This place is AWESOME!! DO NOT miss it on your wine tour!! They are very personal and really know their stuff!! Great wines! ALWAYS buy some when we go for the tasting. (We bought 4 bottles just this past Saturday!) And, they are doing great with the safety precautions!

We wandered in looking for a place to have wine and food. The woman behind the counter didn’t even give us a hello, she just angrily explained why they are to-go only, pointing to the governor’s phone number, encouraging us to call. I understand why she feels frustrated, but taking it out on the customers is not how you attract business. We decided to spend our money elsewhere.

These people are legit. They have a great vibe and are a blast to talk to. They sell mead which is a nice change up after having a bunch of wine. Their little to go bottles were a fun adaption during Covid and a great way to try their selection.

We went to the Feista winery to start and I regret it! The Six ShooterCellers has everything to wine tasting to snacks to beer. They offered everything local and had better service than next door. It’s not just a stop on tour, it’s an experience!

We visited Six Shooters Cellars while visiting Texas and found it to be a really cool place. The Old Tobacco Barn interior is unexpected when you walk in but crates a great atmosphere. The wines were good - Im told that Six Shooters has the widest selection of Texas wines, meads (wines made from honey), and ports in the area. All of these are hand picked by the Six Shooters management, and if they get poor feedback on any of their products, they discontinue selling it. The employees were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Six Shooters and we will definitely make it a point to visit them again (and take home some more great wines) when we return to Texas.

If Zach is working, then you will have a great time. He knows everything and is entertaining as well. We got a wine tasting and a Mead tasting. Do not leave before getting a taste of the Bee Blackberry Mead on draft.

Great spot in the heart of Texas wine country. The cellar has an extensive selection of local wines and meads and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. Test them all and you’ll find your new favorite. Aside from a good experience you’re also supporting winery’s from the area. Can’t wait to go back ️

Well, I would love to give this place a great rating but we couldn’t get in! Despite the hours on the door clearly saying they should be open and the open sign being lit up in the window..... the doors were locked. There was no signs anywhere saying why they might be closed. After going to other wineries in the area, upon mentioning our experience at Six Shooter, each place said the same thing, they don’t follow hours, the guy just comes and goes whenever he wants and could care less. So yeah, don’t waste your time stopping there! Ever!

Six Shooter Cellars represents several Texas wineries, so there is a large list of wines to choose from for your tasting. We had a pleasant chat with the owner of Texas Legato Winery who just happened to be there. The tasting room is small and inside a great tobacco barn. It is located next to several other tasting rooms

Awesome Mead selection for tasting from a meadery in Seguin, Tx as well as lots of others.Thoroughly enjoyed the Blackberry carbonated mead, and bought a bottle.Knowledgeable bar tender who was nice and friendly.

Was there Saturday March 5 and we had such a nice time. The 2 women serving went out of their way to make us comfortable and enjoy our first wine tasting experience. We WILL be returning!

Very disappointed. We went there on Sunday, Nov. 12, at 3 pm. The sign said they were open until 6 pm; but the door was locked & someone said the man had closed early. NOT the thing to do if they want business. There were 4 of us wanting to go there!

The service was very good and the folks were friendly, so I dont want to be disrespectful, but the wine was terrible. Would not recommend visiting this place.
