

Excellent! Super clean. The games are fair & winnable. There are a lot & a big variety of prizes.We decided to eat b/c it was late & we figured everything else was closed. My date got the salmon and I got the sirloin medium rare. We were so surprised at how delicious the food was! The sirloin was perfectly med. rare. The broccoli was also perfectly cooked. I dont usually like garlic mashed potatoes, but these were very good without too much garlic. I dont know if the food at every D & B is that good, but I highly recommend the one at Stonebriar mall!I had an email coupon for BOGO $20. The gifl at the desk helped me get a better deal. For less than $30, I played for a couple of hours & (because I am skilled) I got some great prizes.And Wednesdays have all of the games at 1/2 price!Im posting pictures if some of the prizes Ive won. Ive also got a D&B hoodie & have eaten lots of Laffy Taffy from them. I didnt win all of these that night.

It took 45 min to get the food to the table, the food was very very dry and cold when it got to the table , server was overwhelmed and he came and told us he just got 3 more tables and would bring our drinks after he greetings all his tables ,for the amount spent we would have been better going to a high end restaurant, but since we wanted the children to have a good time we had to deal with it .
