Weve been going to this movie theater for decades. It is has always been a clean environment to take family and friends. The sound quality is great. They always have the latest movies. The A.C. is cool during the summer, and warm during the winter. Lots of great times. Popcorn an soda is on point. Concession stand is usually only open at the front of theater, nut there is also a concession stand in the middle of the theater. Go see for yourself and take the family, friend, or a date.

Decent local theater. Mostly clean. Not crowded. But I dont like their popcorn (this is a Regal thing, not this specific location). Also, while its normal to have a lot of commercials and previews before your show, this movie didnt start until nearly 20 minutes after it was supposed to because of all the commercials and previews.

Great little theater on the less busy side of Shaw. Enjoyed a Christmas night movie with family. The people working there were friendly and upbeat. The theater has the seating that you can reserve seats in advance which is great. Fast service at the snack bar.

This theater has reasonable prices and a comfortable atmosphere. I have only been here a handful of times and it has always a great experience. It is a bit dated but family friendly, bringing your kiddos will not be a problem. The area that it is located is nice. The seats kind of scared me because I didnt know if I was going to fall through, but you just have to be careful I guess. Overall cool a cool place.

I really like this place & the only reason I took one star off is because they have only 3 games to play when waiting & the huge candy machine that is in the back hallway has been out of order for a long time. My little brother & I loved getting candy from that machine. I hope it gets fixed soon. This theater isnt as populated as others, which is why I love it. Ive never had a rude encounter with movie watchers or staff. Other theaters Ive attended in the past Ive had issues with people being rude, disrespectful or obnoxious during the movie. I always attend Regal United Artist.

We love this theatre. Reserve your tickets online, and you dont even have to show up until movie time or a few minutes later if you dont want to watch previews. Best thing they ever did was invest in recliners. We now drive all the way across town for the comfort.

Used to be fine with this theater but they started having us buy our tickets at concession and its just annoying now. I wasnt really too annoyed at first because I heppened to go on weekdays when there arent usually a lot of people. On the days its more full, the lines get too long just to buy tickets. Missed the first few minutes of a movie waiting to buy my tickets.

We are here today to watch the Academy Award Winning movie. You can’t even enjoy it because the volume goes up and down. We talked to the front people Steve and the bald guy, but instead of taking ownership and apologized they said oh it’s our engineering department’s fault. They said which movie it was even before we told them which one like they know they’ve been having technical issues with the said theater. Bad experience. Don’t waste your money. They have to close down the location.

Popcorn was fresh. Seats were comfy. Staff was friendly. Theatre temperature was comfortable. Lobby was clean

I was last Sunday at this place and the first bad thing was that the cashier told me when I was buying my ticket that I couldn’t go inside with my Starbucks, then I changed the time for going inside to watch the movie. Later, I arrive at 5:00pm because the movie would start at 6:30pm and I didn’t want to go back to my home, but the bad things were that they didn’t have cashiers to buy tickets, also they didn’t leave a sign to notice the customers, even there wasn’t a security guard inside and they turned on the trailers at 7:00pm and my tickets said 6:30pm

You know I was very excited that the place in all was fairly clean but after the movie when my son and I went to the bathroom it was extremely extremely dirty that we just had to take pictures and video of it to show how neglected the bathroom cleanliness was not up to par. Its very important that at least the bathrooms are kept clean for those that like to keep themselves. Having the bathroom so dirty made me think and wonder if the employees use the same bathroom and if so theyre the ones that serve our food it just it just sickens me that it was just so dirty I wish that I could be reimbursed or a couple of extra tickets for help and hopefully next time I go there it will be kept up my name is Alex Casas I live at 5346 Northgate Avenue Fresno California 93722 I would appreciate a response in this matter if not a response at least a small note that says you received my rating

Nice location and plenty of parking. Staff is friendly. What I like best is not having to reserve my seat while at the window purchasing my tickets. A bit dated but adds to the ambiance.

Its across town from where I live now but was worth the trip. Comfy, friendly staff, not too crowded like at the Edwards sometimes...easy parking, too.

Went late 910 start of movie . Movie didnt start till 940 small crowd lots of open seats ppl were good . Nice time to go

For the past 20+ years Ive been coming only to this local Cinema, not only I have always had the best of services and servicing here, but my youngest sister grew up here and has enjoyed it just as much!

