Best vineyard in the area! Take the your, you won’t regret it. The woman that’s in charge of the tours it’s beyond sweet and informed. You can tell she’s passionate about her job and it shows in every moment. The place it’s amazing and wines were stunning. Very unique and different wines, do not miss this place

We weren’t sure what the expect showing up for a wine weekend in the middle of a pandemic. We did a tasting with Laurie, and let me just tell you... that woman knows how to have a good time! She was so sweet and accommodating. We were laughing the whole time. My friends ended up signing up for the wine club because it’s just SUCH a good deal. Members also get access to their restaurant/member area. Will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I visited the weekend before Thanksgiving. We really showed up just to eat the restaurant, not knowing you had to be members to eat there on the weekends. So, we went ahead and did a tasting to find out more about the membership. We were lucky enough to have Eve go through the tasting with us. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and didnt try to oversell anything. We left the tasting as members, and were happy to join because of Eve! Thank you Eve for a fantastic tasting. We hope to see you again in January when we visit again.

Went today with a group of friends to get away from San Antonio for the day and see what Texas wine country is like. Honestly was not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. All of the wines I tasted were incredible, and Eve was an amazing host. She was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with and we had a great time. I was not expecting it at all, but I had to sign up to get shipments of their wine and I will definitely be back to enjoy their vineyard again!

One day went with spouse and took the winery tour. KATHY Myers was so gracious and welcoming, MONICA (tour guide) answered all my many questions and was very informative, and JASON (server at Tasting) really helped explain the flavors, textures of the wine. Based on my experience with this crew I highly recommend this tour. We loved the tastings from 3 aging barrels. It provided a better understanding of the wine making process. I highly encourage you to ask questions during the tour.Next day we visited to sit in Member Patio and drink wine. Our server ASHER was friendly and gave us specific recommendations for our pallettes. He even gave a recommendation for my spouse that has caused him to now enjoy wine. This is wonderful since spouse was only a beer drinker and now understands the enjoyment experienced from a quality product. ASHER provided great service.

Extraordinarily rude and entitled business that takes your patronage for granted. Even our wine shuttle driver said they have the most “rules” of any winery and have gotten too big for their britches. My wife and I went here in 2017 and had a decent time— we tried to return today, but their attitude has completely changed. There are PLENTY of other top-quality wineries within a 10-minute drive with superior wines and who value your business. I will never spend another penny at this establishment.EDIT 11/23/2020: if you see the owner’s reply below, that’s a pretty spot-on summary of the rude snobbery I describe in my review. Could y’all be any more entitled? Good customer service costs nothing, but apparently it’s too expensive for your knock-off Tuscan facade. Truly unbelievable.

Overall had an amazing experience with my wife and cousin at the Grape Creek Vineyards this weekend! Our Tasting Ambassador named Eve was exceptional. She made our experience one to remember and we plan to come back soon. We even signed up to become members and left with 3 bottles of wine. This was my first visit to grape creek, and despite the large parking lot and clean interior which was very nice and well maintained, I felt the trip was not worth it. I did not have a good experience mostly due to interactions with staff, most notably Denise at the purchasing desk who was quite suspicious that I was not purchasing a tasting and I honestly felt as though I was being interrogated just to enter the tasting area with my spouse--I was the designated driver for my party. I had to explain this to her at least twice in the matter of 60 seconds as my spouse purchased a tasting. She was also very frustrated to have to explain the tasting process to me and other members of my group. Rules/processes are completely understandable (and appropriate), but there is no need to be rude to first time guests. I observed gabby to be very pleasant and welcoming, but not much else warranted a positive review. Im sure there are plenty of nonsensical bachelorette parties that a place like this has to deal with but why not just treat regular first time guests (who would have absolutely became members) with respect and 99.9% of the time, a true wine lover is going to purchase product and return for more. Its simple customer service. We also had an odd encounter with a staff member who we asked for directions when attempting to exit the property. Considering it was my first visit to grape creek, I dont plan to return and neither do any of the other 5 members of my group who were present....however judging from the owner responses I’ve seen on other negative reviews here, I don’t anticipate this one making much of a difference.Cheers

