So glad you guys are back open! They are remodeling the entire place, but were still able to get me a drink and some snacks with no issue. Thank you guys for maintaining your professionalism, and congrats on opening back up. I will be back here multiple times a week!

With 21 screens and a separate Imax theater, one has a wide variety of movies to choose from. Reserved seating tickets may be purchased online or at the theater. The seats are comfortable, but are not reclining seats. The wait for concessions was not as long as the wait time at some of the other local theaters. Edwards now has a bar for adult beverages as well as a new 4DX theater for an even more immersive sensory movie experience.

I love Edwards. Its big. Theres more rooms. More options on drinks if you want something from the bar. Its my most favorite movie theater.

Ive been going to this theater since it opened in my childhood. It usually is filled with teens that have no respect for others but the staff is very good about dealing with those situations. I have a great experience today. Everyone kept the talking to a minimum and the employees came in frequently to monitor. The popcorn was good and they let you butter it yourself. Parking wasnt so bad tonight but it can be, especially since they remodelled the parking garage.

Slow concession lines but the refill line was swift. Great screen clarity, chairs could be updated.

Standard seating Does have lrg bathroom food is adequate serves beer and wine. Popcorn isnt always fresh. But movie selection is great

Great place to go. 2nd time Ive been there. Changed from the last time I was there. Will next time buy tickets for whatever movie online. This way I can just go rt in instead of standing in line.

Get ready to stand in line! This theater cant seem to get the concession area under control. Routinely 40-50 minute wait in line to get anything from the concession area. Heaven help you if you order any hot food and another twenty minutes. When the management staff is asked what time should we arrive if we want to get some popcorn. Their reply is We recommend at least an hour before your showtime. So if you want to see a movie at this theater might as well plan to either bring your own food or add another hour to the babysitters bill.

Really enjoyed the cleanliness and organized seating. Picking my seat when I buy a ticket takes some of the anxiety out of going to the movie. Also having a regal customer appreciation card can save you money on Tuesday.

I like Edwards because they have a large number of theaters and good concessions. Im happy that theyve moved to reserve seating. The only thing that prevents them from getting 5 stars is that their seats are a bit dated. They dont recline like many other theaters.

I enjoyed myself and was very pleased with the seating. Using the interior kiosk for tickets was a boon and made it easy to get in quick.

We watched Like a Boss it was very good. We like this movie theater they have great deal and delicious snacks .

Saw Bruce Springsteens Western Stars last night in aud 9 at Edwards, a Fathom Event that was excellent. Lush sound & color, comfy seating...Edwards is the best movie venue in town bar none! And, The Boss has still got it.

Well saw the Sonic the hedgehog movie in 4dx and it was Amazing. Theater was was nice and clean not crowded at all.

Ive always wanted to go see a Broadway musical stage version of Cats but couldnt, so this was the next best thing. I enjoyed it no matter what the critics say about it.

They need more windows open to buy tickets on a busy weekend day. Also we didnt buy the popcorn we wanted the line looked 20 minutes long. Bathrooms are always dirty. Movies are great but it was to cold

We went when it wasnt busy and the theater was clean. Everyone was nice and we had a great time, to be honest were not movie theater people because of the usual mess, crowds etc.

Theaters have good legroom. Is surrounded by lot of good restaurants.

The IMAX is the best, the sound system is awesome

Just saw Star Wars 4dx. Awesome experience! Around $23 a ticket, but well worth it.

Always have a good time here. The movie selection is great and seats are comfy. The snack vending area was a bit different this time though. Combos were not clearly visible and ended up costing more for the same things. Not sure what happened there but I will be back for a different movie. Just prolly no snacks next time.

Fantastic Theatre. Great selection of movies and always state of the art options for viewing. IMAX and 4DX are superb. Every auditorium has great sound. Never a bad seat in the house.

It was cool but then I got sleepy so I fell asleep

The sound was muted during the previews, then was extremely loud during the main show. Apparently they are unable to determine the volume from the video control booth. It was necessary on several occasions to leave the movie to contact management.

So sad that they havent updated any of the interior of the theater. We thought that when they chose to number the seats it would get better with a seat upgrade but no. I am sure they will lose alot of their business to Regal Manchester once their mall finishes their remodel. Only thing helping the theater is the area and shopping.

Nice cinema with plenty of parking in the surrounding lots. It does have a gar that serves alcohol and table and chairs to relax prior to the movie. Acoustics in theater are loud yet clear. Bring a blanket because it fits best chilly in the theater. This location always had the best and current movies for view.

Its my favorite theater because they have a lot of showing times. The chairs are comfy. Our cashier guy wasnt the best. He kept forgetting our popcorn.

Good comfortable place to watch a movie. They have a good snack bar and have added a bar for adults. Theres is plenty of restaurants outside if you want to do dinner and a movie. 2 ice cream shops and they also have farmers market on Tuesday. Its a great place to come hang out

Its dirty, stinky, very slow service from buying tickets to concession stand, bad sound system, crummy popcorn.It needs a total over haul and new management.

