Best movie seats anywhere! Plenty of room between rows and the seats are gigantic and comfy and recline with a button. I will always watch my movies here from now on

Good theater next to the mall with friendly staff and good options to choose from for when you watch the movies. Your wallet will most likely feel empty if you buy a lot of stuff as the prices here for things have gone up in price. Overall nice place with recline seats and not so crowded theater rooms. Come early to get your movie tickets as there is less seats here then other more traditional seating option theaters.

This theater has the best seats in the central valley imo. They are so comfortable! It really does feel like a premium experience every time!

I watched Yellow Rose & had the theater to myself. Great movie. R n this is the only Regal open in Fresno.

Theater seats are extremely comfortable, and fully recline. air is nice and crisp although it does get a bit cold in there so Id suggest bring a jacket. Drinks are too pricey. Wouldve loved an ice cold pepsi like they kept showing in the previews but they were 5.99 for a small

Nothing new is playing but went and saw nightmare before christmas. The concession stand is open, friendly staff. Pretty empty theatre. I missed being able to go to the movies so this was still fun. Tickets were $5 each.

This theater does not abide the 6 feet social distancing, the Regal app. states 3 seats separation & they sold a ticket with only 1 seat separation. The manager was informed & still allowed it cuz the way this theater is set up we are able to separate by 1 seat which is not a 6 foot seat.

Its awesome family oriented, staff is awesome and always ready to help, just need to speed up on the snack area. Get them in and out of that line faster. Other then that awesome theater. Plenty of parking, chairs recline back , awesome screen, miss it

First time back since opening after covid.... we were the only ones in the theater. Great sound quality and love the reclining seats. Bought tickets thru the regal app and paid under $20 for two tickets. I love this theater

A lot of movie theaters for different movies when theyre fully up to par and reclining seats couple of things they have to improve on though 1 I got to put some Easy Ups out in front before you pay for your ticket the sun just beats down on you and if it rains it rains on you and theres a couple of other things Regal wants to know they can call

Very comfortable.and excellent service. The only complaint I have is the seats arm lifts on the opposite side if you want to be close to your date. And they dont have cherry flavored slushiest only coke and blueberry flavored. But the rest is everything you would want from a top quality theater

The Best theater in town. The screens are far enough away we dont get a headache. The rooms are big enough almost always have a good selection for seat location. The RECLINING SEATS! Nuff said but thats not all. Enjoy discount Tuesday with your Regal membership.

I have been going here since it opened. Love going to this theater. Its my favorite out of all of them. I recently lost my keys, I came back sunday morning and it was in the lost and found. Thank you so much to the employee who found them. You are so awesome. Also thanks to the manager for the good customer relations. I highly recommend this theater.

I really wish their concessions stands had more cashiers or more employees helping take orders and designated cashiers processing the orders that way the lines move faster. The lines for concessions are quite long here and they take forever. And if you want to purchase alcohol they have to stop and find someone who can take your order separately. They really need a more organized concessions system to include the alcohol sales so people dont have to wait so long. And please bring back the mobile app order line. That would be amazing.

Huge movie theater! Great atmosphere, seats with rising leg rests. These guys do everything possible to make your experience special here! We had a great time & definitely be back.

My go to theater. I love the recliner chairs! Theyre comfortable but best part is you arent sitting too crowded by strangers.

I was disappointed with the service or lack of service at the concession stand. There was only one guy working behind the counter with a long line of people. Finally after waiting about 15 minutes, another person came out to help him. I felt sorry that he was rushing to help everyone. He did a good job by himself, but its just sad that he had to do it alone for so long. Ive been there before but this was the first time this has happened.The movie was really good. I saw the Invisible Man.I hope the next time theyll have more employees helping at the concession stand.

Great seating! The seating is great the chairs are so comfortable and you can put your feet up. Bathroom usually seem pretty upkeep. Food prices are average for movie prices. Customer service overall good. I had one minor experience but it was cleared right away so it didnt seem like a reason to give it a lower rating. Parking is pretty good most times.

Very impressed with new recliner seating made our movie more enjoyable this was our first time at manchester regal. Will definitely be back again. Popcorn was a little over buttered but not bad with extra napkins restrooms were very clean well stocked. At first we didnt think we would like the seating boy were we wrong you would enjoy the comfort and room for people to walk in front of you while your declined back.

Best seats of all theaters. It has become my preferred theater in Fresno. Customer service experience is inconsistent... Can be helpful and polite but sometimes rude or make big mistakes. But... Its the best theater in my opinion, because of the high quality theater and super comfortable seats (the only seats in town I can tolerate if having back issues). They dont search your bags any more which used tp be an inconvenience.

Took my God daughter to see a movie and it was great. The place was clean and comfortable. I wish theyd had these recliners when I was young! Also, not crouded even though it was Saturday night!

Awesome theatre but sometimes getting popcorn takes a while since sometimes there is only 1 or 2 people at the stand. I love the recliners.

This was my first time coming to this theater but I thought it was nice and the seats were extremely comfy. One thing I noticed was that the lines to get snacks were long and because of that I didnt even bother grabbing a snack before our movie

The staff at Regal Manchester was pleasant and attentive. Despite having a very minimal staff for such a large location the theater was very clean and the staff was smiles. I was happy to enjoy a movie with my dad and loved that the seats reclined. I was thankful to notice that there was wheelchair/disability seating in a good viewing location and that there was enough low lighting and space to be able to exit the theater during the movie if need be.

Best movie theatre to go to! You can get a frozen rum and coke for $6 and the theatre seats recline and have enough room to let people move comfortably!