We had an excellent experience over the weekend here. We did a tour and tasting. Monica was very informative and pleasant on the tour and we enjoyed learning about the process of the wine making. She did a great job of answering everyones questions. We also had a wonderful experience with Jason during the tasting. He recommended some very nice wines for each of our tastes made the experience fun. Overall, we felt very safe with the measures in place for Covid. We became members and bought several bottles and will definitely be back!

Rude! First stop for a girls weekend wine tasting; Kim the manager ruined it for us. Followed us around after the tasting and basically told us we werent allowed to sit on the benches near the members entrance because we werent members. She never bothered to ask how the tasting went- you know, as a way to fish around if wed signed up for membership with the bartender. We were waiting on a friend to finish in the bathroom so we could take pictures in front of the vines. And I was trying to figure out which wine bottle I was going to purchase. The patio was the only exit from the tasting. We should have been told it was a “Member’s Only” area! The bartender was great but Kim should have been wearing a Karen name tag. I even threw away the tasting glass I got to take home. Forgetting this place even exists. Dont waste your time and money here.The Heath Sparkling place is also owned by them. We didnt go in but can only expect the same poor customer service.

Grape Creek Vineyards offers a unique and informative tour, beautiful grounds and multiple outdoor patios. Lisa Stewart did an excellent job with our tour group and combines experience with great presentation ability. She was knowledgeable in the content as well as answering all of the questions. Following our tour on a Friday evening, we requested to be seated on the patio to sample additional varieties with the front entrance hostess. We were not allowed a table and told it was for members only at that time. The membership is pushed very hard and appeared to limit any non-members opportunity at patio service. Overall, this is an appealing venue with good quality wines however it appears that full access to all the facilities and services is predicated on membership enrollment.

Walked into Grape Creek with the best intentions- to receive excellent customer service, taste great wine, and enjoy the overall experience. However, we were dumbfounded to have spent too much money for a horrible wine tasting experience with a serving girl who was horribly RUDE. We’re sad we spent money here but are happy we found excellent other places in the area with employees who respect their customers. :)

My wife and I stopped by for a tasting and absolutely loved our experience. They had plenty of amazing wines for both my wife and I to enjoy with our different preferences! That being said, Laurie was who helped us with our tasting and was instrumental in the amount of enjoyment we got out of the experience. Definitely ask for her if you go!

We went to Fredericksburg to go on a winery tasting tour of many different wineries and Grape Creek was definitely the best one! We had Chuck as our tasting guide and he was absolutely excellent, you might want to ask for him by name when you make reservations. All of the wine is top-notch quality and it is a very high quality experience. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed a birthday getaway with one of my best friends this week. Stopped by the tasting room on Main Street. Jim Overman was our tasting ambassador and we were so thankful! He was friendly, easy-going, and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job offering the wines of each of our preferences and answering all of our questions about the club membership. And the wines are AMAZING!!! Each and every one of them. Be sure to make time for a tasting at Grape Creek!

Jason is hands down the BEST tour guide! He was very informative and super friendly. He answered any questions we had and made the tasting and tour an all around unforgettable experience! If you stop by for some food, ask for Slavetsa(?), the girl with the lips mask! She was so sweet and gave us AMAZING recommendations! Im really glad we decided to become members. Were just barely getting into wine, but everyone made us feel so at home and welcome.

DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE A GROUP OR MULTIPLE PEOPLE!!!When we made reservations we were told they did not do big groups. We called back and talked to Tiffany we stated that we would be in two separate groups a group or 4 and a group of 5 and would not talk/interact with each other and Tiffany gave her approval. A woman came running up once we arrive and stated that Tiffany was a book keeper (why would a book keeper be taking reservations) and would have never said that or approved. That they have members there and did not like bachelorette/bachelor or larger groups because it was a disruption. The staff caused such a scene and stated that it did not matter what Tiffany stated we would not be allowed to go in... yet a group could come back later if we wanted (which makes no sense if we would be two separate groups paying anyways) She also stated she would know we were together because of our shirts. (Later on our bus drivers told us they have a bad rep for turning down large groups and are rude to customers who are in groups) Half of our group left and went to a different winery and we stayed. We were sent to Pam who is the only reason I am leaving the review. She was INCREDIBLE and deserves 5 stars. She is the reason we stayed and enjoyed our time.Overall if your staff confirms that its okay on the phone and you have your whole day planned with stops then you should allow it and not tell the customer she was lying and cause a big scene. We toured multiple wineries and Grape Creek was the only one that was weird about our group so not due to COVID or Governors Orders

Went to GrapeCreek/Stouts Restaurant with two of my girlfriends for our girls trip. Holly B the wine connoisseur was excellent and very knowledgeable. David our server was the best and showed that he really cares for his customers and made sure we were hydrated since it was 100 degrees that day. Pam who performed our wine tasting In the tasting room was also great. We enjoyed our visit so much we went back for Sunday Brunch the next day. This time we were seated inside...very grateful as it was another hot day. Our wine connoisseur Ryan was also great and we were lucky enough to have David as our server again. We were treated like family and for sure will be back again in the future.

Grape Creek Vineyards was our first stop on an impromptu wine tour. Beautiful location and building. Samantha S did a fantastic job explaining the difference of the wines. She has a great knowledge of her wines and was a truly wonderful person to visit with. Thank you for such a great time. Great tasting wines. Amazing experience!!!! My fiance and I scheduled a 2pm tour and tasting. Eve was our tour guide and she was phenomenal!! So nice, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She made the entire experience fun, informative and all around enjoyed! We arrived early and ate at the restaurant, Stouts. Food and service was excellent. After our tour and tasting, we went to the gift shop and purchased 3 bottles of wine to take home. We also joined their club membership and look forward to receiving a variety of their wines. We will definitely go back and will probably make it a monthly occurrence! Thank you for giving us this outlet during these trying times! We had a great time with Samantha during our wine tasting. She was so knowledgeable and when I didnt like any of the wines (dry white) I tried she gave me some sweet wines to try - turns out I like sweeter wi es. I thought that was really nice! The grounds are beautiful with run spots to just sit and drink. We made reservations and had dinner on site, which was delicious! Definitely try their flat bread. We left as members, sooooo well be back.

We stopped on Friday to kick off a girls weekend and were lucky enough to have a wine tasting at Eve’s section. She was a lot of fun and gave great tips on wine pairings, took extra time to capture group pictures of us, and we even bought a few bottles to go based on her suggestions. I could tell she knew her stuff. We’d love to go back another time and spend longer to see the beautiful grounds of the vineyard.

This is one of just a handful of wineries that offer SO MANY wines that I enjoy. You cant go wrong with just about anything here. If you can, taste with Lauren. She is super sweet and very knowledgeable. She was able to make some excellent recommendations.

We just left Grape Creek, they were super busy, however, our experience with Gabby was phenomenal! Probably one of the best wine tastings we’ve had! This wasn’t our first time at Grape Creek, so we were thrilled to be back and will definitely be back soon!

I knew that vineyard from my friends. We gave a visit at my birthday and did the tasting and luckily got a membership. Their wines are really tasty. If you are a wine lover you should stop by here!

Abigail was a great wine stewardess. We love Grape Creek, and every single wine they offer. The wine club is a great value!!! Our favorite part is the complimentary 2 glasses every visit. If you like sweet wines, the Grand Rouge is my fav!

During a girls weekend, we decided to take a winery tour at Grape Creek Winery. It was definitely worth it. Eve, our tour guide, was a joy and a delight. She was friendly, informative, and fun. The wines weren’t too bad either — very delicious. I ended up joining the wine club, because the Cab Blanc and Pinot Grigio were amazing!