Clean theater, friendly staff. Also appreciate having seats ahead of time. The integration with Fandango is useful particularly because you can add your Regal card into the app.

The employees and management make fun of people that are over weight or handicap. Not nice at all. They should retrain the employees and management on how to respect others.

Amazing movie theater I love there popcorn and is has very good quality. My kids loved it and said that it was the best movie theater and movie. I definitely recommend. ️

The liquor they serve is so strong. Good buzz off of just one drink.

I like the area the theater is in, some of the smaller screen rooms are dated and need to be renovated, the bigger ones are nice. I saw a screen advertising 4D with rain, snow, moving seats, and a bunch of other effects. The pizza isnt good, and the food is all really steep as it is in most theaters but 6.59 for a large drink is a bit outlandish. Id choose another theater but its close to all the things I like to do in Fresno.

4DX was great! Saw Zombieland double tap the 4D effects are awesome. Food was good and the popcorn was good, but the butter they use wasnt that good. I dont recommend the butter. Cant wait to see Star Wars in 4DX!

The theater is dirty, the floors are sticky and the rails are disquisting. To make matters worse we bought our tickets in advance to the Jay and Silent Bob Reboot movie. We chose the Tuesday showing for the sole purpose of receiving the poster that came as a bonus. Come to find out the theater only ordered 100 posters. Lack of organization and preparation on the theater staff.

Its a theater. Over priced food court. But the movie was good.

Sorry but if I’m going to spend my money at a theater, please have DECENT popcorn and SNACKS. Poor excuse for a theater in a “so-called” nice area... “River Park”. Sierra Vista 16 is the best theater around.

Large cinema with all of the expected amenities. Reserved seating is nice, allowing you to ensure that you can get the number of seats you want in the area you prefer to sit. It would be nice if this theater upgraded their seats and amenities to equal our theaters in the area.

I purchased two tickets for my 17 year old daughter and her friend of the same age. I bought these tickets online. They wanted to see a scar rated R movie. Upon the purchase of these tickets I read the rules on the rated R under age purchases. Per the online rules no one under the age of 18 will be allowed to purchase tickets without parental approval. Being that I approved her to watch the movie and had permission for her friend to also watch it I purchased the tickets.When dropping both girls off at the theater I escorted them to the door. The ticket takes said they were clear to enter the theater. I left. 20 minutes later my daughter calls me saying they carded us at our seats and escorted us into the lobby. Being that I was now an hour away from the theater I asked to speak over the phone to the security personel that yanked them out. On the phone I explained the processes we went through before i left the theater. He said he couldnt allow them back in without me physically attending the movie with them.I turn my car around to get my refund and pick up my child to then get a call from my daughter saying a group of 21 year old men allowed them to join their party. The security personnel I spoke to allowed this. I went back to the theater to claim my daughter. When I asked the employees to explain how my physical conversation and my phone conversation was not enough for concent but allowing two 17 year old girls to be escorted to the same movie by a group of over aged men who were strangers was enough is totally not acceptable. They were rude and completely disrespectful.In the end the treatment of escorting them out of the theater causing public embarrassment then allowing them to be escorted back into the same movie by strangers seems quite unprofessional.The same policies should be on your ticket internet site and to all employees to follow through. You should also be more cautious with your acceptance of stranger dangers. It was a frustrating and angry night by far the worst treatment of any theater I have ever received.

My favorite theater in Fresno. It gets overly packed during the holidays but overall a great place. Recently opened a bar area. Snacks and service are good. Theater rooms and restrooms are kept clean.

Edwards 21 is run of the mill. I could do without the advertisements shown before the movie. One would expect better prices on concessions when advertisers are paying Edwards. Maya is far more comfortable

They badly need to update their seats in the theaters. Small crowded is not the way to go anymore. Manchester has much better seats and sitting arrangments.

Went to see It chapter 2 today...got to the theater the movie was supposed to start at 11:50 but they were having problems with the sound and the movie wouldnt play. Waited about 30 min. finally everyone started going to customer service. Once at customer service never got an apology and they acted like it was an inconvenience to them to refund our money. Will never go back due to the customer service.

Perfect place

This is a big beautiful theater with a play station for children and lots to eat. They recently added a bar inside the theater which is not family friendly. In recent months there have been violent break outs outside the theater and with the addition of alcohol it could be unsafe.

Edwards is definitely showing its age. The theatre had that dirty sock smell. The employee selling tickets acted like she could have cared less to be there. I sound like a negative Nancy here, but the LED lights overhead in the theater cast a huge glare on the screen. It was super hard to see the previews. Once the lights went down though, the movie experience was fine.

We love Edwards 21 Regal! Our favorite movie theater :) Always clean. Always friendly.

Long lines at box office, only 2 lines open but 10 employees in there.. concessions were about a 15min wait with half lines open so get there early if you want a soda n popcorn.. seats are still not plus size friendly...

I hope they are updated all their theatres because the last few times I came here it smelled bad...like urine. Customer service was good.