I saw Just Mercy which is an excellent movie and should receive an Academy Award. Also Broadway Faire is my favorite theatre.

Great staff, friendly and always nice to get away if for just a bit. The floors are clean and bathrooms well maintained. This is not the most modern theater but it has a great local feel to it. Usually find good seating and the location is convenient for those not wanted to go to far for entertainment. Surrounded by good restaurants with ample parking

I love this place. Big stadium seating but usually not crowded!

United artist is definitely the best option for theater. Its never as packed as all the other theaters so thats a huge plus and they are always showing the same movies as everywhere else. It is in a really central location since you have restaurants pretty nearby. I would say the only downside about United artist is that there is no adult drinks like the other theaters, hopefully that changes soon.

Its got all the right parts to a be a major movie Mecca. The location and parking are there, staff is nice and on it. Since none of the movies I see are 4D or Dbox I dont feel like Im missing anything from the Edwards. I can sometimes perceive a slight sound quality issue in a tiny percentage of the speakers but it has good fresh billings and fits my budget. Otherwise the quality is cleanly and well-presented.I was impressed with the Midsommar midnight show and theyre typically 10-20% more economical than their competitor.

Very busy at the concession stand, and only 2 people assisting customers. Over 20 minutes in line. Good thing i wasnt there to see a movie that day or I would have missed a good portion of it before getting popcorn.

Still good to see a movie on the big screen this theater not as crowded or dirty as the big busy Edwards 21

We usually like Manchester for the recliners but this theater wasnt bad the staff was friendly they didnt have big lines to buy snacks or tickets so if you looking for a not crowded and quiet place this is it ,

Nice clean theater. Pleasant employees. Of course, as with all movie theaters, the biggest negative is the crazy prices they charge for food and drinks... $5.00+ for a bottle of water is outrageous! Other then that its a nice place to go to watch a movie.

Older theater but super friendly staff, well run and clean for the most part. People still dont know how to pick up after themselves but the theaters start out clean lol. No stadium seating & its first come first pick but its not usually crowded like Edwards and parking is easier than Manchester. I go to see the movies and the bathrooms are clean.

Nice place to bring the kids... The seats are not that ideal for small kids they cannot sit all the way back without sits folding on them..But other than that its nice no long lines when i came

This was always my go to theater since it is closer to me and usually not as crowded as the other ones. But I am disappointed that the quit having the food voucher. That was one of the main reasons I went there. Now since its the same as other theaters I might drive to Edwards more often.

A reliable, neighborhood theater. Reasonably clean, efficient staff. Theres no frills, but theres also rarely a big crowd.

I love coming to this theatre. Ive been coming here since I was a kid, now this is where I bring my kid. This has become a tradition for us! The service is great always friendly and smiles all around.

I go to United artist movie theater all the time every chances I get I go their 99 percent of the time it is amazing and wonderful experience but this time was different. Quietly My kid my friend and I watching the movie and enjoying the movie not making any sounds or noises it about half way through the movie and a employee come up to us and aggressively Tell us if we are not quite he will have security Come remove us from the movie theater I never felt threaten before but the employee was aggressively talking to me in a threatening matter I’m very disappointed in service I’m very sad that this happened to us it scared me my kid and my friend their was no reason to threaten customers who just want to enjoy a movie I go often to the movies but after that experience I will not ever go back to that movies I felt threaten and not safe

They have a good deal..if you like seeing movies for a month..18.00 bucks per person..unlimited....

CLEAN AND QUIET! Its an older theater.. stadium seating.. NO RECLINER CHAIRS OR TV TRAYS IN FRONT OF YOUbut we enjoy it cuz it doesnt get as crowded like the newer theaters and the STAFF here are so sweet and nice.. and BTW ya gotta stop by and talk to the SECURITY GUARD.. hes another asset.. hes so nice and looks out for everyone!

We prefer to go to the Broadway Faire to watch movies, but this time, I noticed the chairs. They felt old and uncomfortable.

This theater is well maintained and not super crowded. There is stadium style seating, but you cant reserve seats ahead of time. Staff was friendly, but not pushy at the concession stand. Ive been going to this theater for years and always have a good experience.