One of the best vineyards in Fredericksburg. Fantastic restaurant and superb wines! We have been to this vineyard several times over the last few years. Thanksgiving weekend we were not sure with Covid if we should be out but thier accommodations were above and beyond compliance. The best we saw at any vineyard. We really enjoyed our wine tasting and Eve was very knowledgeable. She was the best part of our visit Saturday!!! Do not skip this stop on your next visit or your first to Fredericksburg!! We have been members for sometime now and love seeing our shipments.

Great guided tour of the wines. I loved the atmosphere and only regret that we werent members a d able to enjoy lunch.

Was not impressed and rude. They run you thru like an assembly line. Take your money up front and send you to the tasting area. Rush you thru and then push you to buy some bottles. They say it’s only sold here and not in stores. Do you want to know why that is? If the wine was good it would everywhere. I would skip this place if your on a wine tour. And they do not follow the state guidelines for COVID-19 exposure. Way to many people inside and unmasked. The entire experience lasted 10 minutes and that was enough.

If you are to go to ANY winery in Fredericksburg, it has to be Grapecreek. Fantastic wines. Our server Stephanie was just amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and overall a joy to be served by! We became members and were able to enjoy a lovely lunch on the deck with delicious food and views. The atmosphere is fabulous, the staff is great, and of course the wine is fantastic. Definitely recommend!!

We had a tasting yesterday and it was amazing! The property is beautiful and our tasting ambassador Chuck Baumgarten was the best! He was super knowledgeable and made the day that much better. Out of all the wineries we visited they definitely had the best wine. We can’t wait to go back!

18 bucks for an, okay sandwich, did come with a salad. 28 bucks for a mediocre bottle of wine. They added 5 dollar fee, even though we only wanted a glass to begin with. Wont go back. Too many other great ones to go to. Would have been nice, had they told us if the 5 dollar fee, we would have passed on wine.

Today was my first ever wine tasting experience. Our tour guide, Eve, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the wines we tasted. She made the experience even better. The property is gorgeous and the restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend this place if you are a first time. You definitely wont be disappointed.

My wife and I have never been to Fredericksburg before, and we HAD to do a wine tasting at a local vineyard. We looked through the reviews of many local wineries and decided to give Grape Creek Vineyards a try, and it was the best decision ever! Lauren, our tram operator was very informative of the history of the vineyard, Monica did an excellent job of explaining the fermentation process and gave us the opportunity to distinguish the difference between French and American oak barrels, and Lisa was a wonderful and informative sommelier! Our favorite wine was the sweet Cabernet Blanc! GO TO GRAPE CREEK VINEYARDS YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!

I couple of girlfriends and I went on a wine tour a couple of weeks ago. Our first stop, of course, Grape Creek. We had such a great time with our Tasting Ambassador, Eve Christiansen; she was so friendly and informative! We enjoyed lunch there in the restaurant. We had the cheese plate for an appetizer and two pizzas; Chicken Fondue and Margarita pizza. Oh, man! They were delicious! We also witnessed the sweetest proposal right by the vineyard. The four of us ended up becoming members, and we did not go to any other vineyard. Thank you, Eve, for our memorable experience!

Great experience! A group of five of us reserved a tour and tasting at Grape Creek in Fredericksburg. We learned a bit about the process of making wine with Donn and learned a lot about tasting wines with Lisa. Both representatives were knowledgeable and welcoming. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Grape Creek was the first winery I’ve had the pleasure of visiting! I was greeted by two wonderful women (Kathy and Lisa!) at the front and Kathy led the beginning of our tour. They were both very sweet with our group of girls and gave us suggestions for wines to try (which turned out to be amazing!!!). We got to learn the science behind wine making from Callie who was super colorful and sweet. John led our tasting and he was not just funny but informative as well! I thoroughly enjoyed the wine and the tour was fully worth it! If you have the chance to visit I would 100% recommend!

