Had a fun low keyed train ride. The kids were all excited being on a train.

A fun place to visit with the kids on a Sunday. They have steam and Diesel engines. Its a short ride but a great little canyon run. The train has a snack car with hot dogsbl if you dont have a sack lunch. There is a small town when the train stops as well. There is also a small museum in Niles inclusion a model RR club house. If you or the kids are into trains, this is a nice hidden little stop.

Cute little place to let the kids stretch their legs. Nice surrounded market area makes you feel like your in a small village. Neat museum and very friendly staff.

Small museum with lots of historical things. Staff is very friendly and explains everything, takes you back in time. A must visit for kids and toddlers. They have a telegraph and a dial up phone. Historical photos of the Depot is hanging on the walls.

Nice little museum with a lot of history. History that shouldnt be ignored and forgotten. I wish they generate more tourism and invite more people to visit this little town which has so much history.

It was closed but a member was their working on the model and once he found out I was a modeler too hospitality was shown splendidly

Learned that Niles was where the last railroad spike was hammered into tracks linking the east USA with Western ocean!

Niles Depot and Museum has been beautifully restored and maintained and love going by to see the model trains and maybe make a new purchase. Being located in the Fremont California Niles Districts downtown, it is surrounded by the a nice park and also is a Pokemon Go Stop and great for a family picnic. The trains displayed around the depot really make the entire area shine.

Excellent displays of the local areas railroad history. The model trains in both buildings are amazing. Great place for small children, adults and anyone who likes trains.

Beautiful place, a old quiet train station town, there are many antique stores, you could easily spend the afternoon here