Best place to go if you just want to watch a movie without all the bells and whistles of 4DX or IMAX. Pretty well centralized, as there are some restaurants nearby. Staff is always sufficiently friendly. Definitely due for an upgrade (Maybe add booze?) But again, sufficient if you just want to catch up on any missed films.

Always enjoy going to the movies here. Close to home and one of the least busiest locations. Always great service and clean. Wish they would update like most theaters with huge recliner chairs, more food options or even like Texas where they bring you your food and drinks so you dont miss your movie with assigned seats you pick when you purchase tickets.

I love being in the movies when not a lot of people are in there. They need the relaxing chairs like Manchester though and fresher popcorn. Could have been the time we went to see the movie however, if your showing movies late then the popcorn needs to still be on point.

Purchasing tickets at the snack bar is not going well, at least not on Valentines Day. Long waits and slow service.

Watching a movie with my children and husband and the security guard comes into the theater and tells me, as I am checking a work email on my silent phone, to get up and get out of the theater. When I asked why I was told “ you know why,get up and get out now” I asked again, along with my husband and was told all four of us needed to get up and get out.I walked out and was told that I had been warned multiple times to turn my phone off and now I was being told to leave. I had not.I spoke with the manager that asked where we were sitting, and she verified that no I was not the person that had been spoken to.I told the security guard that he was totally out of line, and that he caused a scene and removed the wrong person, shame on him. He responded with “yeah, well whatever” and walked away.I spent $60 here tonight and will NEVER return.

Watched the Avengers ,yes I know a little late but it was a great movie I liked it better than the last one. Theater , restrooms were clean.a good place for a movie.

We love the smaller venue as less crowded. We usually give 5 stars but couldn’t this time. The popcorn wasnt ready until 45 minutes into our movie and it was very cold while watching movie. The theater was clean and new seats are great.

RATS!!!!!!! Rats!!! RATS!!!!!!!RATSAll I can say is Health Department.....This place is disgusting. I was sitting in the theater with my boyfriend and daughter when we saw a rat running up and down the hand rail. Then my daughter says theres a another one on the other side now running up and down. We where scared to walk down the stairs to get out of that disgusting place. Especially because one was now running up and down the stairs.

Older theater but clean and staff is great! No long lines and patrons arent loud and ridiculous! Been coming here since theater opened and will continue to come as long as it remains clean, calm and good staff.

They’re very rude and disgusting. I went there 1/14/19 on a date with my boyfriend, and it was going so good until we saw a rat!!! I went to talk to the manager and all she said was we can either sit and finish the movie or get a refund, she didn’t even seem to care, she acted like seeing a rat in a theater is casual thing, didn’t even give no accommodations, it was just horrible.

I like it because they always have plenty of seats. It could use some updating, but the ease of finding seats makes it all worth it to me. It is a slower and bit older theater, but plenty of parking and room!

This movie theater is inexpensive and close to use. Shows are first run. Not the most comfortable or newest theater, but good value. Food concessions are way overpriced.

They do not have ticket booth. You have to stand at the concession counter to buy your ticket, which takes too much time.

Its HOT in here. Where the heck is the AC? Is the theatre going broke? I watched Jurassic World in theater 8. I was sitting in the center of the theater. It was SO incredibly LOUD, shrill, and hurt my ears. I realize the volume in these theaters is loud but I shouldnt need ear plugs just to watch a flick. This is coming from someone who uses power tools, lives by train tracks, shoots firearms at the target range, has been to concerts, etc. Get a decibel meter in there if you think Im exagerating. Who manages this place? Do your job. [Edit: The seats are not yet falling apart but they are beginning to show signs of age. Theyre okay, just not as plush as some of the newer theaters.]

Great place to watch a movie, never experienced long waiting lines, very clean, employees are always courteous and professional. Perfect place for a romantic night quiet and not a lot of traffic.

As others have stated its not the most modern theatre but that doesnt mean its not a great theatre. They show the current movies and are always clean when I come! The chairs arent recliners but they are comfy. I personally like that its not as busy as Edwards but its still close to allot of places to eat or shop.