First time visiting and such a great venue and visit during our motorcycle trip to Texas hill country. The staff was courteous and professional. Laurie led our tasting experience and did a phenomenal job. Afterwards we moved to the patio to enjoy an appetizer and overlook the vineyard. 10/10 would recommend and will certainly be back.

We loved our visit to Grape Creek Vineyards! We were able to sit out on the restaurant’s patio and enjoy lunch, then a tasting with Eve and Theadora. The wines were delicious and they offered a great variety, and Eve and Theadora gave wonderful descriptions of each wine. They identified our tastes quickly and showed us which wines we would particularly enjoy from Grape Creek.

Best vineyard in Fredericksburg and excellent professional staff! Kalene makes our visits special, she is very knowledgeable on the property and wines. We love doing our tastings with her. She and the vineyard have a lot to offer. The wine is top notch, and it is a truly beautiful Texas wine country experience.

This was our very first visit to Fredericksburg and first time visiting Grape Creek Vineyards. The check in process was quite easy, even with the Covid precautions. We had a wine tasting with Mary, and we were sold. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the area, vineyard and the wine process, the wine itself stole the show. There wasn’t a single tasting that didn’t blow us away. The grounds are amazing and the patio area just a joy to sit a relax, share some snacks and a bottle of wine. We joined the wine club and received our tastings for free. I highly recommend this winery. What a great find. We look forward to coming back and also to our wine club selections.

On our first trip to Grape Creek many years ago we had a great experience. Unfortunately, we have yet to go back. For the past four or five years, my wife and I have traveled to Fredericksburg with three other couples. We have been denied access every year due to our party of eight. Its a shame that other wineries and establishments can figure out how to handle eight patrons but Grape Creek cannot. Wed probably all become members if theyd give us the chance. Its a shame that were forced to take our business elsewhere but well gladly go somewhere else where were welcomed and appreciated.Response to owners reply:This same experience has occurred the past three years... Not just during the pandemic.

Had the perfect girls day in Fredericksburg, starting with lunch at Grape Creek Vineyards. Holly- our “wine gal” was absolutely amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable about all of their selections. She really put our experience over the top! Can’t wait to go back and I’ll be sure to request her!

A couple of friends and I had a mini get away in Fredericksburg and we decided to stop by the vineyard before we headed back to reality. We signed up for a tasting and Dan was awesome! He made several suggestions and all were delicious! Me being a lightweight, I walked away from the tasting just a hair on the buzzed side, and apparently I wasnt the only one because we decided to have a sit down at the restaurant after signing up to be members. Everyone we asked about the food swore by the pizza so naturally we had pizza. They werent lying to us. The pizza was amazing! Cant wait to go back to Fredericksburg and head back to the vineyard for a relaxing lunch on the patio!... and some good wine too!

Loved the tour and tasting! Kathy was such an excellent tour guide and incredibly personable. I wanted her to do the tasting with us! So knowledgeable and relatable. Jason was so engaging and figured out our tastes so quickly. I wanted to sit and chat for so long!

My girlfriend and I visited Grape Creek on 11/7/20 to celebrate our one year anniversary together, and we had a wonderful time! Lauren Spraggins could not have been more delightful and down to earth during our wine tasting. She knew so much about the history of Grape Creek, recommended some amazing wines, and was an excellent guide for the rest of our trip to Fredericksburg. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and cant wait to visit again!

Recently turned 22 and this was my first ever experience doing a wine-tasting at a vineyard. Our attendant Dan was incredibly friendly, accommodating and served my friend and I a great variety of wines. He made us feel special and even made sure we tried some of his personal favorites! It was truly an amazing experience and I’m so glad I chose to go to Grape Creek.

Lauren was an amazing tour guide answering all questions that were asked. Also Jason, the wine tasting connoisseur, was very knowledgeable about all the wines that were offered and had great advice about how to pair the wines with different dishes and about the Vineyard in general. I would 100% recommend this tour and tasting to anyone who is looking for a different thing to do doing the pandemic as well as outside of the pandemic. I will be back hopefully soon!