Friendly staff, huge theatres that make for a great audience on opening nights of action blockbusters. I do wish all theatres had the reclining seats of other local theatres (Im not sure if any do here), but the stadium seats are helpful.

Edwards is a nice theatre. Always clean. Employees are pleasant and helpful.One downside side is they are under staffed. Went to a 10M showing, only one person selling tickets. People in line commenting on the wait, but if you want a snack, its even longer.They also have a Bar, serving beer and alcohol.If you purchase tickets online, you still need to get there early if snacks are needed.

Went today after ordering and reserving seats because we thought they were the new reclining ones...turns out they are just the same ones they’ve had forever; super narrow. Went and talked to guest services because it makes no sense to reserve the seats that used to be first come first serve. They wouldn’t let us choose different seats even though there were less than 30 people in the entire theater. I didn’t mean to come off as high maintenance but when you spend that much money there it would be nice to be comfortable. I would have much rather gone to Maya or Sierra Vista.

A great place to watch movies. Popcorn is always fresh, lines move fast. The only bad thing is picking a seat before entering the theater.

Though other theaters have reclining seats, Edwards is a the best waiting area when youre waiting for your movie to start. Other theaters have good attractions too such as Sierra Vista and Mayas, but Edwards has more foot traffic (if thats what you want) and more shops to browse while waiting. Edwards has now added a bar inside the theater.

Just saw Annabelle in 4dx. tickets were costly but more than worth every dollar. Great experience. Must try 4dx over there.

Tuesday is right for the price. So much to enjoy in riverpark on Tuesday. End your day with a good movie for the right price!$6.20 Tuesday and half off popcorn!

The seats are not that comfortable. If you go around 1pm its very empty and i had the whole theater bymyself with my sister. Lol

So the rewards program has gone vapor, (no comp tickets in months), so now are we. Wont go anymore. Concession lines are horrible. Seriously with the money you spend you can purchase a large screen 4k tv in under six months and wait for same movie to come out. Save a bunch of money and not deal with the crowds. Movie theaters these days care little about customers.

As far as ambiance goes, Edwards is one of, if not the best in Fresno and the IMAX theater is really special but the space and comfort of the individual recliner seats found in other area theaters that is not available here keeps me from attending more movies at this Regal cinema.

A great place to spend a few hours. Good selection, good times and courteous employees. It is the most expensive off all the movie theaters in town, however, its the only one with IMAX and IMAX 3D. The rewards are good, always use them. Great deals and even free movie tickets with the rewards.

Nice old style movie theatre with all assigned seating. The counter service was good and the staff were helpful even though it was busy with the Christmas rush. Theatre was comfortable with a comfortable temperature and volume. Clean toilets. Some off the pre-movie adverts were not g rated and were a little scary for the younger crowd there for a g movie.

Always a great. Place to be at. I went at night, its peaceful

Havent been there in years but its holding up well, prices havent inflated too bad, the chairs are a little cramped compared to sierra vista but otherwise a good place for movies still.

Everything was ok but they wont refill your large sodas anymore. They only provide medium cups now. Such a waste of money now.

I normally go to Regal Manchester but Edwards has added 4DX which is a lot of fun. The seats move and give you a sensory experience that feels like a ride. If you have back or neck issues or get sea sick easily then this may not be the theater style for you but if you are down for being in the movie then youll be as addicted as I am. The seats arent comfortable but its a lot of fun. If you dont want to get wet be sure to push the button on the armrest to turn the water off.This location serves food and alcohol. You add your own butter on the popcorn but they have the largest selection of drinks including healthier options that Ive ever seen. They have cheetos and flaming hot cheetos popcorn at this location as well.

This is a huge theater in the River park shopping center. There is a lot of ticket windows to buy your movie ticket and there is a large lobby that is sectioned off from alcholic beverages area to the soda, candy, popcorn and snack area. There are 21 theaters in this complex ground floor and upstairs.In the back of the theater on the first floor there is another snack bar area. This theater complex is prepared for large crowds . The theater is large enough to accommodate a full house. The seats are comfortable but not as roomy as some of the newer theatres that have recliners and large trays to place drinks and popcorn. They keep it pretty clean inside the theater and the bathrooms are pretty clean. After the movie a cleaning crew is ready to sweep up and pick up trash.

Place needs to remodel seats are way to close to each other.Also when a huge movie like Avengers is opening have more people working so lines move faster. Overall worst movie experience Ive had.

Good theater cant beat 6 a ticket on Tuesday for matinee. Food is decent but pricey. No reclining or alcoholic beverages served here. Great area to roam after movie too

Great place to head to with great service especially during the first few days of endgame.

Good venue. Nice shopping area with farmers markets of Tuesdays. The venue also serves alcohol and has $6 Tuesdays

Clean theater, I like the option of tickets via the Regal app, but totally could do without the bar and those drinking that smell of old beer. Especially around my child. Reality doesnt mean a family movie needs to have people being stupid. I may decide to visit other theaters and see if there are different vibes.