The stadium, recliner style seating was nice. The theater was clean. The sound was a little too loud, gave me and my 14 year old son a headache after the movie.The concession stand service was poor though. For a peak time at 7:00 pm on a Friday night, they only had 3 lines and it took us over 20 minutes to get two large popcorns and one large, one medium sized drink. When I want back during a slow part of the movie there was only 2 lines and the were moving very slow. One employee was on a break and chatting with the cashier while Im standing there waiting to get my popcorn refilled.For the price, the value was okay. But they need to work on having more people manning the concession stands during peak hours.

It was very fun and the people were extremely nice but their loaded fries could use a little more cheese.

Regal has the good seats that recline all the way back with a push of a button and that are really comfortable I enjoy every time I go there I have nothing bad to say about them.

Their ice cream is amazing! Love the rewards program as well, always getting free drinks and free popcorn. I wish they had more cashiers so the lines werent so long. That would be better customer service.

Seats are amazing and very clean. There is many options to eat pizza hot dogs jalapeno poppers nachos Cheetos popcorn. The restrooms are clean and staff is very nice.

The staff is very slow or understaffed. Waited in line for over 15 minutes and by the time I was at the front, next in line to be helped, the girl working behind the counter said she’s closing her register without giving the rest of us in line a heads up in advance. At that point everyone in line quickly jumped into the other 2 lines making them double long and I had no choice but to start back at the end of the line. I had to wait an extra 25 minutes which made me miss the intro to the movie. I got a large popcorn and some large sodas. During the movie I stepped out to get a refill on the popcorn. I was denied a refill because the girl behind the stand thought I already received one which I never did. She was rude and rolled her eyes out as I began to explain I never had a 1st refill. I love coming here for the reclining seats but the customer service has gone downhill and was terrible on the last couple visits that it makes me wanna start going to Maya Cinemas or Edwards in Riverpark instead.

Great seating. Very comfortable. Very clean and welcoming. Only issues I had with my visit is that even with a relatively empty threatre the concession line was slower than molasses.

The theater was cool, (it was a very hot day) the seats were awesome and reclined, and the food was great! I had chicken strips and fries. They were hot, fresh and crunchy. Delicious!! Buy your tickets and pick your seats online for no waiting in line.

Love the reclining seats and that now I can sit next to my Husband even when using our regal unlimited pass app. Only thing I would say is a downfall is that some maybe even very few, foot rest needs fixed.

Every single employee I interacted with seemed genuinely kind and considerate and went above and beyond. I purchased several items from the concession stand during a particularly packed and rushed time. I witnessed several different employees maintain professionalism even when customers were rude and cranky about an overwhelmed staff of primarily young adults working hard to increase their pace to keep up with the demand and not always being able to because geez Louise 2 ladies and an old dude, lighten up! I even saw the managerial staff escort an inebriated man out of the same Star Wars showing that I was in after another customer informed them that the dude was shouting at the screne on and off for a while. Staff stayed courteous and professional with the drunk guy. I dont know anyone who works there and Ive nothing to gain, but I was legitimately impressed enough return regularly. Also, please remember that the only money the theater makes is from the concession stand. Prices suck, but think of the staff working hard just to make ends meet like many of us and maybe save change and plan ahead. Just my two cents (and Im on a single Social Security budget, so I totally understand only having 2 cents to rub together).

This theater has roomy stadium seating with wide reclining seats. Expensive concessions, but thats everywhere... We like that we have such a nice theater in a convenient location.

Gives you somewhat of privacy with the seating row and very comfortable recliners, staff is excellent, one of my favorite theaters by far!

My favorite theater.

Very comfortable seating. The reseved seating makes it easy getting snacks before the movie. The popcorn was fresh with lots of butter. They made our drink just as we asked half of 2 different kinds. Very friendly staff and clean facility. The sound in the theater was good. The best part is the reclining seats.

This is my favorite movie theater in Fresno. I like being able to relax and not feel stressed from trying to find parking or standing in long, slow lines to get food and drinks. The seats are all roomy, in good condition and clean.

Comfortable seats that recline beautifully. They also have some the best popcorn for a theater in town! And they also serve beer and wine which is always a wonderful plus. Lastly, they serve McConnells ice cream .... And thats a huge treat!

Love the new recliner seats. Reason Im giving three stars however is because some employees there are rude. First impression count! Besides the staff the theaters are comfortable, perfect temperature, no noisy people during the movies, and as well as a nice sounding sound system. It is also very clean in there which is amazing because not a lot of theaters keep up with maintenance.

Worst movie experience of my life! (No exaggeration)Preordered seats for 1917 and had the day off in anticipation of the movie.We got our popcorn/soda and took our perfect selection seats well in advance.We were watching the premovie ads then suddenly the screen went to the premovie video of the rollercoaster riding through popcorn but stopped and faded out. The movie itself faded in and while I wont spoil it for you Ill tell you that it seemed to be really far into the movie leaving the audience perplexed as to what was going on. We watched for a few minutes until we suddenly realized by a specific interaction we saw that the theater had started to movie very close to the end and in the five minutes we saw they had given away 100% of the movie.Someone from the theater walked in and said they were going to start the movie over....too late! They had absolutely wrecked it for us. We left and went to customer service for a refund....I got my money back but geez that refund sure didnt cover what they did.Manchester used to be my goto theater but the past several experiences have been really poor with this last issue taking the cake! I cant imagine Ill ever return to that theater.

This place has no customer servicewhat so ever security that could care less and let 7 unsupervised children run climb and play in their theatre and if you bother to complain do nothing about it avoid this sketchy hood theatre.I have edited posts before but never to add to an already bad review got ahold of their little person who responded to this review...... Still waiting on a response 2 months later so yeah stay away from this place