Me, my girlfriend, her daughter and boyfriend went to Grape Creek on Saturday 8-15. Ive been before but several years ago. It was just as awesome this time. Theyve added so much to it since I was there. We didnt have to wait too long to get a tasting and they take social distancing very seriously even before your drive in the gate. We ended up with Dan as our wine expert. He was so great and personable! He was knowledgeable and I ended up joining the Owners club because of him. Thank you Dan!! See you again at some point when Im back that way!

All of the material said that the tasting was for six types of wine, but after we paid we were told it was only for three. This was the most expensive wine tasting for the fewest number of glasses Ive experienced, including tastings in California and France. The experience also felt very corporate with the server handling multiple groups and pushing us on joining the wine club. I recommend visiting other nearly places instead.

GREAT EXPERIENCE & NOW A MEMBER!!!We were there this last weekend and had such a great experience that everyone in my group became members. Tasting Ambassador, Eve Christiansen, was kind and very knowledgable of the vast range of wines they offer. She and the wine was the selling point to us getting our memberships! Our group had very different tastes and she found something for all of us. We then stayed for lunch at the restaurant. The wait was shorter than what we were told, the food was AMAZING, and the staff was nice and very attentive. I can’t wait for my first membership delivery to my home and my next trip back to the vineyard!

Very nice facility and setting. Horribly overpriced and feels transactional. There are better places to spend much less and get a more rustic hill country experience. Dont overpay for a view of a vineyard, a beautiful sunny day and Texas wine - All the vineyards have it. Enjoy FBG

First time at Grape Creek Vineyard. Laurie was absolutely fantastic! If you are lucky enough to go there, ask for her! She was knowledgeable in all the wines and just a wonderful person to talk to. You will immediately become friends after the first wine taste!!!

As you are driving down 290 you suddenly notice that you seem to be approach what looks like a Tuscan Villa with a vineyard around it. A full parking lot tells you that this was a popular place. They are nicely organized inside with wine tastings and a bit of a sales pitch about their club. The wines are decent enough with a few standouts. The restaurant provides great food and the space is perfect for enjoying the weather and wine in very pleasant surroundings.

Eve did a great job on our guided tour of Grape creek Vinyard. It was a cool experience walking through how they make their wine. I would definitely recommend it to a friend

This was an amazing winery. The scenery, the ambience, and the wine are all top notch. The facilities are beautiful and remind us of Tuscany. We have never been to a winery before where we enjoyed everything we tried. We liked it so much we joined their wine club - and thats not something we have ever done before! Ashley helped us with our tasting, and she knew her stuff. Very friendly, professional, and had great recommendations that catered to our taste in wines. We will definitely be back!

We visited the Grape Creek Vineyards earlier this week during our little getaway to Fredericksburg, TX. Our wine expert was JULIA DICKENS who was very knowledgeable about their wine line up and made spot on recommendations for my fiancé and I after we explained the characteristics of the wine we enjoy. She made our wine tasting very enjoyable! Make sure you go see her at Grape Creek, I promise you will have the BEST experience!

Our tour guide Samantha was GREAT! She was energetic and knowledgeable! We loved our tour so so much and entire experience at Grape Creek. The restaurant is AMAZING too! The Wine Country Pizza is one of the best pizzas we’ve had! It’s a MUST TRY!

We were so excited to get to this winery. Highly disappointed. Gave it 1 star due to the beautiful surroundings and buildings. Highly overpriced. We ate at the restaurant on site. Sandwiches were pre-made so my sister in law had to order a salad because almost everything had garlic which she is allergic to. For $18 a sandwich you would not think they would be pre-made. You have 2 servers. 1 for wine. She did not know a thing about the wines. We bought a $28 bottle because they wanted $30 for the tasting which only offered 3-2 oz glasses...again highly overpriced. Well with the bottle charge and tax, the bottle we ordered came to over $40. We will not be back! Too many other wonderful options for wine tasting close by.

