This was our first time going on the train of lights and it was such a nice home-like experience! Everyone was with their families. It was so beautiful! We lost our two year old for about 10 minutes but felt like forever but thank God for the kind woman who held my son’s hand till one of us found him! And thanks to the random strangers who saw him running past him and the volunteers who quickly alerted other staff about what was going on! Great experience despite the little scare!

The train of lights is a historical, magic event to enjoy with your family. Years ago I tried to participate but I couldnt get tickets on time, I didnt know how. This was my third year able to buy tickets. How I do it? This year in October 13th, the tickets sale started at 10am. I work on Saturdays but at 10 am I told my customers to wait few minutes to make my reservation and buy the tickets (there are thousand of people in front of the computer buying too) Why the high demand for this event? There are so many tourists coming, people from many Countries. As I said, its a magical ride. The workers are so friendly and caring specially with disabled people (I saw it) they are patient but they are old too, they need helpers, volunteers. Im afraid this event would stop one day if we dont support them. Children enjoy it so much! I wish I knew about people looking for tickets, since I had two extra ones. If someone needs help getting tickets just ask. It will be a big mistake to stop trying just because its difficult to get tickets. Lets keep our Christmas tradition alive!

I have been trying for 3 years to do the train of lights. It is always sold out on Saturdays in less than 5 min. Something suspicious is happening.