Such a great experience! We did a private wine tasting with Pam. Dan and Greg were also helping us and they all were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Such a fun group! Highly recommend!

The wine is comparable to many other Texas wines, but more overpriced than most. Food is not bad, but again, overpriced. The grounds are beautiful, and in the past, the experience of club memberships wine pick-up was worth the added premiums, but that has not been the case for quite some time. If youve never been, its worth going to take a look, but dont fall for the membership pitches: its just not worth it.

We have been grape creek members for over 3 years because we really appreciate great wine. We went with our one year old and our service dog in late September. I understand not having under 18 year olds (for liability and comfort), but the man who confronted us at checkin about “what kind of service our dog could provide” for my 20 year old veteran military husband with this hostile man with Ill-mannerism, loud, obnoxious behavior, was too say they least, uncomfortable. He was so loud and obnoxious about asking what services our certified service military dog provided it made us feel so uncomfortable. Even though I appreciate their delectable wine, their staff has TOTALLY turned me off on this establishment and I will NO LONGER be their member or a wine connoisseur of grape creek——and I hope ANY MILITARY OR DISABLED PERSONS READS THIS—because that means they are not friendly to the blind, deaf, military veterans, or any other personal with handicaps. They should be ashamed!!!!!!!!!!

Gorgeous spot! Friendly staff. Some of the best wines we had on our long weekend. They took COVID safety very seriously and professionally. Our group had a great time, and I’ll surely return again and again!

We had a great time getting lunch at the restaurant. Holly was our wine steward and she was so attentive and helpful; our food server was also very nice and attentive. We had a lovely afternoon with great service & food! Highly recommend the fondutta appetizer.

Grape creek was our first vineyard tour in Texas and first wine making tour ever. I must say they did a pretty good first impression. Me and my husband have always been wine lovers but had no idea that what differs from red to white wine is mainly the shell of the grapes. You will learn so many things about the craft of wine making here. We had taken the winery tour which included the tour of their production site, tasting from three different barrels and a final wine tasting, we tried a total of 9 different wines here. Overall it was a fun filled wine day!

Johna Clark was great! She had an experience to share for each tasting we tried to articulate what it was we were trying. Already members, but our experience with her was a determining factor for us to add the Estate to our membership. Thank you!

Johna is a master of her craft. She kept it light hearted and informative for everyone there, expertly catering to each of our levels of knowledge and experience with wine. I ended up becoming a wine club member, and would highly recommend her and Grape Creek Vineyards to anyone visiting Fredericksburg.

Very rough start thanks to Chelsea and her poor customer service skills. As a global member, I was embarrassed bc I talked this place up to my 2 friends. luckily I came across Ivan and he was so helpful and nice. Samantha did my friends wine tastings and she was great. Those 2 plus a man whose name I forgot really turned it around. Love the wine!

Fantastic experience thanks to Dan!! Would highly recommend asking for Dan for wine tasting, he made our trip so much fun and was so knowledgeable! The winery was beautiful and our entire group had a really great time at Grape Creek for our special weekend getaway to Fredericksburg.

Grape Creek was fantastic! I highly recommend scheduling a wine tour!! The wine was so good! Our wine girl Holly was very sweet, personable, and very knowledgeable. Hands down one of the best spots in fredericksburg- Lots of fun.

We went Saturday Sept 26, Our experience was wonderful, Jim Overman was our tasting ambassador and he was delightful and extremely knowledgeable in the wine! Samantha was a gem! She was SO knowledgeable and fun to speak with. We learned a lot about the winery - and wine in general! The tasting was great value (as it also included a glass) and the COVID precautions were taken very seriously.

My boyfriend and I visited for a tasting on my birthday last weekend. We had a fantastic experience working with Samantha S. who was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and was fun!
